Always clean, large selection, friendly service, and always a good work staff available to the customer. Plenty of departments to help the customer such as a service counter that takes bills and sells money orders, Starbucks inside, Pharmacy, and many more. My vegetable fruit selection like my mother. Always quality products. Always a large selection and no matter what youre looking at. Prices are a little higher than other locations but always quality product for that price.

This review relates to the pharmacy specifically:I live near this Kroger and had my prescriptions sent here for convenience. For going on 5 months they have been short staffed which means 30+ wait times in the drive thru (if its even open), and about the same inside.They dont pick up the phone, and are slower than a geriatric footrace.At some point low staff stops becoming an excuse. Either they pay poorly, or their management is terrible.

I wish I could give this store a ZERO! Picked up order yesterday was charged $35 for 2lbs of deli ham, avocados are rotten, apples ROTTEN and customer service stinks! Had to drive to Huber to get order because Englewood full for day, instead of refunding their mess up I have to drive back! Excellent customer service 👎!Please stop with those FRESH commercials because EVERY TIME I order from your stores I get rotten food! YOU are doing a HUGE disservice to your customers and you could care less

This review is for the pharmacy:Please do better with answering the phone/customer service. I’ve called three different days at different times of the day and after about 20 rings tonight, someone finally answered. He was cordial and friendly but when I asked about my week-old scripts, I was told they were holding them because they didn’t have insurance insurance on file. I’m not using insurance to pay, so had I not kept calling, it would have been on an eternal hold.I have the Kroger app and was tracking progress (or lack thereof). First, it had to be ordered and that took several days. Then no information at all was available and indicated to call to inquire about status. When someone finally answered, I was told it was expensive and they weren’t sure if I wanted it. Ummmm…Someone should have contacted me to ask; not just assume and place it on an indefinite hold. Extremely poor service.

I relocated here from Clayton where Krogers MarketPlace has been my regular shopping store for many years. H.H. fails in comparison. The people are not as friendly here, the store personnel is indifferent. There are flies hovering over the white onions and I can never seem to find bagged honey crisp apples. I will commend the bakery/ deli employees for their kind response to questions asked. The gas station ladies are pleasant as well.I now live 10 minutes from the Huber store on 202 but I generally make the drive to Englewood where I feel Welcomed.

I can always find the items i need for my kitchen and cabinets to keep them full lol. I can also find all types of other utems i need for my houshold as well.Employees are very helpful and friendly and i love going back over and over again because the store is set up to where shopping is so easy.

Not well stocked in the Bakery/Deli department. You can never get a good cake at the last minute just by walking in and if You find one it usually has the whippy icing that I find to be greasy and gross.

This store has really let itself go. The floors were filthy and the vegetable isles were terrible. Gnats everywhere and your feet stuck to the floor. Fish case was awful. Fish was mushy and mealy not fresh at all.

Y’all NEED TO CLEAN YOUR RESTROOMS. Like I get missing a day... at 7:30am it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. No toilet paper..floors are disgusting seat covers knocked half off the wall sinks are nasty NO PAPER TOWELS, toilet paper every, paper towels everywhere.. even lady pad wrappers everywhere.. when someone who’s job it isn’t has to go get toilet paper and deal with the outcome is sad...

Pharmacy wont answer the phone. Called 14 times, listened to it ring for 35 minutes, got hung up on by a human twice.

Like the Kroger on Brandt, its clean, employees are nice 99% of the time and I can usually get whats on my list. Again I generally shop here for last minute things I forgot, or things I cant get elsewhere like Grippos BBQ chips or the little buffalo chicken chunks from the deli. The parking lot is a real mess and getting out and onto Troy is a test of composure.

The click list employees at this store are terrible. I never get my food right. They throw my groceries in my car. They dont bag stuff like my meats and just put them in my car!!! Ive had to call multiple times to get stuff fixed and the managers are never helpful. Basically they tell me to get over it and come back to the store if you want a refund. I will no longer be shopping at this kroger.

Not happy with their current pharmacy staff except Heather. She gets five stars. Their turnover is a reflection of how bad they are !Tried to get an important prescription last week and had so much trouble getting it filled.This morning I got there at 8am. Waited 15 minutes inside the store while they took care of the drive thru. I was the only customer there!They need to get their act together!

Very nice, friendly, and helpful employees. I normally do not like spending time writing a review, But I really want to because I was so touched by a lady working in this store. I went there yesterday and planned to use up 2 gift card balances. I usually put my credit cards in the card holder attached to my phone. For some reason I did not realize that I did not have any credit card with me besides those 2 gift cards. And of course, I took too many stuff that exceeded my gift card balance by $5.20. When I found it out at checkout, I was so embarrassed. So I explained my situation, and said I could cancel one item. She said “no worries” and she swiped her card and paid the left balance for me. I said “you do not need to do this”. “That is Ok”, she said. I the said that I can return the money to her next time. “I will not let you return” she added. I said “Thank you so much” multiple times and she replied you are welcome, sweet heart. At that moment, it was a mixed a feelings, embarrassed by myself as well as surprised and touched by her kindness and love for others. Forgot to ask her name. But I really appreciated what she did, for the $5.20 but more for her kindness to people. Thank you, lady!

