Greg over at Hogan Tire in Hudson was super helpful. I get pretty nervous when I have to have any kind of work done on my car because I have such limited knowledge about cars in general. I always feel like I’ll get taken “for a ride” ha ha anyways but seriously Greg was so nice and helpful. I got 4 new tires and they were able to get my car back to me within an hour or two. Super convenient!! I will definitely be going to these guys from now on for tires, rotation, oil changes etc.

These guys did a good job for me. Theres a wisecracking manager over there who is quite knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He made me feel like I wasnt getting screwed over on price, which is nice. The Highlander is running smooth and Sanjay is very happy.

I went to Hogan tire to fix a persistent leak in one of my tires The reason I picked Hogan Tirewas because I was using their free air for about a month. The reason I’m giving them 5 starsis because they are probably the most honest tire retailer in the area. They took a nail out ofmy tire, patched it and didn’t charge me a penny! I had my new tires put on and I went for a ride on the highway. The tire were slightly out of balance so I contacted Ed. He said to bring the car in and they rebalanced the tires right away. The tires rides so much better. Because of Ed’s professional attitude I went ahead and had my all four wheel brakes and rotors replaced on my car. Car now rides like it just came out of the showroom. I went in a year ago after I had gotten a flat tire and thought my tires were in rough shape and was willing to front the money for new tires if they said so; however, they gave me an honest opinion that I should just get a used tire for that one flat tire and wear out the remainder of my 3 other tires. They had me as customer at that point.I went in today as my tires wouldn’t pass a vehicle inspection and waited on premise for the service work. They were very professional and kept me posted on the progress of the service work (tires are on - now we’re doing the alignment). They set my exceptions for 2 hours and had me out the door in 1.5 hours.They have my highest recommendation for honesty and just all around old fashion, simple quality service.I hope they deliver you the same experience.

I needed 4 tires at once. Not an easy pay when youre on a fixed income. When I called, I spoke with Ed. I found hi to be helpful and honest. He had to order tires on Monday and they were put on 3:days later. Good perks when you buy tires there. Not a big conglomerate, an in town business. I stopped to get air. The self service air machine was broken. One of the employees was assisting a customer by filling his flat tire with air infront of the garage bay. I patiently wait to speak with the employee to see if I could pull my car also around after he finished helping that gentlemen. After he was done he turned his back to me and walked back in to the garage bay. Hung up the hose and close the garage door. Great service and terribly rude. I will never buy tires or get any service from your business.

I just replaced my tires a couple of months ago at Hogan (fast service and great prices!), and unfortunately, I found myself with a nail in my tire, on my way to a wedding two hours away. They accommodated me immediately, and though the tire wasnt repairable, they replaced the tire for free (thanks to lifetime road hazard guarantee) - I only had to pay for labor. In and out, and on my way to the wedding. Definitely would recommend 10/10.Original review:I recently had a flat and called around to a few large chain tire places that guaranteed free flat repair, but on a weekend with impending snow on the way, everyone was booked and refused to see me. Finally I resolved that Id have to pay for flat repair because I just needed to get it fixed, so I called Hogan. They were incredibly polite, and I didnt need to make an appointment - they just told me to bring it in and theyd see me ASAP. They fixed it in record time, and the best part? No charge. Looks like Ill be using Hogan from now on!

They deserve a high rating & review - have been a customer for several years on a recommendation of a friend when I needed new tires for my Jeep. I now have a Nissan Rogue and bought snow tires this winter which were a great deal. This weekend my low tire pressure light came on just minutes from their shop. I thought I just needed air! It was a small nail...they took off tire, repaired/patched inside and bingo I was on my way home. Life savers! Loyal customer here. I was about 700 miles from home and didnt know anything about the area.I am so glad I picked to have my car towed to Hogan Tire. They called me promptly the next morning and treated me as if I had been a loyal customer for 10 years. This treatment continued even after they knew I wasnt going to have my car repaired. Essentially, they treated me with the utmost respect even though they didnt earn a dime from me and knew I would probably never be in the area again. That being said, if I was in the area I would use Hogan Tire for all my auto needs because I can only imagine their incredible commitment toward quality customer service would never diminish.

