Had an issue with my oil burner shutting down. Repair man came out and cleaned up the nozzle and oil tank filter and its been trouble free since. He did come back next day to make a couple of adjustments on the settings at no charge. Service man was great, cleaned up after.Thank.you for getting us warm again. Also the girls in the office are great to deal with. and always pleasant.
Rhymes phone lines are down, I finally get to the correct person and she hung up on me. Unbelievable
Ive had a great experience with Rymes. They provide my oil and propane at home. We were having issues last winter with the furnace (which had been recently installed by another provider before I bought my house). The furnace was just not keeping up on the cold nights. A Rymes service tech came out, performed a cleaning and then tested the unit and adjusted the output. We noticed the difference right away and the furnace has done a much better job at keeping up with no noticeable change in oil consumption. The service fee was reasonable and they even called to follow-up a few weeks later to see how it was doing. I was very happy with the experience and wont hesitate to call them again if I have any future issues.
Hello, I just go off of the phone with Maryann (Ext 2180) and I also spoke with Wendy and would like to compliment you on having a wonderful staff...extremely polite, courteous and informative. They took care of everything for me for the upcoming heating season when, initially, it was my problem to begin with because the emergency switch was somehow turned off...and boy, did I feel like an idiot but, Im old, so maybe Im off the hook a little bit because of my senility, ha, ha...Anyways, I have always been happy with the service and would recommend Rymes to anyone.Thank you...David-
New to NH and never had to deal with needing propane or oil. So happy we called Rymes. The ladies we dealt with on the phone lines were so friendly and helpful with providing us information. Both technicians that came to our home were awesome, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The company offered a free check up for our oil tank which was great. The man that just came for our propane went above and beyond to get our old Fred Fuller tank unlocked and our heater working after not being used for over a year, visiting our home twice today. Excellent customer service, really above and beyond... And they had the best price! Highly recommend!!!
I ran out of propane on easter due to them not refilling my propane automatically like I had setup. They came out the same day filled the tank and did not charge me the $120 dollar surcharge for an emergency fill up. Thank you for the quick response and the fast turn around it is greatly appreciated.

I recently had my old oil tank, which was over 50 years old, replaced by Rymes. The 3 men crew were very efficient, courteous and did the job in a reasonable amount of time. The area was neatly left and the customer, me, was very satisfied. I also want to mention the Customer Service Group which has always been helpful and courteous whenever I needed help. I have been with Rymes a few months. I did an oil to propane conversion in September, 2019. Rymes could not change the propane tank to a larger one until Spring time. We were on automatic delivery when the tank ran out. I had the person who installed the system out at 5am to check the system and he said that we were out of propane. Called the emergency line at 528 in the morning and spoke to the someone and explained they said that Rymes could deliver 20 gallons and then later deliver the rest. The contractor got on the phone and explained that the system is large and would need more than that and she said that we could then wait till after the office opened at 800 am. The company never arrived so I called them at 1100 and at 200 and they response from their customer rep was the same you are on the list for delivery. I explained that I had a 10 yr old in the house and it was very cold. Answer was they could not do anything for us that they would be on their way sometime today. We never got our propane delivery and had to call the emergency line for a second time and the woman was very pleasant and she checked and saw that they had forgotten to come to my house. We were in a cold house for over 12 hours and no one cared. Poor Customer service

Had a water heater that would not operate. They came the same day, analyed the problem, returned the next day and had the unit back up and running. Fantastic job, friendly service, and all cleaned up after the work.

No heat this weekend. I have a service plan with a different company and their technician couldnt solve the problem (air was seeping in the fuel line). Im freaking out thinking I wont have heat. Rymes sent over Dave (The smartest guy Ive met). Dave had my heat up and running in 45 minutes. Outstanding service! Well done Rymes!

I have switched a few of my properties with Rymes and have been very pleased with them. No hidden fees you pay exactly what they quote you. Had a new service done by them as well and the service manager came out met with me he even did some of the work to get me heat. They seem like a straight forward company and they do as the say. Glad to be a customer and highly recommend this company.
Not one to post reviews, but on 1/26/20, 8:00 pm on a sunday my fiance said she could smell propane in our house, after checking i also could. I called Rymes and Paul K arrived shortly after 8, ive never been so impressed with the service of a professional in my life, Paul took the time to not only check every possible leak once, but to triple check it, explain everything to me, and really make me feel comfortable with him in my home and taking care of our heating system, that man deserves a promotion, pay raise and bonus, truly a great experience and for rymes sake i hope they never let him go. Thank you so much Paul!

