I ordered a measure, but they did not have any quality flooring, so I canceled. I waited 5 days, and my deposit was not refunded to my account. I called the central measuring department, and they reported that it was canceled, but no email was ever generated to refund my money. I was transferred to the Humble store, but nobody answered. I hung up and called again to customer service. It has been ringing for 6 minutes, and nobody is answering. Inferior products and inferior customer service.

I understand that work has become quite stressful in many businesses, but when a customer politely asks a worker for direction to an item...why display an attitude of that isnt my job. I asked two different employees for assistance in two different departments.The first was very polite, smiled and helped me with a pleasant attitude. The second acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking where an item is located.The last experience is the one that matters. Its what a customer remembers.

We go here way to much. This hardware store is where relationships go through the ultimate test... we have nearly been divorced over the battles lost and won in Home Depot, but our marriage lives on. Our recent trip here was for Halloween and fall decor after a complete bust a lowes and spirit Halloween. Home depot had a far better selection than lowes and better quality and prices than spirit Halloween. We left with a bunch of stuff.

Curbside pick up never worked once for me.It always show on the last step something went wrong from their side and ended up have to go it the store to pick up your order.There was one time the app finally worked but I was waiting in the car for 15 minutes, ended up still having to go in to see whats going on.There were 3 staff at the customer services but it went very slow because only one counter was working,the other two counters,the lady just stood there not doing anything .Maybe this store needs better manager to keep the staff working and ensure curbside works

This location has No customer service. I have a Pro account with Home Depot and everytime Ive been in this store no one is ever in the departments to help. Last week I was going to purchase 30 gallons of paint and no one was in the paint department to mix paint for me. After a page an 15 minutes I finally left. The Spring or Little York stores are way better!

We had a small issue at this location where a large order wasn’t pulled and ready at the scheduled time, the acting store manager Barry blew us off when an associate mentioned I was frustrated and asked if he could get a few people to pull it. He told her to “Just put one person on it” $4100 and we’ll over 100 items from several departments and he sent one person.We ask to speak with him after 30 more minutes and he delayed “helping a customer” for another 20. When I saw him he just turned the corner and made eye contact but stopped to help a senior in a power cart. I was ok with that, he said “I’ll be right back, just let me show this guy where to find his stuff.” As he walked he saw Gabby (the closing ASM) and said “hey, help these guys” Way to pass the buck sir.Anyway, obviously frustrated she walked up and got the full frustrated explanation. She said I know you’re mad but give me 10 minutes to try and make it right.She printed 6 copies of my pick list and handed them out, everyone had my order pulled CORRECTLY in about 30 minutes and even helped load our trailer. We had 5 doors, 50 gallons of paint, 4 fans, 12 light fixtures, switches and outlets for the entire project and a bunch more, full rehab on one list.I want to thank Ron, Gabby S, Javier O, Maria R, and Joel for going the extra mile to help me get back on track from an error.

Went into the Humble home depot this morning 9/29/21 to purchase some sheetrock for a customers ceiling repair. Only seeing 1/2 Inch, my husband asks the older lady running a pro service register where the 1/4 inch was at.....now we are from deep east TX, so we have a deep twang. The lady proceeds to mock my husban by repeating quarter, quarter in the deepest southern voice she can. (Quarter, Quarter, you can only get 1/4 in Porter, where all the trailers and Hill Billys live! Here in the big city of Humble you can only get 1/2 inch!🤔 now luckily we have a great since of humor, but she should be careful, not very many people would have let that slide! Very disappointed in yalls customer service!!!

Not happy with an online order with them. Home delivery was going to take much longer than ship to store, so I ordered curbside pickup...needless to say it was delayed, twice! Finally go to pick it up, waited 20 minutes in curbside pickup...checked in multiple times using their app...finally went inside. I told them their curbside pickup sucks! Was told Im not the only one that feels that way. Prime example why their business is struggling

Ok, I’m ready to make some recommendations.1. There are very few people to help in the departments to answer questions or assist customers while there is a gang of workers at the registers that bombard people that are leaving the store with a flurry of questions about payment methods corralling them like cattle.When Home Depot runs ads that say, “you can do it; we can help,” help doesn’t mean check-out at a register but, that’s about all you’ll get help with.I like most of the staff but, it only takes one to spoil the bunch.Their security is too busy skimming his Facebook feeds to be bothered with securing the store and in February 2021 the same guy was on his phone while I was pickpocketed in plumbing department. Security can’t be everywhere in the store but, pretty sure updating his FB status is not one of them. Same guy; doing same thing

