Loved the new technology to take pictures of your retina without dilation! Everyone was very friendly & knowledgeable. Kim did a great job helping us both choose glasses. Excited about my new computer glasses!

Let me be honest… Every single time I walk into that office… And need anything… I feel like I’m the most important patient of the day… In fact, I feel like they’ve been waiting for me to show up! They are always professional, positive, willing to help with whatever question or request that I have… Thank you for being an office that goes above and beyond!

I’m writing this review because I have received exemplary service from Abbey. I had had a frustrating, recent experience with another eye doctor and switched insurance so I could return to My Eye Dr. In Hudson. After my exam, I purchased three pairs of glasses. I explained that the dividing line in my progressive lenses often needed to be lowered from the typical placement, and they complied. However, when I received the glasses, I found that they weren’t as comfortable as I would have liked. That’s when Abbey entered the picture. She made sure that I had a follow-up appointment to make sure the prescription was correct, and she’s been making sure all three pairs are remade one at a time so that they’re perfect. The doctor explained to me that some people’s brains are just more particular than others, and I think that applies to me. Even though I’ve been back severaltimes, Abbey never makes me feel like I’m being a bother. She wants me to have the best service I can and to be as comfortable with my glasses as possible. I truly appreciate the time she has taken with me.

I just picked up my new glasses from MyEyeDr in Hudson, and the entire staff there was so pleasant and awesome to work with. Kim helped me pick out my glasses (which also happen to be exactly the same ones that she herself wears.) I love them. I have been getting my glasses from this office for several years and I will continue to get them from here. They are awesome!!

I have never had such a caring, fun experience at a health care facility. Kim helped me find such a great pair of frames that fit my face, and she made me feel so at home! Everyone during my visit helped me so much, and I left my appointment feeling relieved that I was taken care of so well!

Not recommended. While they have a good selection, the rest of the experience was trying. Pushy sales, lack of communication, extra fees (like for a warranty), and the doctor was abrasive to my son.

Their staff is unprofessional, rude, condescending, and impolite. They show no attempt at helping customers and will likely not survive much with much better options available. Save money, support ANYONE else.

Great service! As a new patient, I was able to schedule my appointment for a week out. I was fitted for new glasses and they arrived right on the 10 day mark as promised. I would recommend.

Went here in 2017, they said I was left eye dominate and I could see 20/20 while squinting so I was fine and glasses would only make it worse...I went back in 2018 and she said the same thing...tried a new Doctor yesterday because I can barely see, and he could instantly tell I had Keratoconus which is a very rare disease and he wishes I would have had it diagnosed earlier!!!!!!!They have old outdated machines, I went to Costco and they were instantly concerned that I did not know I had this disease, my corneas were flat ovals not circles and this lady didnt even notice! TWICE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Go to northeast ohio surgeons in Stow/Kent or Costco in Boston Heights

Being closed inexplicably today is a great way to lose a customer.

The staff is always very polite. Never too long a wait. Very efficient, and of all the Drs. I go too, they are one of the most important.You dont get tight with your money when it comes to taking care of your eyes.

I have been more than disappointed in the process of obtaining my prescription glasses. I was supposed to have received them by now. Then I received a voicemail from Jill that stated, corporate lab says frames were misplaced or lost and they did have to reorder the frames. So now I may have to wait another week or more to receive my frames. This is not acceptable way to run a business. I do not recommend anyone to order glasses from this establishment.

What a great group of experts. I bent my glasses this morning, took the pin out to see if I could adjust them myself, spent over an hour trying to get the pin back in, went up to WRVC and Sherry quickly and painlessly fixed them. This place is a gem!
