I went there just on a probing mission and ended up buying a 2021 Ram Limited! The staff was great. Brittany was my salesperson and treated my experience in a professional and friendly manner. Wow, could not be happier with my service experience at Colonial in Hudson. So easy to set up appointment and I’d never been there so when I called from the parking lot to find out where I should go they could not have been friendlier. I chose to wait and was brought to a comfy, clean waiting area. I was told it would take about an hour and an hour later my car was ready and waiting right outside the door. I will certainly come here again. Highly recommend.

Our salesman Jerell has been great to deal with. Weve purchased several vehicles from Colonial in Hudson through Jerell and it has always been a great experience. And their service department is always very accommodating as well. My only complaint - specifically with my last transaction - was with the guy who values the trade-ins. He gave me a song-and-dance about the value of my trade and how they werent going to make any money on the deal then turned around and put it on the lot for $7k more than they gave me for it. That was pretty shady to me and had they put a little more money in my pocket from this transaction, they wouldve gained the additional star for 5 stars. They claimed they knocked money off of the list price of the vehicle I purchased to compensate but why couldnt they have done both? I was only asking for $2k more on the trade than what they gave me - they couldve met me there and still listed the trade-in for $5k more than they gave me. Outside of that negative experience, happy to keep giving Colonial our business going forward - but I will be challenging the numbers more next time.

I had my 2016 Jeep in for two software updates which resulted in me losing a loss of acceleration at random times (especially during right hand turns, backing up, and then left hand turns). After the first update the loss of acceleration problem was not fixed and Jeep headquarters sent me a letter saying I needed another software update done. I dropped my Jeep off on this past Wednesday and one of the mechanics was able to experience the stalling/loss of acceleration that Id been having since owning the vehicle (for seven months). Colonial service department ended up keeping the car for 3 days to make sure the stalling problem was taken care of. They could not replicate the stall after doing the update so I picked up the car on Friday. I honestly dont know if the loss of acceleration problem will happen again but I know they worked really hard over those 3 days to try to fix it including about 11 test drives on Friday before they felt comfortable giving the car back to me. And I cannot say enough good things about Melissa in the Service Department. She is amazing! Colonial hit the jackpot when they hired her! The perfect personality for a very demanding job. Thank you, Melissa! All in all a very positive experience!

I was at the dealership for service and they found a couple of things. So I returned the next day to have the work done. I was going to rent a car for the day and they offered a car for me to use. They gave me an estimate for the work and the price came in under the estimate. I worked with Melissa who was the service advisor and she was fabulous. The dealership has made some changes and they are definitely for the better. I would strongly recommend them for all your service needs.

I made an appointment for our Dodge Ram Promaster to be serviced at this location. I called ahead and was very clear that the vehicle was under warranty. When we arrived, we were told that they did not service Promasters underwarranty. We had driven out of our way to the location an had to borrow a friends car so it was disappointing to be told this after confirming the appointment. I recommend they do a better job or working with the outsourced booking company to make sure they are letting customers know upfront if they cannot work on their vehicles. It would have saved us time, energy and frustration.

Ken was terrific. It’s been a while since the amazingly competent Kurt left and that someone finally got on the service desk who was close to providing the same type of service that Kurt had provided for years. This was my first time working with Ken but he is definitely stepping up the service desk at the Hudson location.

Bought a Jeep Wrangler 2018 here. Jim was my sales rep. It was the smoothest transaction I ever had with a car sales rep. I financed the Jeep and the finance guy Mr Eddy Bhatti too was great. I love this Jeep. Jim took all the trouble to drop it off at my place because I didn’t have time to pick it up. If you ever need a Jeep this is the place to go to and Jim is the go to guy. You can’t miss him, he is a huge guy but very mild. I just lucked out when I got Jim as the sales rep.

Allsion, our sales rep was excellent! She was knowledgeable took her time explaining our options regarding leasing our vehicle. The last thing I want is a pushy sales person and she was not that at all. We were very happy with the overall experience.

To be honest it was just a simple tire rotation but it was very quick and everyone was super friendly.

