What a cool facility. Stopped in to grab boxes to save on shipping. Watching all the forklifts zoom around was amazing to watch. Walked in the door from the time we spoke to customer service until we were loaded was under 2 minutes. Easy enough to get to off the highway.

Ordered online and scheduled a pickup at the terminal.We were In and out extremely fast. Items were put on a pallet and ready to load when we arrived.

I went in for an interview today. I was leaving my old job because of a lack of professionalism in management. When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a friendly welcome and gentle smile. Everyone I came in contact with while I was there was extremely professional and kind. I cannot begin to express how excited I am to have the opportunity to be a part of that team.

Uline has a very beautiful estate. The first time I visited their business, I was greeted with a smile and a welcoming since of professionalism. Their atmosphere felt rich and very open.

You have to order a few hours ahead before you can pick something up in person. Also there is a $25 fee if you dont pay over $300 when you attempt to do a pickup in person. If you do not usually buy in large quantities then Uline is not for you. You would be better off using Amazon for lower pricing.

Large company, but a bit too exclusive in job applicants considering they need almost a whole work crew to hire, from associate, trainer to plant manager. Products are a bit higher than competitors like Wal-Mart, amazon, grainger, quill etc, but you can get net 30 business reporting to credit bureaus for small businesses.

Was in, out and back on the freeway quickly

Always have loved you guys. Wanted to make a point to someone that youre the best by making a late night request for a catalogue. Put in the request at about 8:30PM yesterday and the package made it across state lines by 9:20AM this morning. 12 hours and 50 minutes from Wisconsin to my doorstep in Minnesota. I can also say from experience that they just continue to do better for you as you continue to give them business.Sorry to waste a couple catalogues, I know they arent cheap to hand out but I will be sure to find them a good home!Also, to those complaining about the local pick up fee of $25 for less than $300. They do this because they have to. They make about $30 on a $300 order so when they have to tie up $30 of man-hours on your pick-up they are being generous by only charging $25. In the business world theyre essentially losing $5 as an accounting function to provide you with a convenience.

Have called twice in the last year to have Uline STOP sending 700+ pg catalogs. Yet they still send, and often! This is very disappointing. Do they have any respect for our environment? Get with the times and focus your efforts online. How many forests need to be cut down for them to send out an obnoxious amount of catalogs? Will no longer order from them.

Picked up $80 of material. Charged $25 for pickup even though items were essential dropped on the dock, and I had to load.

The wire shelf I ordered is great. What I dont like about Uline is that they charge you a $25 pickup fee if your order is under $300. I paid the pickup fee and went to the Hudson warehouse to pick up my shelf because they were going to charge $41 to ship it to me. I will not order from Uline again.

They do a great job and always plastic wrap up my boxes if I ask them to.

The cleanest warehouse Ive ever seen. The will call staff are friendly and efficient. Their restrooms are amazingly clean and they have the best hand towels and lotion too!

I m writing this review and I do hope Ulines management to read it and they should change policy about pick up fees $25. I was intending to order 50 shipping boxes from Uline then next order will be 400 boxes, and I live in State of MN and I can drive over to pick them up at Hudson WI, but I dont understand I am using my own gas, and I ship my order by myself and why they have to charge pick up fees? It makes no sense, and at end I have to give an order to Staple...again, if you change your pick up fees policy and I will use Uline. Thanks

Called to place an order for pickup at their Hudson WI location. My order total was less than $300 so they said there would be a $25 pickup fee. This made my $20 item more than double the cost. Screw that. Amazon won my business for the same exact item for $20 and it had free same day delivery. Your loss uline!

Never had a problem with this Uline warehouse. I have purchased many times here and via shipping. Their hours are CLEARLY posted online, in reference to the persons complaining about it being closed. As for promotions, who cares. I buy here because of their low prices and great products. Period. The whiners leaving reviews is rather humorous, but I do understand the complaints about the $25 fee. That fee needs to go away.

I needed to buy toilet paper dispensers to fit our large toilet paper rolls so I talked to a customer service rep. He checked into it and guaranteed that their dispensers would fit our rolls. I got the dispensers and they do not fit the rolls (or even come close). The companies error caused us to buy dispensers that wont fit. I have already paid someone to install them so now stuck with products that dont work and they wont stand behind their guarantee. I will never order again!!!!

Good products but if we had picked it up at their Hudson location they would have stabbed us for a $25 pick-up fee. So we had them ship it 300 miles to us to a county park campsite for $14. Maybe it makes sense to them, but not to us.

I’ve never been to this location but I ordered something from Uline and I needed to talk to someone about my order. I called the number and before the phone even made a ringing sound someone answered. Awesome.

Calling and ordering has never been a problem. Orders seem to come the next day. I wish all companies would learn from Uline on their phone service.

I like Uline and have been ordering from them for years and picking the order up in Apple Valley (now Hudson.) But now they have introduced a $25 handling fee for orders under $300. I think that is excessive. $10 would be okay.

$25 fee for picking items up is ridiculous. I would like to buy locally, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. At that cost I can now get identical items cheaper AFTER having them shipped from numerous places online AND I wont have to drive out there. I placed an order from a website for the items that I normally get from ULINE and their prices started lower, and the bulk DISCOUNT was bigger than the shipping or pickup costs from ULINE, and the their shipping was lower than either from ULINE. All in all I payed significantly less than what the items would have cost with NO pickup fee.

Bring back the pumps with the thick light blue hose and red handle and you’d get more stars. The rest of your pumps suck.

Uline has good products, but its new policy of penalizing smaller pickup orders with a $25 surcharge is disrespectful of small businesses. An example of corporate greed at the expense of the little guys.
