Great experience! My eye exam was quick and efficient . Preformed with what seemed like state of the art equipment. Cheryl helped me select my frames. She was knowledgeable and patient with me.With great taste! I ended up buying 2 pairs, I love them both!

I lost my glasses and returned to the eye care center to see if the could help me replace my original prescription. Not only did they offer to help me the find my insurance, they talked to the doctor and got me in right away, They also helped me pick out suitable frames. The staff was caring, friendly, informative and provided outstanding service. Thank you and I couldnt be happier with the product and service I was provided.

The eye doctor was good, staff not so much, called to try to get clarification on prescription, and they would not give me the information I needed. Very annoying. Talked me into not getting glasses online spent a fortune for poor service. Glasses are ok. Will NOT be going there again.

When I arrived for my appointment the door was closed!!!! No one called to cancel, no apologies whatsoever. Awful customer service.

Their investment in digital photography, offered at very reasonable cost, led to the early diagnosis of an eye conditiom for which I am forever grateful. I have vision in only one eye - and I entrust my care to these caring professionals. I strongly recommend them.

Today i visited this place for eye exam. Doctor was good and very helpful. After the check up at front desk, i saw my insurance print out with copay of 10$. Front desk person told me that i need to pay 20$. I got confused but i paid 20$. I did not got the bill. On the way back i checked my insurance they confirmed that copay is 10$. I called the front desk person again she took my card details for giving back 10$. This time her voice is very aggressive and there is no apology tone or words(like sorry, my mistake etc).

Dr Johnson was very friendly and did a great job with the exam. The staff was extreme unfriendly. The sales person was extremely rude and I ended up walking out without buying anything. I was asking not questions about the pricing of my glasses and was given an attitude and told its only a whopping $24 on polishing the glasses that they were selling. Would not recommend to anyone.

Found location by medical insurance in network directory. Made appt last week gave all medical info, day of appt get call saying they are not in my network and they changed doctors. Very misleading.

Absolutely deplorable refuse to make an appointment because I missed some appointment years ago this place is garbage, I find it unbelievable that they consider themselves professional in doing that talk about the most petty childish behavior from someone that supposed to be a professional unbelievable