Outstanding Company, What a difference from Fuller. I had been a Fuller customer for nearly 20 yrs. I left them after having several bad experience over a one year period. After Rymes took over the business I decided to give them a try. I am so happy I did. The customer service is great. deliveries are fast.
Despite the bad reviews, I wanted to give a smaller company a chance. Ridiculous customer service. Walked in on a Thursday morning at 9a as a potential new customer needing propane service as well as oil service. It was explained that I was a new resident in town and had no cooking gas or hot water. They said they could come look at it but their service manager was going on vacation next week so nothing could be scheduled until he got back. Seriously? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went with Eastern Propane who was very happy to earn my business, with a smile I might add.
I was just driving behind a Rymes tank truck with license plate AF6218 in Londonderry. I havent smelled a truck that stank that bad in decades. I cant imagine its legal. But that wasnt enough for bad feedback--Id have been mildly annoyed by it and gone on my way. The real problem is that the driver of the truck failed to yield to an oncoming ambulance on an undivided highway--he or she didnt even slow down or tap the brakes, much less pull over. Nice safety from a commercial driver of a dangerous material. Excellent hiring, guys.

Its extremely frustrating that only a few companies have caught up to the internet in the home heating oil. I am trying to find the best home heating oil prices online and few list them. The few that do have earned my business. You have to call them and chase them down during banking type business hours for a simple price quote.Seriously considering switching the house over to solar and heat pumps.

I am a brand new customer of Rymes Propane and oil. I switched to Rymes because I was unsatisfied with my previous company Eastern Propane. Eastern Propane prices were not competitive, they overcharged me, I understand that Eastern Propane provides a kick-back to my trailer park, and I was not happy with their customer relations and service.I found Rymes propane prices to be very affordable, and their customer service is excellent. When Rymes came to install my new tanks they fixed the foundation upon which the tanks now rest at no additional charge.With all my dealings with Rymes customer service via the telephone they were very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpfull. I would and I will recomend Rymes to anyone .
Just called. Can see why they have no stars on here. Should of believed it. 17 minutes to be told oil delivery cannot be made until Thursday.
If I could give less than one star, I would. My sister is too nice to write a review, but it’s been painful to watch her experience such terrible customer service. It’s September, and since LAST November, her furnace has broken every two months on the dot. Each time they come out they ensure it’s fixed and every time they come out, they charge her. This will be the 5th time in a year they claim they fixed it. If you didn’t fix it the first time, wouldn’t you correct what you did instead of charging her over and over and over again. Either you’re really bad at fixing water heaters, or you’re really bad at honest work. Not sure which-but both aren’t great.
By far the worst company to do business with. Everyone I warn you these people are crooks. I’ve been doing business with them for 6 years and this is how the treat a customer of there’s.2 months ago I scheduled a oil delivery. The driver they sent was new to the Hudson area. He accidentally filled my neighbors tank.. they came back out and fixed their mistake and gave me oil.A month later I called for another delivery and now they are making me pay for the oil that they mistakenly put in my neighbors tank.First off I asked the kid what they were gonna do with the oil he pumped in my neighbors tank.. he said nothing they don’t really care.And my oil fill is labeled in clear daylightSo I’ve called 5-8 times and every time I call I have to explain to them what happened. And they talk to a manager and the driver and admit that it’s their mistake..I don’t know if these people are just so ignorant or what but when I call it’s starts all over again.. sir you have a balance.Today I got another delivery that I paid for and they are still trying to make mePay for their mistake. And when I call im very frustrated and they don’t want to help and hang up on me.I’ve never Met such unprofessional rude people in my life.They should have just recovered the oil from the neighbors tank..I replace oil tanks for a living, I am a oil technician there’s a way to recover it but nope they just rather screw me aroundI hope BBB looks into thisAND IM STILL GETTING A BILL TO THIS DAY WHAT A JOKE. Called over the weekend as we ran out of oil while we were away. There is apparently no emergency service, so we had no heat with 2 small babies in the houseFinally got in touch with them today 12/5/2015/, would not deliver until tomorrow (again we are cold with 2 small babies in the house) terrible service!!
Was a customer under Fuller Oil and remained when Rhymes took over in late 2014. Have had no problems with new owner. Reviews 1 or more years ago are for the previous company Fuller Oil. Too bad those negative reviews are sticking to new company.
Specifically reviewing the Hudson NH office. I know that Fred Fuller is taking a lot of hits lately for non-delivery of oil but I can only report my experience with this company - Im a 23 year customer of the Hudson NH office - I have had oil deliveries the entire way without one issue. Im on automatic delivery and they come out at different intervals and make sure things are ok (they came 01/04/14 and filled the tank when everyone was saying they were out of oil) As a matter of fact a couple of times I owed them money (trying to keep up with my old furnace) and they still came and delivered and let me make payments. (Credit Manager Dave was always very nice and sincere and worked with me) Two years ago I rewarded them and had them come and install a New System 2000 Furnace, Superstor Hot Water Heater/Tank and New Oil Tank. They rewarded me with a first-rate job and product - I cant tell you how impressed I was with their professionalism and work ethic and the new system is working great! They also gave me a year to pay off the balance interest-free. Again, Im not sure what is going on with the company today as Im hearing rumors of problems with deliveries – but I’m sure they are short term issues. And I now that people out there are hurting and angry and upset with them about non-deliveries and I would be too and hopefully they can get their act together soon - but I can only tell you Ive personally not had any problems with them over a 23 year period up to today 01/13/14.

I have no oil! After failing to deliver on automatic delivery, they were meant to emergency deliver, didnt, never answered the phone or called me back. Hopefully they go out of business soon.
