Very happy with my decision to go with Hudson Overhead Doors. My garage door stopped working on Friday night and when I called on Saturday morning, they were able to fit me into the schedule and come out the same day to fix it. Very courteous staff.

They were great to work with from start to finish!!! They did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for both concrete and garage doors. About a year ago one of the coil springs on our garage door broke while I was out of town. This created an emergency for my wife who needed to pick up our daughter from school and could not get out of the garage. If youve been around the block a few times, you know how such an emergency service call goes -- you are paying a minimum of $350 and youre lucky if they dont convince your wife that the whole garage door needs replaced. In our case with Hudson Overhead Door however, the owner himself came over immediately and replaced both springs for less than we paid for parts alone the previous time, using a different company.Then yesterday the opener itself began malfunctioning badly and was giving multiple, conflicting error messages. Since I have an engineering background I normally fix such things myself but in this case the whole thing was locked up, both mechanically and electrically, so I decided it was finally time to replace the opener. Then my wife reminded me about this company. Im glad she did, because the owners son came over within an hour and quickly found two separate problems. He was able to quickly fix both of them and said my opener could easily have another 5-10 years left in it. Once again, their price was incredibly reasonable despite rushing right over on a Saturday.I just cant say enough good things about honest family businesses like Hudson Overhead Door who are interested in treating people fairly and having long-term buiness relationships rather than taking advantage of you when you have an emergency.