It would be funny if it werent so sad. I stopped at this location and waited in the front customer area hoping to get a quote for new tires for my car. I waited...no one, finally I stuck my head out into the service bays and asked if there was someone who would help me. A gentleman came to the customer area. I let him know that I was looking for a quote and gave him the tire number I was looking for...his response; Oh, I cant do that, only the manager and hes in the john. Itll be a few minutes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! First its TMI and what about cross training so that other employees can take care of the simple task of looking up tire costs!!! What ever happened to customer service. Four tires, sorry Hogan tire but you may not care about a single customer looking for some tires but another company was happy to help me out.

Quick and easy. Good people. Sullivan Tire and Tire Warehouse are both charging over 30 dollars for a mount and balanced tire. Hogans is charging $22.95/tire. Compared to Sullivans $35/tire I saved a lot of money. Just take it to Hogans.

Stay clear of this place. They are a cute and clever tire shop. On their website, the FINAL PRICE is incorrect and misleading. They say We have been in business since 1915. Great!, so has the Mafia.

My vehicle was damaged by a technician who did not know how to operate a manual transmission. The vehicle smelled of burnt clutch for a full 1 hour after my tire rotation and 4 wheel alignment due to improper usage by the technician performing the tire rotation. The vehicle also had burning clutch smell the next morning after merging onto the highway. The clutch itself is only 10k miles old and was professionally installed.The manager, Mike, confirmed at the time of service that my 2013 Golf R did in fact have a heavy burnt clutch odor. Another technician who was in the waiting room also witnessed our conversation.I have reached out to management both at store level, and at corporate. No response as to what they will do to cover the damaged caused BY THEM.I would not recommend servicing at this Hudson location, or with a company who will not resolve issues when they are clearly at fault for damaging someones vehicle.

Can you trust your tire and auto services shop? Will they do the right thing? Today, Im sold on Hogan Tire. Ok, so I have been sold on them for about 4 years, and theyve delivered solid value and outstanding customer service throughout.But today, something happened on a routine oil change. My Hyundai has an oddball inner plastic cage with an outer cylinder filter, inside a canister. It broke upon removal, not the fault of the mechanic. The Hogan service guy called me and said that he was replacing the part. He said hed have to keep my car. He apologized for the inconvenience. Then he said that hed arrange to have a rental delivered, and I could use it until my car was ready! And I wss not to worry about the cost. Outstanding!I didnt have to say what an inconvenience it would have been without a car, or drill into what went wrong. Ed and Mike just did the right thing, taking care of the situation without a fuss. In real life, stuff happens. In a better life, all businesses could be trusted to do right by their customers like Hogan Tire.

The service here is exceptional! Saturday, while driving from RI to NH I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire. I drove into Hogan tire 3:45- 15 minutes before closing! Not only did they not turn me away- they stayed open late, patched my tire, charged me almost nothing & had me back on the road in less than an hour! This for a customer that had never been in any Hogan tire & really didn’t live close enough to return. Without them, I surely would have been stuck 2 hours from home until Monday. You guys made my Mother’s Day Weekend!! Thank you!!!

Was leaving for a long road trip, so I scheduled a full day drop off for the day prior to have the tires and brakes done. Hogan tire scheduled my appointment on the wrong day and was not accommodating or apologetic for the mistake. This is the second time now they have been unable and/or unwilling to perform service for me.

I got to check the price of the tires, it seemed good price and I left my truck and put new tires, they called me I was ready and I realized that they were not the ones I had asked for, then I came back and They changed without any extra cost

I had a flat tire while driving on 90. I went to Hogan and worked with Joe Sudol. Service was great. My other 3 tires had some wear on them so Joe measured them and advised me that I was ok to replace just the one tire instead of the expensive 4.I have electronic air pressure monitors in my car, they werent responding properly my initial visit to Hogan so they asked that I come back when I have time so they could fix the issue. On another visit they fixed it within 5 minutes.Overall excellent service, very friendly and knowledgable staff and they offered free air anytime my tires are low so I can avoid the terrible gas station pumps. Its not often that you get great service from a car company. I am now a repeat customer.