I have to say I. Not a happy army wife. We were in Dayton for my grand parents 50th wedding anniversary. We were also up her in November so i pre ordered And prepaid for the full size sheet cakes and 48 cupcakes. I went to pick the order up and to my disbelief there was nothing made and they lost the order that had my reciepty attached to it. Promised bakery manager would call its been over 3. Weeks no call no.refund. poor service

Pleasant store to shop at. Friendly employees. My only complaint is the number of people not wearing a mask or not wearing them properly both customers and employees.

I see that they are adding uscans, but have decreased the area for bags. I will have to re-think my shopping there as I exclusively use re-usable bags and the uscan for my shopping. When going through a regular line, things do not get bagged correctly or I get attitude about my re-usable bags. A bit disappointed.

Kroger’s in Huber Heights is not recognizing social distancing with customers. The food pick up people are not respecting the virus potential by not wearing mask. Talking to customers at cars without mask. More than 50% of the customers coming in store wear no mask. No regulation of how many allowed in. I’m disappointment about the “doing business as usual” attitude over all. Disappointed!!

Please tell customer service to not hang up on people mid sentence for no reason

This Kroger is very cutting edge in the products they carry! The Private Selection and Simple Truth brands are my favorite. Great selection, and the store is usually well-staffed and clean. Only gripe is that from time to time, the prices get a little higher than Id like. But its still my favorite grocery store!

I have always had a good experience shopping at Kroger. They have completely remodeled the entire store over the past six months. Added some features, upgraded some, and regrouped items. Its a terrific upgrade.Today I went there to get 5 items. I was looking for a quick in & out. I guickly found the items, moved through the self checkout, and was out in 12 minutes. It was great!

Went here two weeks ago, asked if my deli meat could be wrapped with paper instead of the plastic bags.They use paper in the other meat department so I thought this wouldn’t be a big deal. Was told no.So I emailed a manager and asked if they could put a paper option at the deli, he said yes and that there would be paper wrapping at the deli from there on.Went shopping today, was told there was no paper option available and the deli workers looked confused like management had never even told them about it.Tired of groceries stores offering halal, vegetarian,vegan, etc options for everyone yet not having an environmentally sustainable option that they ALREADY provide at another department, and would cost them no charge extra to do.How lazy.

I was on hold for 20 mins, I asked a simple question and no one got back to me. Eventually I got frustrated and hung up.

My experience today was reasonably satisfying. I got some of the food items that I needed & some of what I wanted too. Customer service was courteous and was very much appreciated, thank you.

This Kroger is hard to notice from the street as I still havent seen their sign. Without my GPS I wouldnt have found it. But turn in at the Rave Cinema sign and the drive takes you right to the Kroger parking lot.I like this Kroger for the same reasons I like Kroger in general - a free piece of fruit for my toddler while I shop, good selection, great prices and a good clearance section. Also, this location has a Starbucks!

There is a Starbucks in this location, which is nice. The produce selection is not organized intuitively. This location definitely has a large Sunday after church crowd. Overall selection is substantial.

I Walked Into This Store It Was Nice & Clean, Had Myself A Coffee While Looking Over My List ( Curtisy Of Starbucks), The Store Is Well Organized With Bargains Everywhere If You Take The Time To Look Around. Only Thing I Dont Like Is Its Not A 24hr. Kroger Like Im Used To.

They have really done a lot to improve his Kroger. Theyve upgraded the produce area the fresh meat market area the bakery and the deli. I totally modeling of the store. And they seem to have the friendliest staff of all the Krogers in the Dayton area. You dont have to wait around or hung around for person to help you they come up to you. Probably the best thing about this Kroger theres never long wait lines.

I like Krogers simply because they have what I need, its clean and I prefer their Butcher shop.

This store is completely backwards as compared to most Kroger stores. Not enough U-Scans. Very unorganized throughout store and at all the checkouts. The store is very small for the amount of customers served. Upkeep not good. The only reason I give this Kroger 2 Stars is because they have a decent Starbucks.

Poorly organized, hard to find just about anything. They force their own product brand and have very poor variety of national brands. Really bad meat selection. Used to at least have the convenience of being open 24 hours but they got rid of that.

Theyre doing extensive remodeling at the moment, so sometimes you have to hunt for things, but the people are awesome, always willing to help with a smile on their face! And I shop at 6:00 AM on Sunday, so thats saying something.

This store is very nice, neat and clean. They even have a security guard at the door. The only problem is that its so crowded and the aisles are too small.

I understand theyre typically busy since this is a 24 hour store but you would think they would have it stocked better. Its a grocery store, what can I say. Parking lot is horrible! It is small, needs repaving and spaces are too small. Kroger is my favorite grocery. It is usually clean, staff is usually nice and competent. Keep eyes on prices. Produce is usually fresh and well stocked, which i like. Their Bakery is pretty good. I think the Meat and fresh seafood is better than the other stores. Wish their prices were a bit better, i prefer Kroger over Meijer and Wal-Mart, but it is a bit out of the way, so, i usually go to Meijer just because of convenience.
