I cannot say enough about this company. Service is outstanding, fast and polite. I made a call and had someone the next day. He fixed the issue and ordered a part for another window in 15 minutes. Came back 2 days later with the new part and job complete. Highly recommend this company, they cover a wide area and are so responsive to their customers needs.

This is the third shower I had done by Tim (owner) and his team. All three glass shower projects came out without an issues and the end product is stunning vs a shower curtain. We went with the starlight glass upgrade, more expensive but worth the added cost in the long run.

Outstanding customer service in every respect. Starting with initial call for an estimate visit to replace cracked mirrors in our master bathroom. Even though not major project, they were responsive, very professional and reasonably priced. Because of several personal delays on our part for installation including the COVID, we postponed the final results for many months. Country Glass was patient and scheduled when we were ready. The installation was perfect and safely done, including extra work for caulking areas around the mirrors. So, if need window, mirror or other glass repairs, no reason to consider another company.

We had two shower doors installed in 2017 and they still look great. Fast forward to 2020...Country Glass just did our master bedroom shower installation. This was much more complicated with several different kinds of glass tile and granite. Tim and Phil did a fantastic job; the glass is perfect, and they worked quietly and cleanly. In addition to the superb workmanship, the office communication regarding estimates, appointments and billing is always prompt and professional.Theyve also custom built a storm window and a screen for us (two different windows); again the work was excellent.

Wow!Its a pleasure to work with Country Glass.I first dialed the wrong number, off by 1 digit, and a person called me back letting me know they receive calls for Country Glass quite a lot, and that I had the wrong number. Be careful when dialing!Once I called the right number, everything went better than expected. They answered the phone, sent out an estimator, gave me a quote, scheduled the work, came out earlier than scheduled, did an excellent job on my shower, and were friendly and pleasant to work with the whole time.Definitely recommended.

Just had a shower door installed by Country Glass and had the same great experience as when we used them for the first bathroom upgrade in our home: Excellent customer service from the owner to those who answer the phones, wide variety of good quality products, order to install was fast, prices are fair, guys who came to do the install were professional, clean, and did a nice job with the door (it was a challenging space!) You cant go wrong using this company!

They just finished installing 3 8 foot jumbo sliders. It was one of the most frustrating things Ive ever tried to get done before finding Country Glass.I spent months getting insanely priced quotes and many companies simply didnt get back.Everyone was wonderful to work with and the quality was excellent!I highly recommend Tim and the hang, theyll do a good job and stand by their work.

I love Country Glass. I have used them twice and have found all the employees to be very responsive and knowledgeable. Plan to use them again for another bathroom remodel. I used them for mirrors and shower enclosures for 2 bathrooms and everything was perfect. I also shopped their prices the first time I used them and they were extremely competitive. Very good experience and I am very pleased.

They did a great job for us. Installed sliding door glass and front living room with a picture window and 2 crank out windows. Showed up on time and completed the work within a few hours. They cleaned up very well.

We had our glass shower enclosure installed over 10 years ago. When the seal strip at the bottom of the shower broke they replaced it for free. Great showroom beautiful products and they stand behind their work

Country Glass recently replaced our sliding patio door and added a storm door to our front entryway. The entire process, from our first visit to their showroom until the job was finished, was great. The owner, Tim, took his time in showing us our many, many options and helping us to select the products that we are now very happy with.Prior to making our final selections, Tim visited our home to ensure that the measurements I provided were correct. In addition, he removed both the interior and exterior casing around the existing slider in order to check for rot. I appreciated his making a thorough inspection in advance as it eliminated the worry of potential “surprises” come install time. After completing his inspection, he rehung the casing and cleaned up what little mess he had made. While here he also fixed the catch on a door that was not closing properly. He did all of these things *prior* to our actually making a purchase! (In contrast, when a rep from another company we were considering visited our home he didn’t even bother to take measurements.)The install went great. They showed up when they said they would, and they finished the job within their estimated time frame. Both installers were courteous, friendly, and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning up. The finish work around the slider is superb. I expected there would be some minor damage to the surrounding wall and floor, but this is not the case.Regarding costs, Country Glass was less expensive, in both materials and labor, than the other company I considered.I couldn’t be happier with the process nor results. I would definitely recommend using Country Glass.

I visited this shop several weeks ago because I had a crack in my windshield. I was told to wait until the crack expanded to a minimum of 6 inches in length before insurance would pay for it. Today I went to my dealership to get my inspection sticker and was told that there was no minimum length requirementHaving the glass replaced next week, by another auto glass replacement company.

I was having alot of trouble with my commercial entry door at my business.Country glass came out every time I called them. When I ordered a new door they put a rush on it for me! When it came in they installed it professionally in no time at all.These guys are awesome! They aim to please! They have my vote!!

I recently had a giant piece of ply wood smash into my windshield and my insurance company recommended Country Glass. This was the first time something like this had happened to me. They were incredibly professional and walked me through what I needed to do. They did everything they could to get the glass to fix my windshield -- right before a a holiday no less! -- and even offered to keep my car overnight because the weather forecast said there was a chance of rain. The windshield looked amazing when I picked it up and they also blew all the safety glass out of the cab. The car looks new. I cannot thank Country Glass enough and they were a dream to work with.

I normally dont write reviews, but I do read them. I remodeled my bathroom and the final touch was a glass shower slider. I shopped around and stopped by Country Glass in Hudson. They have a beautiful showroom. The staff was very helpful and set up a time for a measurement. Tim was very helpful and personable. The install went very smooth and I cant say enough about the quality of the slider and the professional install. Skip Home Depot and Lowes, spend the extra few bucks with something thats going to last and have it installed right. The installer recommened eduroshield for water spots and its amazing. I have hard water and my last shower door was impossible to get clean. Its been 2 months and it looks like Ive never used the shower. Great quality and customer service!

STAY AWAY ..BUYER BEWARE. PATHTICT. SLOW INCOMPETENT LOSERS. COMPLETE IDIOTS couldnt even do a small 1 ft x 1 ft window in 2 weeks when dropped off. Claims to have help problems. Picked window up and Went to suburban glass and they had my small window glass replaced the next day.
