We waited for the initial delivery and when it arrived a chair was stained and slates were not the correct size for the bed frame. So then they rescheduled an appointment for the slates to be delivered. However when they arrived it was the wrong piece. We then called and was told we would get a callback that day. Guess what, that did not happen and it being the weekend no one would answer. So then we call during the week and it is to be delivered this week. Also the Store manager can’t help because he can’t do anything and corporate can only reschedule. Worst part is in the notes I specifically noted what was need. Will not be buying furniture from them ever again. My son has been without a bed going on 2 months.
There was a great deal on the mattress we bought so we decided to go with Bel for our purchase. Our sales lady was very kind and gave us all the answers we needed. Thank you Haley!!! I give her 5 stars! The only thing I didn’t like was the finance group. When we tried to ask questions they acted like it was a bother and felt like our sales person should have gave this info. After looking at multiple places and multiple different items when checking out I wanted to make sure I had all the info. So I feel their customer service could have been better. Delivery was great as well.
Poor customer service. We walked in the store in Humble. One employee greeted us and asked what we needed. We said we need a bed. She wanted to show us the whole bed set, but we told her we only need a bed. She pointed her finger to couple conners of the store and told us to go check out. Basically she said now you on yourself. We did and needed to ask more information, guess what couldnt find anybody to ask. The lady greeted us earlier now with another customer. Just because we wanted to buy something small and they treated us so bad? None professional none compassion what they doing.We ended up find somebody else to help. This lady was worse than the other one. No knowledge about what she selling.Never come back again.

Once again I made a purchase and had the pleasure of being helped by Mr. Peter again. As always he is is so wonderful. I’m adding this to my review I posted about 3 months ago. See you again soonI visited Bel Furniture today and had the most amazing customer service from Mr. Peter. He greeted me, took care of me and showed he cared about what I was looking for. He gave me time to look around and wasn’t pushy like most salesman. I did make a purchase and he walked me through everything, he also went as far as taking measurements of the table I bought and my SUV to make sure it would fit because I picked it up myself. He have me directions to the warehouse and he even pulled chairs out for me to sit down while I signed the purchase agreement and explained everything in detail. He was just wonderful!! I would give him 10 stars if I could. I wish there were more people like him in customer service and sales. I will truly return again to Bel furniture in the future, though I have bought from them before Mr. Peter left a great impression and is a great asset to the company. Completely disappointed, cheapest material! furniture broke the next day after delivery. The plastic leg on the sofa bed broke while adding the mattress and putting on the sheets. My daughter did not even get to try it ! The customer service was amazing when they are trying to sell but terrible answering my Emails, calls and voice messages.Not a single person has been helpful since I reached out with the concern on the furniture.I live 40 miles away from the store, it was a complete waste of time and money !Definitely the cheapest material, will continue to stick with Rooms to go. More expensive but worth it !

Ordered a living room set a week ago. Got delivered yesterday and the love seat is broken right out of the box. The only help I received from customer service was to contact the manufacturer. If you live anywhere near Houston. Save your time and save up the money to go to Gallery furniture.
Real intelligent Bel Furniture. I selected $3,300 worth of different furniture today for the Memorial Day sale. Upon checkout I was told one of the items was a floor model and they don’t deliver floor models. I would have to take it on my own. My only option was use an outside mover they recommend for $150. But I would have to pay a separate $119 for deliver for the remaining furniture. I told them I didn’t want to pay two separate delivery fees. Rather than waving a delivery fee, they were just fine with allowing a $3,300 sale to walk away. Great business decision folks.

NEVER!!! Will I return to this store nor recommend anyone to come to this store. I purchased an item back in the beginning of April. Its May and its still not available. Was I told this? Nope at the store to make the sale they stated my items would be ready by the following Saturday for pick up. If it wasnt for me calling the store previously to me picking up I would of driving the 45 minutes to the warehouse for nothing because the items werent ready. This store is horrible at communicating with their customers. Worst customer service ever. I usually go to rooms to go and only came here because of my mom. But never again. Go to rooms to go! They have way better quality items, better service, and most of the time they have 72 months no interest financing. DO NOT SHOP AT BELL FURNITURE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Absolutely great location here in Humble... I am a first time homebuyer and I needed a bed, sectional, and a dinette set... I found everything I needed at a fantastic price. My agent CARL was super professional and let me do me. He knew I was on a budget and did not try to push me into anything. He was great and we need more like him when it comes to putting the customer first.... Great place and great employees! I will be back in the future to upgrade my furniture and I hope CARL is still there 😊

