I wish I can give them no stars I waited on my bed frame from Nikki flowers for a year and more every time I try to talk to her she never there either at a dr appointment or outside NEVER GIVE ME A CALL UNLESS ITS A PAYMENT DUE NOT ONE TIME ABOUT MY BED what type of manager IS NICKY FLOWERS SHE IS ONE RUDE MANAGER BUT I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM NEVER AGAIN THEN THEY WANT YOU TO PAY EXTRA FOR SOME THEY SAID I CAN HAVE FINALLY GOT MY BED FRAME WHAT 2 WEEKS AGO AND THANK PAULA FOR HELPING BUT SHE ONLY CALL WHEN ITS A PAYMENT DUE BUT COULDNT CALL ME TO REPLACE MY BED I HAD TO KEEP CALLING I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER OR SEND NOBODY TO PURCHASE NOTHING FROM THIS STORE NEVER....SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS AT THE STORE IN HUMBLE AND 1960
Mrs.Paula will definitely get you goin on what you want. Quincy and Ira, are arguably the most efficient and thorough techs Ive seen in a long long time. I give thanks to all, and will be back just because of them!
Nicky the manager is absolutely the best!! Nicky and her team are always great, always friendly, professional. I have been a customer for years and never had a store be so great! They always helpful and make me feel like family! I couldn’t ask for any better!! Thank you Rac!!
Mrs. Paula is the best. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She made my experience stress free. Mrs. Paula gives great customer service with a smile. I appreciate her.
Horrible management. Worst customer service. Manager harasses your reference even if SHE NEVER GOT THE REFERENCES PERMISSION TO CALL THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! Scans signatures of customers on to verifying documents to verify customers residency. Harasses. The manager Nicky is always rude. Has a terrible attitude and has employees run customers credit cards when shes too lazy to do it. Doesnt care about her customers. Only has a few favorite where she rewrites their contract for them multiple times when they are several months late each time. But picks up customers 5 days after they are late. Dont rent here until they get new management.
Only reason I gave them one star so I can comment on their customer service. I agree with all of the people on here that has been lied to and has bad customer service from Nicky . She lies and will give you the around about everything. I purchased a furniture set from them had not had the furniture no longer than 6 months, furniture start to sink in explained this to Nicky she sent out I some guy . I guess a furniture inspector the guy stated that they most likely gave me used furniture and I was told the furniture was brand new. When I called to ask Nicky about exchanging furniture she gave me the run around a stating the Ashely had to order a new furniture set and it has been a month now and she had the nerve to call to ask for a payment of the worn out furniture that was already worn out!! I told her she can come and pick it up a month again and never did. Ms. Paula should have been the Manager of the store.

Look at the public questions area where i posted in hopes that a corporate personel or higher might see what kind of aweful people work here. NEVER GOING BACK! If the District Manager deletes those then i will make a quick run down of what happened. I returned my items WITHIN the timeframe i was TOLD BY THE MANAGER AND WAS REFUSED A REFUND AND WHEN I SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TOLD ME THE DM WOULD CALL ME WITHIN 48 HOUR AND OVER 96 HOURS LATER (YES OVER 4 DAYS LATER STARTED MAY 10TH, 2018 AND IT IS NOW MAY 15TH, 2018) I CALLED BACK AND GAVE HER 24 MORE HOURS AND WHEN SHE FINALLY CALLED HE EXCUSE WAS I just recieved the message. IT DOESNT TAKE OVER 4 DAYS TO RECIEVE A MESSAGE NOW! THAT WAS UNPROFFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, AND APPEARS TO BE A LYING DM TO BOOT. AND SHE DIDNT WANT TO HELP BUT RATHER TRY TO SCOLD ME AND TREAT ME LIKE I KNEW NOTHING! TALK ABOUT A NEED OF NEW MANAGEMENT!
I will not buy from rent -A- center because they lied to me about a bed and they brought me out just the frame and said I have to buy the mattress and box springs separate to have a bed they did not tell me that when I went in and paid for it.

The only thing I have as feedback is to not use email as a way to take personal documents. This should be uploaded to a secure server. But I digress, great service Paula.
