ANYONE with half a brain can see all of the 1 star ratings were done at the same time... I assume its a bitter ex, mad she cant leech from the business. Ive personally been here and the owner is delightful, friendly, and knows what he is doing. Plus his dog is adorable and well trained too! He takes the time to make sure you are satisfied, unlike others I have worked with who are rude and short, wanting you out the door asap. The owner here is the opposite, so dont pay mind to the fake reviews, as this gentleman has never failed me or my peers in what we need. Thank you Steven!

Spent two days looking for vehicles down in New Hampshire Massachusetts and even took a road trip to Rhode island. Try to stop at some place in Milford and had horrible salesman experience. Almost gave up and came back to Maine. Stop posting for vehicle reached out Steven who was beyond helpful making sure that you did everything he could to make the sale happen including driving with us to get a new battery from advance autos and putting it in in the freaking pouring rain also changed out a bulb for the headlights and on top of that it was a full tank of gas. Is dedication to making the sale whats typically unprecedented in todays people.

I was looking to purchase a truck from this business. I called and left a voicemail one day. I then emailed the following day seeing if the vehicle was still available as it was listed online.No responses so I drove out to the lot and was told it was just sold.Not sure why it was so difficult to communicate something so simple for such a small business. Couldnt imagine the level of service you get after you hand your money over.Side note: no sign out front indicating that your LLC is even operating here, all of it pretty hokey

Terrible customer service, really don’t think the owner even knows what he is doing. His phone calls were absurd, incredibly inappropriate, and incriminating. Just another sleazy car salesman.
