Cleanest Sally Beauty I have ever been to! Looks & feels brand new. Very organized & stocked. This will be my go to store. The Manager was very helpful & has such a positive attitude! 💖Amazing experience!

I just went into Sally’s on 1960 in humble . After making my selections and placed there on the counter. One of the ladies total my items the told me they are only taking cash exact change or card only. There was not a sign indicating that fact until after I I got in my car to leave the store. A young lady with real short hair placed a sign in the door window. I did not make a purchase,and should not be forced too use my card my not have Change in the store for a $20.00 dollar bill ?

This store is the cleanest store I have ever been to. The manager is absolutely the nicest and most helpful person. She is so polite and truly cares to help you with what you are looking for. Thank you for being the person you are. ❤

I love this Sally Store, the manager, Kristiana is very knowledgable and is always most helpful for all my hair care and other needs. I can count her every time. She helped me find products I wanted and ones I didnt know I needed, her personality is contagious shes awesome!!!! All of the employees are very helpful as well especially Luna, always going above and beyond with providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help which was really great. The girl that helped me was really sweet and helped me find everything I needed. I will be going back!!!

Nice looking store however, I was ask to pay 15 cents for a bag. It might not be much to some however asking me to purchase a bag to put in the product that I just purchased is ridiculous .And then the young lady at the counter got a attitude after, I refuse to purchase one.

I have shoped in this location for over 15 yrs. But never feel rush by the cashier at the encounter! Tonight close to close time 18 mins before 7 pm . Soonest I open the door she said you only have 15 mins !!! Im closing right at 7pm !!!😳 what a terrible costumer service . Dont service first applies to this type of business???I do understand the store closed at 7pm !But right away she rush me out ...Then she keeps on telling me I closing and she is talking over the phone in the air plug she has on it 😡thats so disrespectful for for any costumer .She help me found the color I needed but it doesnt mean she can have not inconsideration to show her work ethic!Mannagers please help your employees to know that this rude representation is not close of what Sallys companies costumer service stands up for!

I cannot express how WONDERFUL the woman was to me and my daughter today. She was so bubbly, joy filled and ready to answer our questions. I will go back and I recommend anyone to go here if you want to feel special or just be greeted with a smile that can be seen behind a face mask! I cant wait to go back and get the name of the woman who made my daughter feel special on her birthday and made me feel so good!

I had gone in a few months ago and was ignored then answered rudely by a girl there..honestly I didnt ever want to go back but I went yesterday and a very sweet young man who reminded me of bad bunny helped me out with some conditioning product for my super dry hair. I woke up and my curls were in perfect condition thank you for that young man.I just went today and oh my god... the store manager was supposed to do my return and gave me so much attitude.. I dont recommend going here at all.. the cashier has 0 training and the manager cant even control her potty mouth.. nope.. never going here again.

I came into the store with brassy roots and asked for a suggestion from someone that works there of what products to use to get the brassiness out and it did absolutely nothing but turn my hair more orange! When I went to return other products that I had purchased for my mother because she didn’t want the same thing to happen to her, the cashier which I believe is the manager of the store was very rude and defending the worker who gave me the wrong products to use and basically said that it was my fault. Of course, I am aware that doing your own hair is a risk if you are not a professional, but I at least was expecting Some form of customer service that would make me feel better about coming to the store again but what I got was the complete opposite. I do not recommend this store of rudeness.
