Juniper Farms - Bolton Oil is the best company to do business with. They are prompt, accessible, care about customers, very attentive in winter when we have storms and snow, and always polite and courteous. They have never let us down when we needed them. A five star company.

My mom was one of their original customers (dating back to the 60s) and has stayed with them for 60+ years...because they are that good! They know when you need oil (sometimes before you do!), they come when they say they will, their prices are competitive (with a prompt paying discount) and their customer service is impeccable. And their staff goes above and beyond in ensuring your satisfaction. Theres absolutely no need to look for another oil supplier beyond Juniper Farms Oil!

I just want to give these guys credit for always being there for me. I moved here 3 years ago and have had them deliver my oil and service my oil burner. Im never disappointed!Theyre always friendly and on time. Someone always answers the phone and is ready with the answers. Since I moved here I noticed a bunch of my neighbors have changed their oil company to Juniper Farms. That has to tell you something.Even during Covid theyve been great at keeping with the protocols, and as prompt as ever.

When John and Mary owned Juniper Oil you couldnt have asked for nicer people and fantastic service. But since the buy out the new owners have totally dropped the ball. Horrible service, sending workers out who almost Absolutely nothing. One call turned into 3 service calls to finally figure out what the problem was. Customer service was extremely rude. I have after 35 plus years switched to another company.

Bill and Brian spent their Saturday replacing the oil tank and giving us much needed peace of mind. I cant imagine what could have happened if the oil spilled all over the basement. Hands down the worst oil company. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Failed to deliver oil on time for two months in a row leaving a 93 year old man (who cannot function on his own to take care of this problem) in the freezing cold all day today. It is 11 degrees out. When asked if the oil had been delivered the woman said no even 8 hours after requested (because once again they hadnt delivered on time) and the woman hung up! Wish I could give no stars. Extremely disappointing.