This is the first google review that I have ever written but I feel compelled by how Colonial conducted business with me. I was so disappointed with the bait and switch I experienced at Colonial. The website had a vehicle I was interested in listed at $46k, I mentioned that number to the rep a couple times during the process. Then when I went to buy the vehicle it jumped to $51k- a $5,000 difference!! The rep made some excuse about the website being maintained by an outside vendor. The sales manager just sat in his plexiglass box in the back of the showroom and didnt even come over to apologize for wasting my time or to rectify the situation in anyway. The only reason Im giving a 2 is that other than the price discrepancy the sales rep was very nice and very knowledgeable about the vehicle.

Provided exact service I required to fix my issue

I walked into this dealership a month ago with my trade and cash ready to buy a car that day. When I got there they lunged on me like sharks and I could smell commission breath all over the place. They asked me for my keys to “look” at the trade in and for my license. Once they had both they went to the desk where all the credit stuff is handled. From that point no one came to talk to me I sat in the showroom for 45 minutes waiting for someone. I don’t know if they looked at my credit somehow and saw it was bad and decided to ignore me. Whatever the case I found someone to give me my keys and license and left. $30,000 went out the door with me...oh well!!!

Made an appontent on Monday to see a vehicle on Sat. Called Sat to confirm and found out the vehicle was sold and no one bothered to call me. Huge shout out to David Worth, he is worth the time! I called the dealership two days ago after seeing my Dream Jeep in my dream color on the lot and told Megan I was on my way to come test drive it. They had it pulled up, plates on it, and keys in hand. David introduced himself and we were off. David is not a pushy salesman and never once turned his nose down to me (as most salesmen do to women). He answered all my questions and brought me for a decent trip around area to experience all the different road types and then halfway through had me take the roof panels off to see how the wind in my hair felt. He was extremely considerate. David pulled the Jeep inside overnight so that no one else could test drive it until I had made my decision. I then came back the next day with my husband to have my husband try it before I purchased it. David again had the Jeep ready to go and let my husband I go out and about in it. The signing process was quick and easy. Eddie in the financing office was also friendly and extremely helpful. Today they cleaned the car, registered it, and then delivered it to my house to remove the hard top and teach me how to put the soft top on. I cannot recommend Colonial Jeep in Hudson, MA enough! I had the best experience ever thanks to Steve Silvera. He went above and beyond to help me cross over a lease I had with gm and put me in the truck Ive always wanted. The finance dept was great and the detail guys prob could have done a better job getting my truck cleaned up.

I had Jeeps in the past and was very interested in looking at them again. The dealer, Gary, showed us a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. But there was something about it we just didnt like. Gary didnt give up. Thats when he showed us a used Grand Cherokee that had way more bells and whistles than the brand new one. And it was in our price range. It was perfect! Weve had the Jeep for about 3 months now and the love keeps growing. I went back to the dealership for an oil change and was greeted like an old friend. Nick at the desk was so wonderful. I needed new tires even though my Cherokee only has 22,064 miles on it. The tires had plenty of tread left but had dry rot cracks in them. We reached out to Jeep Customer Care and received no help at all. Nick spoke with someone at the dealership and was able to get me a small (but helpful) discount on the new tires. I am an amputee, lost my leg due to illness and am no longer able to work, so my budget is tough and the cost of tires was not easy to deal with. Nick was very compassionate and always smiled, he is a true pleasure to deal with. Thank you Nick!

Sales people were very nice, but they screwed up our paperwork to register it in Florida so that took an extra day and their detailing department needs to learn how to CLEAN AND DETAIL way better than they do!!! Our ram box didn’t close correctly but they had no one there to fix it (on Thursday)so come back anytime was his answer ...we don’t live close bye!Way to busy never returned any of our phone calls!Other than that we love the truck!!!

I really have enjoyed the service team and Bama the gentleman that gives you rides is amazing but for the last time the quality of work has failed. I took my Jeep in for inspection and let them know I had a 3k trip ahead and wanted to know the car was safe. They changed wheels and checked and said all good. Well about 1/4 mile down the road when I applied the breaks the front end violently shook. I called my wonderful regular mechanic- 2 tech auto and they said it is likely the front end rotors and bring it in. So I had to delay my trip and sure enough the rotors were bad. How well could they have done a safety inspection when this need replaced? I jusT don’t trust your service anymore and wont be back. I had a long trouble alone and because you missed something so big, I paid AGAIN to have the car checked. I just dont feel safe and wont be back. Tell Bama he is awesome- really amazing. Your service quality- not so much.
