Very big place so expect to be there awhile. Employees are nice and they all wear masks which was a relief. They have alot of good stuff for a great price. I will constantly be checking in to see what new stuff they have. The guys that load your stuff for you are very helpful as well.

TRAVIS IS AMAZING!!! This store has EVERYTHING for so cheap! I practically furnished my entire apartment for $2400, including this beautiful sectional! I was looking around everywhere for probably 30 minutes for a grey fabric sectional, I could not find anything I was obsessed with in grey. He pulls me over and shows me this BADASS couch that I instantly fell in love with and it came in a living room set. He let me switch out the lamps and the rug for ones I liked better and found me the table I wanted from me just saying “sleek and modern” 😂 This dude and this store is amazing!

Jose was my salesman and he was great!! If you have ever went shopping with me then you know how amazing he must have been.Dustin M. and Larry W. loaded my car and my friends truck. Elizabeth and Eugene(Sales people) were extremely helpful, I would give both 4.5 out of 5 stars. The manager is a totally a different issue, Gary was rude and talked to me like Id never bought furniture before. This man shouldnt be working in customer service period! Believe me if I was paying for the furniture I would have walked out!!! Employees say that managers want customers to write reviews, I dont think they want this review!

I normally never leave reviews but this time I actually had to The gentleman that I worked with his name was Jose was absolutely wonderful he was very patient with us even though we drove him crazy but he was also very fun to work with as well and the cashier Stephanie was also amazing even though she had a mask on you know she smiling all the time.

Horrible service. Looks like a second hand store inside. Rather try my luck at Ikea.Service is Horrible. Lady asked if i needed help. I started telling her what i was looking for. She walked away. Stood in a circle with the rest of the employees just watching customers walk in and then back out.

We went to Rooms To Go Outlet on 5/22/2020 and we found the chairs to our current kitchen table that are discontinued aka I can’t buy them online or nothing I’ve already talked to Rooms To Go online and they no longer make my chairs to my kitchen table. I wanted TWO more so I was super excited when I saw this outlet had like 20 on the showroom floor mind you they were spread out so I took one photo where you can see like 6 of them, circled in white, and I believe the box had the same chairs, but they were everywhere. The sales lady said they also had some in the boxes and more in the back. She said they don’t sell them separately that they keep them for the tables that come in that have no chairs and they sale them together even though half of them don’t match the tables and half of the tables are for like 4-6 chairs and they sale you TWO so who wants a huge table with 2 chairs. I just don’t get this place. Anyways long story short the manager couldn’t spare me TWO chairs even though I said I would pay whatever because buying two chairs vs six new ones is a crazy difference in price. They didn’t have a reason, but would not help me out. It’s an outlet store like they could’ve let me buy TWO chairs. So now I am still missing TWO chairs so now I will either have to buy SIX new ones or buy a new table because that’s probably about the same price. Also the sales lady was very sweet to us! THANKS ROOMS TO GO OUTLET HUMBLE for nothing...

I was flooded during the ice storm needed a new mattress Mr Eugene very nice and very helpful. But unfortunately he wasnt there the day of purchase Manny helped me very dry and impatient with me until i made a thousand dollar purchase took my money and walked away literally. I bought a new mattress and given used bed rails i refused and waited a week for new rails no one call to inform me my order was cancelled,and issued a store credit had to ask if another store had them to be informed of all of this lady on the phone really nasty to me. People need to humble themselves no has to shop there at all if not for customers you wouldnt have jobs.

The furniture is usually a little beat up, but who isnt? A good place to find furniture for a reduced price. Emphasis on find as items can sell quick and this usually limits the selection. I would say that every week is a new floor.

Overpriced for an outlet. Was not made aware that some items were used. Ended up with a different rug than the one I had chosen (items were delivered); was met with the all sales final line. There are good deals to be had here, however.

Good deals on furniture. Some are damaged and some are just overstock. Nice staff. I was able to get my purchased delivered via a 3rd party and was extremely happy with their service. They were suggested along with other companies to deliver. Just ask the staff and they will help you with finding a delivery company.

Our salesperson Melinda or Melanie was GREAT!!Very nice and helpful, but the manager Gary needs a new job, that doesnt involve dealing with customers. He is very rude and unprofessional. If not for the salesperson we would have left there empty-handed.

The only reason im giving it a 1 is because the sales lady who helped me and my husband sold us a queen bed that had led lights built in it and we never knew untill after we purchased it and had it loaded in the truck! They dont work!!!!! Super disappointed they should me honest and not try to just get a sale

