The people at the Hueytown, AT&T store are the type of employees that anyone would absolutely love to have! They are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about their service and products. I ordered a new iPhone online and picked it up at the store. They took care of everything. There was not one thing left for me to do besides my own personalizations, to the phone when I left the store! The female there took care of everything. All I had to do was carry it home! They really were exceptional! I very highly recommended them and AT&T!
There is absolutely no such thing as multitasking up in here! The employees takes forever to assist one customer never have I seen them help two customers at once

Bar far the worst business transaction I’ve ever experienced.. the Rep who’s name was Robert . Is the worst. So we switched over from T-Mobile to AT&T he got the ports wrong and did not fix it .. we spent the whole night trying to fix it with customer care.. so the next day we go in something was wrong with the activation he told me from his own that he did not want to help just because he simply did not want to . Then proceeded to tell tell us that it’s our own problem to deal with . WORST BY FAR do NOT do business with this location

I recommend going by AT&T in Hueytown and asking for Kris. He was knowledgeable and his patience with me, my budget and questions was greatly appreciated. Changing over from a Samsung to an iPhone I had many questions and he didn’t rush or dismiss me. It was a refreshing experience and I’m happy with my phone purchase and accessories.

Wow. I came in trying to save on my cellphone bill by switching to AT&T. I have had several bad experiences in the past with cellphone companies but this store overdid themselves! The person who helped me, I believe Logan was his name, was extremely professional and more than willing to assist.I did have to wait about 20 minutes but the staff has great hospitality. They brought bottled water out to everyone waiting, and made sure we were taken care of. I will be back for all my cellphone needs and to set up my tv soon!

Great staff. They made me feel like I was not just a number. From the store manager (Joseph) to Blue and Jazmin. These guys are the real deal. Customer service has changed so much in such a negative way that I almost hesitated to come into the store. Yes they told me about the services I could get but never was I pressured into it. In fact, I even bought a tv service. Just an excellent experience.

We went into the store with issues that we could not get handled with customer service via the phone. Logan patiently handled the issues with customer service and got resolution to each issue. We need more Logans in the retail industry! Great job!

The staff is incredible, particularly the store manager I believe his name was Stacy. I am not tech savvy at all, but the patience I was shown by him was above and beyond any customer service I have ever received. I Will definitely be conducting all my business at this location going forward.
This place is terrible, I came in here to get my SD card fixed twice the first time they just shrugged and said there was nothing really the could do except me try to un encrypt my card which I tried doing and it still wouldnt work. I go in Saturday to buy a new SD card and the guy puts in what I thought was the SD charges me and sent me on my way. I go back in today because I noticed I was still having issues to find out that they do not sell SD cards that they had sold me a new sim card which is not what I told the guy repeatedly that I needed. I was then told I should just factor reset my phone to fix my SD card problem...so not only does my SD card still not work but now Im stuck with a new Sim card I didnt need nor asked for.
Let me start off by saying the people there are very nice. Having said that, I have some issues to warn you about. I walked in with a paper from the at&t website stating exactly what I wanted...the phones, the type of insurance, ect. It had the estimated first payment and estimated monthly payments on there too. When signing me up he told me about the $15 insurance plan, I said no, I want the $8.99 I had on the paper. I asked him what my first bill would be, he said around $180. I then asked him if my monthly bill would be around $120 like my paper said. He said yes. I asked him if there was a bundle discount since I already have internet through at&t, he said I would get $10 off my internet bill. Everything sounded awesome. Our phones had to be delivered and the man delivering them went over our plan with us, the $15 insurance was added instead of the $8.99 one. Maybe it was a mistake? Today I received my first bill and it was way higher than expected. I called at&t and was told with activation, taxes and other fees it was $230...ok. So I asked that my monthly bill would be and its over $150. I then called at&t internet and was told there was no wireless/internet bundle discount, wireless has nothing to do with internet and theyre not allowed to say things like that. I feel lied to and a little cheated as the price and discounts were the main reasons I decided to go with at&t. Hopefully this review helps anyone willing to read it.TL:DRI was lied to and feel ripped off.
Standing outside its 922 had been waiting for someone to open up. Girl shows walks in and locks door..update she opened door apparently only 1 person works here. Phone cases speakers but only 4 phones on display..sorry shell of a store.

This store was a life saver! I thought my phone was completely done for but Logan was able to do a hard reset and fix my phone. Also he set me up for TV and internet saving me $500 per year.

I wish I could give zero stars. I was trying to set up internet for a house we are closing on. I ask the guy if they were going to run my credit since the mortgage company had told me not to have anyone check my credit until after we closed. He assured me that my credit would not be checked and so I agreed. He made a call and handed me the phone in which they told me they had run my credit and told me that the associate should have informed me of that. I told them he had said that they would not check my credit and they said he was suppose to. I asked him and he said that they should not have checked it. He just shook his head saying they did not check my credit. Awful and uninformed!

I stopped by this store becasue customer service said i needed a sim card. The people here are great! They were able to fix my problem and it had nothing to do with a sim card. Next time i will just stop by instead of arguing on the phone

Need more register or machines to take cash payments in stores I had to wait 30 Minutes on yesterday I only wanted to pay my bill but unfortunately the guy said they had just updated their system and the register he was on only took debit cards and the other guy register took cash but he had an customer getting new phone service so his was tied up so I left came back 4 Hours later and the guy register that took cash said the computer was down so I left again then came back so finally had waited about 20 minutes then I got to pay my bill

0000000000.000000 out of 5Worst place as a company to have any involvement in. the DM and upper level employees only care about making sure you put money in their account and have no concern on health related issues of employees. They are trained to scam customers and leave out important details, such as setting them on a business account and not even making them aware. They fire employees with health related issues with absolutely no sympathy or warning in advance to figure out a plan to lessen doctor appointments and stalks them in the parking lot while they work. Dont worry about bringing a doctors note cause it doesnt concern them cause youre not at work being fraudulent to pay them to work. Way to go prime communications and way to go to the managers who are living well financially while go to work and completely act dishonest and fraudulently work your so called magic so make a dime. They also take your money but have no explanation or concern why. Youll make more money selling bubble gum than working for this company. Only good thing I have to say is the hueytown sales representatives are about as honest as it get when it comes to employees/customer transactions compared to all other all prime locations.
