Local Hudson Office is great. However, FedEx lost my international pkg and never followed up.
I didnt catch the names of the two gentlemen that were working, but they were both very nice and helpful. I had an ATT return and they made it a simple and fast process.

The manager, Eric, and his very capable staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is a great place for shipping of course but I’ve used them for years for personal and commercial printing and graphics. The whole staff over qualified and goes out of their way to help consumers with each transaction. I’ve been many times post- Covid, and always feel comfortable with the extraordinary lengths they go through to make sure everything is clean and everyone stays safe. I no longer use Staples for any print or copy needs even though it is much closer to my home. Ive been very pleased with packaging and shipping at this location and I can’t emphasize enough that the skill and talent acquired by the employees in the graphics and photo shop area is top-notch and never rushed. This location offers exceptional customer service each and every time I visit day or evening, weekdays and weekends.
I was on the road and needed 1 page printed. The process to get the pdf to them and printed out was fast and easy! Saved me about an hour and a half in the car!
I visited the store and Seth provided FABulous customer service. There were two woman ahead of me - one of whom left the store and returned with more questions (quite a few more questions) - yet Seth handled her as well as the other woman in the store and then took care of me. He was patient, thorough, attentive and professional. Very impressive under pressure!

SO DISAPPOINTED. I went to get a ream of paper cut down into quarters and in half for card bases. I’m a card maker and brought in my own ream of Neenah 110lb paper which I paid $50 for. I left with an unusable mess. Their cutting machine was apparently “not calibrated correctly” so none of the cuts were even and none of them were correct sizes. When I asked for the paper to be cut equally in half I received a stack of multiple different sizes sheets with jagged edges. No compensation was even offered.
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!!!!They told me my package was to be delivered by 3 pm and was set up for signature. My son waited until 5pm and the package had not arrived. He had to leave and no one was there to sign for the package. I tracked the shipment and it showed delivery by 8. Called the store and they said to contact customer service. Employee did not care at all. Now I have to pay a re-delivery charge. I certainly will not be using their service again. When one of their employees tells you something - clearly they do not know what the are talking about.
I’ve been shipping at this facility for years as it is the closest fedex to my house and i ship a lot of packages being a small business. This specific time i went into the fedex with a prepaid label and my own box just needing tape the gentleman informed me that i needed a little bit of paper to secure my items. Anytime in the past at other fedex facilities or usps or ups they would just do what any business would do and say hey don’t worry about it we will take care of it, so that they would treat the repeat customer well and retain his/her business.I left my wallet in the car and instead of him throwing a little paper in the box and saying don’t worry about it he made me go all the way to my car and come back in to pay $4 for the piece of paper he had to put in the box just to prove a point.Being a business owner and also a customer i know how important taking care of the customer is and this is not a way to treat loyal customers.I will most likely never return here for my printing and shipping needs in the future.
A bit expensive for printing/laminations, but respectful and helpful workers who want you to save the most and get the best bang for the buck.
Couldnt ship my box due to it being wrapped in brown postal paper due to the incompetence of their operations. Was not offered additional service to have it repackaged in a fedex box.
