This location has the worst customer service. The manager in there on 09/14/2021 likes to talk over you and wants to belittle people. She doesnt even listen I had the contact customer service while in there and he heard her and she even was talking to him smart and he apologized for her actions.

I went in today for the fourth time in a little over 6 months. Every other time weve left without transferring service bc not one person there knew much of anything about pricing, promotions, switching phones, etc. And they didnt even know who to call to ask. They said there wasnt really anyone they could call. Im not sure why they were there besides ornamental decorations for the store and to accept bill payments. Well, today we HAD to switch our service and between Deja, Stepfan and the manager(I regrettably didnt get her name) they knew the answer to every question and explained it to me well! Im really actually glad I went in today bc I think it would have probably been messed up had I done it any other time. They were able to handle multiple customers with ease and were very adept and efficient. They also made sure to greet everyone no matter how many things they had going on at one time, and they were busy. They were awesome and Im so grateful all 3 of them were there to take care of what I needed.

The worst experience I have had at any retail store.The store manager was Not helpful, short and rude.I just activated 3 lines and paid for the activation and the sim cards over the phone. I go to the store and all I needed was the 3 sim cards i paid for. She refused to give me them without paying again for them. I handed her the phone with the manager of the T-mobile store I was working with and she refused to listen and resolve the situation still.I will not be giving them any business. If i were the owner I would be looking for new management.

After being a loyal sprint customer for 9 years and dealing with all their BS. I decided to go into this store just for info. Shari and Taylor were extremely helpful, polite and very friendly. I wasnt pressured into buying anything and i was well educated by both of them about everything tmobile had to offer, it felt more like visiting friends than it did anything else. An hour later, i was no longer a sprint customer. Thanks guys

Went to this location with my mother. She is looking to purchase a new device. Caycee was not at all helpful. I had been thinking of switching providers and this interaction puts T-Mobile at the bottom of the list - below my current provider. Well try another location since she isnt ready switch.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for 15 years and have never been treated as bad as I have been treated at this location. My fist visit a week ago was good but the past two during this week has been very bad. The one employee that I had the dis pleasure of dealing with last night took the cake. I was ignored, told I could not use their phone to call customer service (as I was instructed to do if I had any problems) and refused to let me call my husband to bring his phone so that I could call customer service while at this location. I tried to call, the phone was snatched out of my hand and when I tried to call again the receiver was slammed down by her hand. I was told that I could call anyone I wanted to outside the store. This employee showed poor customer service to a long standing customer, refused to help, would let customer use the phone at a phone store, poor attitude, ignored customer, tried to call police when customer tried to use the phone and was also racist. I will take my business to another location and I will never come back to this store again!

Went here to pay my bill on Wednesday. Spent about 30 mind in line waiting with no acknowledgement. Then another employee finally walks in. I hand her my payment and she asks if I want a receipt I tell her to Just send it to me. Big mistake. Nowmy phone is off and of course theyll swear I never came in. Ill never go to this store again and if problem isnt settled Ill diffinantly not use T-Mobile anymore. I dont have time to throw away my money

If I could give no stars I certainly would. I walked into the hueytown Al store yesterday morning. The lady said with a attitudewe are not open yet Gates are closed lights off. I just looked at her and saidthe door is open windows are tinted I cant see in but the door is open. Very rude customer service I wanted new service.... Verizon got my business