Yesterday, my uncle was falsely detained and handcuffed in the parking lot at this store. He was held about 20 minutes. My uncle, who is Hispanic and does not speak fluent English, produced his receipts. He was eventually allowed to leave. The manager, Kenneth, did not apologize to him. I understand mistakes happen, but the manager took no responsibility at all for the error. Even when another family member called to talk to the store manager, he denied responsibility, refused to apologize, and blamed a cashier. The store learned nothing from the incident and will probably do it again. Very disappointed, especially considering the amount of money we spend at Home Depot.

This location appears to be a little smaller than other locations but its perfect for the area.Most of the employees will usually make an attempt to help in any way possible.The store feels organized and the restrooms are generally clean. Their positives definitely outweigh the negative so keep up the good work.👍

Minus one star. I do not visit Home Depots Main store space but I do frequent the garden center/nursery as I rather enjoy the art of gardening and adding houseplants to my urban jungle. Monday afternoon I did a quick online search for a pūr water under the sink triple filter replacement and my local Home Depot store showed the exact model in stock. I drove to the Humble location to purchase the product and could not find one a n y w h e r e. Isle 8 is shown as the location of the filter. Nope. I walked around in search of an employee to assist me in finding what I needed and the one woman I made eye contact with (you know who you are in the floral shirt, light beige khakis and orange vest speaking loudly, cackling, kee-kee-ing and giggling) began speed walking in the opposite direction after I kindly motioned to her for a helping hand. Mind you, reader, this was my Very First Visit Inside The Main Store and I was Blatantly Ignored by a shameless employee. Many other customers also needed help and suddenly a pattern emerged. The Employees scattered liked roaches as I or any other patron were in sight or making our way to approach them. Then came Mr.Terry (In isle 8!) a generous man who was clearly overwhelmed by the long line of customers so I waited my turn until an angry gentlemans request took him away from ALL of US in waiting. I gave up and made my way to customer service where the young lady went online and located my desired filter then redirected me to isle 26 and told me that she would page an employee to assist me there. I waited...I waited...I w a i t e d some more. I get it, maybe she didnt page anyone at all. I slowly perused the back end of the store while also in search of said employee and saw no one. What I did see was CHAOS. I took snapshots and attached the photos to this review. Danger around every corner and down every isle. Home Depots Main Store is not for me. I left the store with an hour wasted, a terrible first impression of the staff and no pūr water filter. I do not recommend. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I would like to recognize 3 employees at Humble Depot on their great service on black Friday. David, Ray and specially to (Ryan Blade).When I picked up my husbands grill, it did not fit in my SUV, but Ryan took the time to assist me by taking a piece of the grill to make it fit. I previously saw him interacting with other customers and he was very nice to everyone while working at the returns department.Thank you guys, keep up your great work. We notice your dedication to great service!!!👍

If you are ordering online for store pick-up to save time and hassle - DON’T BOTHER. I ordered a gate HINGE and picked it up after work, drove all the way home and found they had given me a gate LATCH. Yup shame on me for not checking the bag and assuming they were competent to tell the difference. When I called, I was told (after 8:23 minutes on hold) that all I had to do was come back and they would replace it... DUH!..Except I live ACROSS TOWN and needed it NOW and the one close to home doesn’t have what I need. So, learn from my mistakes - do not assume they know how to correctly fill your online order.

Is one of the most well laid out, well stocked, organized stores Ive ever been in.Its a pleasure from shopping to check out at this store..Great job, keep up the good work!!

The curb service is great my wife and I are older so we use this service whenever possible now. The app works well every time. We send the on our way and we are here at the parking spot number. It has never been even been five minutes before they bring our stuff out. The employees are always happy to put it in our truck or van.The blue store service is much poorer. Their app has frozen and we had to call in more than once. The employees are not as happy and seem put out that they have to bring it out.Home Depot is the best !