Low prices, agreed but the quality is really bad. I bought a dinner table like 3 months ago, so the chairs broke down one by one. I have so 3 out set of 6. I also bought a bunk bed for my children, first night the broke down as well.Dont waste your money buying furniture from the store. Seriously the quality is very poor.
Horrible customer service w/ the manager Mo w/ glasses. We were told by the corporate customer service to return the breakfast table set to the store and we would get a refund. But when i got to the store in Humble the manager Mo was yelling and extremely rude when he came out to help. Before i even said a word he was like that to his employees. So I told him we were told to bring it back but he got loud and kept saying im not giving a refund until corporate says so. I tried to explain everything to him but he was just rude. Then he asked who we talked to but i didnt remember the name. But when the super nice lady Maria in customer service called corporate they confirmed everything i told him and she issued me a refund. But the manager Mo is horrible at talking to customers or his employees. Before i left i told Maria im sorry you have to deal with him everyday and she laughed and said thanks. I will never recommend the Humble Bel Furniture off Hwy 59, Mo made me realize that that store is not the place to go if you dont want to be disrespected or talked down to when youre just doing what the corporate office said to do. Mo is a horrible person

My firs and last time ordering online from this place.I paid for dinnette set online over a month ago and still do not have merchandise til this day.called corporate been on hold 13 minutes do not have the courtesy of checking in with customers on hold and say I’m still here.was given delivery date for June 18 June 19 told manager this Melissa one of the reps just told me it was in warehouse but they gotta unload it that’s why it will be delivered Saturday June 19th.mind u while I’m writing this review I’m still on hold now 14 minutes..will never shop here again and I been patient with the lies for over a month..which Melissa excuse the lie saying rep thought my items was in today.thought and saying it’s in is two different things she flat out lied.I use to work for furniture company when us pull up accounts it tells you status of customers items why lie? Still on hold now 17 minutes no one came back on and said not one word I’m still holding.I’m beyond irate at this point.I done had four different delivery dates and still no merchandise now saying after July 4th
My furniture is not put up right. And very unhappy because with my furniture it not put together right. And when u call Bel can’t get nobody on phone . It gave me a email do you have to email somebody to let them know what’s going on and you had to send a picture I’m not computer person at least wanna talk to somebody on the phone. And I very 😡😡😡

Too long to check out... No plan for transporting accessories and we were told they could hold items for delivery. However, less than a couple of days later, they told us they had no room to keep our paid items and the only resolve offered was you can get a refund if you want.

Carl Peters was the best Furniture salesman I’ve ever experienced he knew his stuff i was there to purchase a cheap leather set and he told me the difference between top grain leather and the bonded leather set i was there to get, he convinced me to upgrade for just a couple hundred dollars more to the top grain leather cause i wanted quality. Plus sold me this affordable protection plan that gave me a peace of mind on my quality leather 3 piece set. Great prices at bel and experience with a well qualified Salesperson will definitely go back!
Bunk bed broke in less than a week, wanted to charge me for the replacement part, the wood was made from pressed sawdust and glue. Foreign made junk, I should have done better research.

I’ve actually brought from this location previously, it has always been a great experience. Sales people usually greet me right away and are knowledgeable. On this occasion I thought it was going to be different because I was not greeted initially even though there were employees sitting on a sofa talking. I walked around for about 20 minutes then I saw the gentleman that had helped me on another occasion with another customer. I figured I would just leave since he was busy and no one else acknowledged me. But just then he wrapped up his other customers and offered to help me Incase no one else had. Well I ended up showing him what I wanted, I paid cash, and had my husband pick up my items. I think his name was Mr. Gene, I feel bad for not remembering. I was there on 09/10/2020 between 2pm and 4pm. He was the older gentleman, always pleasant, and willing to help. Because of him I’ll be buying a bedroom set from there as soon as they get done in stock. I took away a star because of the other salespeople that sat there and never acknowledged me.