Went to this store on 3/12/2021.Had the worst shopping experience in my life buying a bedroom set. From the time I walked in there no one greet you when you come in then you have to find a sales person to help you. My sales person was Manny not very friendly at all .And the same bed set that I seen on sale online he wouldnt give it to me for the same price. He said there store do give for the same price or price match so I had to pay full price for a bed room set that was on sale online because they are an outlet so he couldnt give it to me for the same price. So that was very upsetting and he was very rude and no patience.I felt like i was getting rush from the time he started to help meThen I went to check out and had the worst experience in customer service in my life. Very rude.and terrible attitude and argues with customers. First I in counter Meredith Redard worst customer service ever just wanted to use my tax exempt and she threw my paper work away that I had fill out then I ask for someone else to check me out then I got Sandy Hopkins ro help me with my Tax exempt and she was very prejudice and very rude and wants to keep over talking me and argues with me about my tax exempt card. So I ask for there store manager Garrett Voorhees he was rude along with customer service employees and didnt resolve my issue and didnt care about my concerns or how i have been talk to or treated in his store or the horrible experience I had in his store and I ask for customer number and he wouldnt even give me or his name or the number I had to get it from another employee that works there. I will never shop at this store again. And I still never got my Tax Exempt process and then they use these 4 different deliver companys that goes up on the price once thay deliver and it was $140 to deliver to drop off a Mattress, box spring headboard, dresser and night stand and I stay 7 mins from the store they dont even unbox your furniture and charge and extra $100 if you want them to put it together furniture. Whole furniture experience at this store was horrible and terrifying

Wasted our time looking at a bunch of overpriced furniture that was damaged.

Elizabeth was great, but the customer service went down hill after that. Management was slow to assist the customer and the loading was very unhelpful. They loaded my couch without wrapping it and allowed me to ride home in the rain with my item. When asked if we could get it wrapped or could have something to cover it we were told we dont do that. Never again.

Very unorganized. In my opinion I can buy used furniture in better condition than what I saw. I was very disappointed special knowing they have good quality furniture. I thought outlet meant discontinued not torn up, broken or incomplete. A waist of time in my opinion and a waist of a nice new building.

I am so disappointed in Rooms to go outlet this was my first time shopping at a outlet of rooms to go I have always went to the regular rooms to go store I have decided to make this review because I feel cheated and ripped off after years of buying furniture from regular rooms to go my issues started several months back I no the summertime when I decided to try out rooms Togo ( Outlet) in humble where I live I bought a dining room table set, 2 mattress one box spring, and a recliner chair.... let start with my Queen side mattress the mattress was not the same mattress I tryed out on the show room floor I called the manager at the store he did verify that it was I told him this mattress is to hard for my back because I just had back surgery and he said give it a few months and let it break in so I did and now it’s November and it’s still the same I can’t sleep on that mattress at all so that was a waste of money and purchase and I feel that I should of been able to take back the mattress and get another one since I called them to let them know immediately but I was told there was no return policy after i got home not when I walked in the door or at the time of purchase because if I knew that from the start I would of went elsewhere that had a return policy because I just had surgery and I knew I had to try sleeping on and bed. For the table set that I bought the very first 2 weeks it started chipping and bubbling up like some sort of lumps on the right side so basically we don’t even eat at the table I feel that the table as some sort of manufactory defect and this is all so unfair to me and my family I am a single mom and we survive off one income and I can’t afford to lose like this in life I am very embarrassed when people come to my house and very disappointed every day that I chose and trust the wrong furniture company for my family’s needs and i am still paying payments for something we do not use 😢

Ok this is NOT A REVIEW! I have not been to rooms to go yet but my plan was to go. I want the managers or supervisors to read this because they need to know how reviews affect future shoppers. I am very hesitant to go based on all the bad reviews about their lazy employees and bad customer service. I don’t live around the corner and I just hate to think I will drive an hour to go somewhere we’re my business is not wanted and appreciated. I expect to be greeted at the door and to be asked if I need help. I just hope I don’t regret going if I don’t my mind. Please get employees that want to be there.

The management here is trash. The sales people greet white customers as they walk in the store but not black ones. I saw this several times as I watched various people come in the door. This store sells mix matched pieces so when asked to purchase a table separately that was matched with chairs that were not even the same shade as the table I was told it couldn’t be sold out of a set when clearly it wasn’t a set. I was offered to buy a single table at another location but somehow this location can’t break the rules. Give me a break, this is an outlet center, barely anything matches. Smh Maybe if my skin was a different color I would have been treated like a valuable customer.

I made a purchase over $2000 dollars and I was told that for some reason the prefer didn’t go through correctly and that they were to refund my money. I have yet received a refund and have to place a dispute with my bank in order to get my money back. A purchase from hell and customer care simply don’t care!

My husband and I went by this location to purchase a mattress. No greeting, and absolutely no acknowledgment for over 20 minutes. Finally after having several associates walk right past us the woman that had been helping a caucasion couple the whole time we were there returns to the same section were at and asks if weve been helped. After responding and informing her of what we are looking for. She points out to which ones they have in the size I need and walks away. I didnt even look at the mattresses, we left. I had watched her be so friendly, polite, talkative and informative with the couple before us and she couldnt even take the time to help us out. Never returning again.