It took a while before I was able to interact with the associate in the appliance department. She was the only one there to assist four different customers. After waiting 30 minutes for my turn, I left. Looked at flooring for about 20 minutes and came back to appliance section. I had to wait another 10-15 minutes before she was able to assist me. She was very nice. Not her fault they never sent her a couple of back up associates.

Do your self a favor. DO NOT rent any equipment here they have busted equipment that doesn’t work and will then still charge you. Go to Merc rental down 59 another exit or two wayyyyy better and their equipment actually works properly. I enjoy going to home Depot home Depot even if you cant find something they will tell you where its at and take you there and then help you out for whatever project youre going through ask you questions how wonderful is that I work in a cup for a company thats the same way if we went back to our old values we would still be maintain what we used to have before the pandemic home Depot on the other hand has kept those values now theres a couple of the cashiers there I wouldnt give you two cents for it cuz theyre not worth a darn too busy talking about their night life and what theyre going to do and their boyfriends and I honestly dont care

I come here often as Im a general contractor. There are some departments that frustrate me everytime. Light and light bulbs is one of them. They are out of stock of so much all the time. They also dont have weird things like shutters. Trying to find someone in this store to help you can also be VERY FRUSTRATING.

I give this Home Depot in Humble 5 stars for their great service all around. I came by to pick up some pavers curbside and there was a lady outside checking customers in...I have never experienced such great curbside service like that...it beats getting your phone out and checking in. Another thing that caught my eye was a professional made curbside parking sign...this wasnt a 5gal bucket with a pole stuck in cement and the sign handwritten on cardboard.The lady was very helpful kind and professional. While I was there waiting in the garden area outside I saw alot of employees outside being helpful and just being very great employees. Whoever is running this store has done a great job being a leader. It seems as if these employees know what they are doing the store is well put together and very clean on the outside. I also noticed most employees continuing to still wear their PPE...which is amazing. I finally received my pavers which didnt take long and the lady that checked me in was the same lady that loaded me up. I didnt get her name but with all due respect she was a black lady and I really appreciated her help. Thank you to The Home Depot for such a great experience and thank you to management for training your employees to be respectful and helpful but most of all to always go above and beyond and be professional at all times. I highly recommend this Home Depot and look forward for my next pick up!!

Humble, TX location absolutely the worst. 8 workers standing around. We asked for help getting item down from high shelf. No one showed up. Went to ask again and cashier rudely cut me off and pointed to male worker down the aisle. He walked off. Took items we did have to self checkout and same cashier started scanning items. Told her we never got help and would be going to another location, she repliedok. Some customer service. I will stick with Lowes.

Would not recommend getting lawn mower fixed with them. First they told me it was going to take six months. Luckily it did not take 6 months. But when they called me to tell me it was ready and it already been at the store for a week and a half. After 30 days it would have gone to abandoned items. The mower had only been used 4 times basically brand-new. And when they sent it back I still had to pay for parts and labor. When picking up the mower I asked for an itemized receipt of what exactly was wrong with it. I did not receive that. And then noticed that they did not give me my grass bag back. So I had to go back to the store and have them look for it. They couldnt find it so they gave me an old one from one of their rentals. Mine was in way better condition. Im very dissatisfied with this whole transaction. So my advice is if you do use them keep your grass bag at home.

I have used Home Depot for many years. Generally I don’t need assistance from the staff. But Sometimes I do need help finding a specific product. There is one employee named Sam that I wish to recognize. Sam has helped me twice in the last seven days. Once he helped me find an unusual product. And once he helped me solve an unusual technical problem. Sam is extremely knowledgeable, gracious, and helpful. Maybe I shouldn’t praise Sam. Because now everyone will know that they can get help from at least one Home Depot employee!!!

This place is a mess when you order online and go to pick up your items. There is no separate line for online pickup and you have to wait 30 minutes with the customers who are returning items. People working at cashier and customer service are extremely rude and unprofessional. They are very unhappy and literally yell at customers constantly. Avoid this Home Depot at any cost.

This home Depot was not busy. I was able to get in and find what I was looking for. Unfortunately what I got was the incorrect size. So I had to return later to exchange it for the correct size. The correct size was no longer in stock so I just got my money back. Ive returned here a couple of times since then and the piece is still out of stock. Im a little disappointed with that.
