Love that they stock limburger cheese spread. I take several containers to my niece in N.Cas she cant find it anywhere down there. I do this in the winter and keep it iced in a cooler. I dont dare take limburger cheese in the summer--my car would never forgive me!

You need a sign where most of your whiskey is pointing to fine the rare batchs behind the service counter. Not surprise customer after they check out and cant return.

Clean store, well stocked

After reading Karen’s review (oh I mean Gregory), I was expecting rats scurrying along the aisles and maybe a dirt floor. Turns out it was a very nice smallish grocery store that had everything I needed and at a pretty good price. It was actually relaxing to shop there compared to the normal anxiety that I have in the big chains. The staff was friendly even from a southerners perspective and the store was clean. I definitely will shop here when I’m in town every few weeks.

Acmes prices are generally high on most items however when they have sales there are some good purchases to be made. And they have a phenomenal wine shop selection also frozen food is a large area. Bakery is pretty good as well. people at the registers are always friendly and efficient

Great little grocery store in Hudson. The interior is in desperate need of renovation/ updating... load bearing support poles in the middle of some aisles is not appealing. But, the staff are friendly, the shelves are well stocked and its clean. I have ordered several cakes from their Little Cake Shop and the decorating specialists are very good. Excellent cakes and cookie cakes! Highly recommend.

I visited the Hudson store around 6pm on 5/10. The sanitation wipe stations at both doors were empty. I also did not see any evidence that the store was cleaning carts after or before each customers use. They were pooled unattended outside the doors as usual.I should have left at that point, but I didnt. Once inside about 60% of the customers were not wearing face coverings. I watched a woman pulling products from the shelves and hold them close to her face to read the ingredients. She then returned them to the shelf.Several employees had their masks below there nose or chin, including both the cashier and bagger that were working.I have shopped at this location for over a decade. I have a family of 6 that includes two teenage boys. My monthly food bill is obscene. Most of that money ends up at this store.Its clear that Acme does not care about the lives or safety of their customers. Thats their decision. Mine will be to take my shopping elsewhere. Costco is nearly as close and they have been looking out for their customers. They will be receiving my business.

Love this Acme!! Not the largest location of all Acmes, BUT you can find a big selection and excellent customer service. Clean and well-stocked. Fresh, delicious food from deli and produce... on holidays, things can get a tad hectic so look for sales in advance 😊

This is my least favorite Acme store. Most of my Acme experiences in the Akron and Cuyahoga Falls area involve helpful hardworking staff, and clean organized stores. This store is staffed with do the minimum apathetic workers just getting by. The entire store could use a remodel, a re-stock with modern higher quality food choices, and a management change.

I prefer this Acme because the meats and produce are consistently fresh and affordable with manager specials and a great selection. The employees are so friendly and helpful and they take pride in their work and all the services they provide.

I love the Acme in Hudson. I dont do all my shopping there, but I do like their bakery (breads, desserts etc.), their prepared foods section, bulk foods and last but not least their large liquor, beer and wine section. Lots of local items and hardly ever busy, so your shopping trip can be quick.

Wouldnt shop there without their savings card. Good sales at times. Bought cod fillets on ice a while back...whole house smelled fishy...not fresh. Giant eagle has the best fresh seafood. Love the bulk aisle ...wanted to make freshly ground almond butter...went back twice in 9 days..bin still empty.

I work in a grocery store and Im telling you this is some of the worst customer service Ive been around. I asked several associates questions trying to find different products and each and every time I got a very snotty answer and they just pointed in a very vague direction. When my sister and I finally got up to the register, Kayla ringing on register 4 didnt say a single word the whole time we were standing there. And then when she was bagging our items she threw the bags at me literally. Terrible terrible experience I would never go here again, Id rather go grocery shopping at dollar general.

This is a nice grocery store. Plenty of check out lanes open and working. The store and parking lot were clean. Carts were not all over the place. Plenty of baskets were available and the food and other items were easy to find even though we hadnt visited before. Prices were also pretty good.

Its a grocery store. Theyve been in this area since I was a kid. Decent fried chicken and JoJos in the deli. A small floral shop, bakery, butcher, bulk food section, etc. Its convenient to where I live, so its usually where I go when I need something quickly.

Very nice staff. Rented a carpet cleaner from here. Went to return it and both my kids (under 2 years old) happen to fall asleep on the ride there. Called the customer service and explained my dillema. They sent someone out to get the carpet cleaner so I didnt have to wake up my kids!! Much appreciated! Thank you Acme staff!

Truly a super market. Many well-stocked departments. Floor plan rather random; I prefer organized straight aisles. Would have to learn the layout it I were to become a regular customer.

Good prices, pretty good variety including organic section and bulk. The head of the store Dan will always make sure customers are satisfied, the managers are friendly too.

Prepared food is usually good. Meatloaf and fried chicken is my go-to . Easy store to get around and wide variety of food products. You should be able to find what you want

Overall, a very large store with a good selection of products. Found the pricing a bit more expensive on a number if products compared to the other grociers in the area. Seemed they had a number of buy one get one free offers.

This is the only place close to streetsboro that sells Oscar Mayer liver sausage which I really enjoy overall I like the store but its a little too far to drive

I like the variety of foods that are available, and the parking is plentiful. But the aisles are narrow and I am used to the checkout folks being friendlier.

It’s a nice store with a good selection of liquor with an otherwise friendly staff, however Debbie at the liquor department is very aggressive and hostile. She was extremely rude today over a minor miscommunication and raised her voice and caused a scene in front of a full store. Horrible customer service, I hate leaving bad reviews and wouldn’t have had she had not been even nasty when I called after the fact to speak calmly with her about it. Extremely disrespectful no need to yell/treat clients that way regardless of the problem.

This is a SUPER store! Friendly staff, ample parking, & big selection of food & products. Nice & clean & well-organized. Meeting or party room available as well as a cozy cafe.

Always professional, courteous, like family. Being disabled, they go above & beyond to help me. Pharmacy a God Send since I dont have to go far & they always advise me of any medicine interactions. Store needs updated, more cheerful, not staff. Hudson needs you.

If you need groceries and hate having too much money on your hands -acme is your best choice. It is a decent grocery store though -I mean, I dont have any complaints outside of the prices. Theyre mostly comparable to giant eagle, maybe a little more expensive, but far fewer good deals and discounts.

Rude and racist workers. I’ve visited this store three times now and all three times their workers looked at me with unwelcoming behaviors and rushed answers.The lady working in the front for USPS is very rude and started to help a lady behind me as I was still inquiring about shipping something.Cashier who helped me on my second visit didn’t greet me simply rung me out and said paper or plastic.Horrible customer service if you ask me.

Decent prices, especially on sale items. The store itself usually feels kind of messy and unkempt. There are often employees with their huge carts of goods restocking shelves all around the store during peak hours, blocking aisles. Seems like theres a better time of day to do that.

Decent amount of variety of food items. Discount card and gas card. Some items are a bit more expensive than say giant eagle but sale items make up for that.