It is an outlet so the appearance of the store wasn’t my issue there was no one to greet us we didn’t know who worked there or were they shopping like us...we found some good reasonably prices for our furniture that we picked out but than the Scavenger hunt to find an associate was very challenging to where my husband was like let’s go.. I actually interrupted an associate to helping us we got our paper to take to the front counter I stood there for 10 mins mind you no one else was in the line before me I counted 4 workers in a group just talking which is fine but they all saw me standing in line and never said we will be with you..paid went to the loading dock the guys were very friendly and helpful

Bought a rug here for like 100 came back and the same rug was priced at 15. When i asked if I could get some kind of credit or anything this man took my paper, looked at his computer as if he was going to try to do something for me then came back and said sorry cant do anything all sales final. ( his attitude didnt feel right) I asked a different employee if she can get the manager so she put a call on the intercom for her and the man went on and cancelled the call and asked the worker why did you call her. The employee told him they want to speak to a manager and he said she is really busy. That upset me and I said i need to speak to your manager so he went back to get her but she never came out he just said she is very busy would you like to buy something for a discount. AT THIS POINT I WAS TO FRUSTRATED.

Fast, convenient, great gas prices

Today was my first time visiting and I was not greeted or helped by anyone. The employees were talking amongst each other.A lot of great products but customer service should definitely be improved

Staff is always friendly and nice they do explain that its not like other rooms to go stores that it is an outlet and there are some good prices.

My arm on my sofa cracked and wouldnt help. They told me it was wear and tair. Now iam stuck with a broken arm on my sofa and just turn 1yr old. Iam sooooo disappointed in this store. I want shop there anymore.

I bought some furniture and the sales representative were great but the warehouse in the back was unorganized. It took them 38 minutes to load 3 mattresses in the back of a pickup. When we were about to leave my dad said I dont think they tied it down. I get out the truck and sure enough its loose. I asked to speak to the supervisor and told him the situation and he said the sales rep should have told me. Very unprofessional if you ask me and I never got an apology for it. The new bed frame have mold and they refused to exchange it!

Every time I order furniture from rooms to go the delivery is ALWAYS an issue. Furniture either comes damaged or late. Never does my furniture get delivered inside my assigned window. It’s always an excuse. Also using your warranty is an act of Congress. Do not expect an easy experience when submitting a warranty claim. My days are done with Rooms to Go. I guess you get what you pay for.

I did like this place. I got my mattress and pillows there. Good price and all.Welcome to COVID-19. Where in Houston, a FURNITURE STORE is considered essential. WHAT?That’s not the issue though, this is;Upon the pandemic COVID-19 starting up and wreaking havoc against the world, it’s internal finance company, Acceptance Now, is also open, and has NO MEANS of helping its customers. There is no contingency on if you can pay your $200-300/mo set or not, nor do they care. I got many calls and letters expecting me to pay for my bed which is late now... 3 months? I still get calls and my bank account still gets pings for payments to my bed set (which they ask for your bank info, not card info, to finance it) and it doesn’t go through. (Obviously since I have no money in it). I received letters saying that if I don’t pay; it’s going to be treated as late and fined late fees. As well as credit reported :/I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR FINANCE SERVICE.

Had a great experience here a couple of weeks back. Bo, one of the salesmen, was absolutely outstanding! He had the best etiquette as a salesman than I have ever experienced. He was honest, genuine and wasnt pushy. He was informative and most of all he didnt crowd us! Unfortunately, we only went into to browse the store and he totally respected that. When Im ready I know exactly who to search for.

I went in to purchase a hybrid mattress which i defiantly fell in love with. I made the purchase after closing so i had to return the next day. I was so excited to replace my old mattress that we just went ahead and applied for the store card with no interest if paid in full for certain months. The thing i disliked and wish would have been communicated to me when i was making the purchase. Was that it was NECESSARY for me to purchase the base for the mattress to be able to qualify for the financing. I had to find this out when i went to pick up the mattress and the guys wore loading the base boards which i did not need and had no intent of purchasing. I tried to take them off my order as i felt there was miscommunication but i was told of the financing requirement, i truly did feel like i was scammed that day.

I enjoyed going to this location and was able to find a few pieces at great prices. My mom even got a wonderful deal on a power recliner for my dad. We will be going back. Dome highlights....BOGO on a ton of lamps, art work from 10$, twin bed cover/comforter 10$, and a great selection of bar stools.

Wish I could post something positive but everything for the most part is fake... it was hard to find anything made of real wood and not made out of glues and saw dust. Oh and why are they selling banged up furniture that looks like the hulk used it for gym class. Seriously, I was expecting to see real design and workmanship and all I saw was the equivalent of an oversized garage sale. So 3 stars... And that is pushing it!

Great experience here. Customer service was beyond great. We were helped by salesman named Win who was very professional and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. During our time at the store others helped us including a lady who worked on the floor who I believe was a manager that helped put together combination packages for unbeatable prices. Couldn’t have been happier, ended up buying a lot more than we anticipated.

Horrible customer service! I purchased two blue accent chairs at the Memorial Drive store on Thanksgiving weekend and they delivered one blue and one beige chair twice. I have been calling customer service and the store multiple times and no responses are given. The customer service does not register all the conversation on their tickets, only what is convenient to them. They have re-scheduled my product to be exchanged this past Thursday (12/13), changed for 12/14 and now they have no longer a date. I purchased the product to be delivered on a date before my real need and I will no longer have the product. Customer service is rude and do not care about customer satisfaction at all. everything has been a nightmare with this store. They now are offering to cancel my purchase or to go to the store pick a different product. Maybe this is because I ordered in a Thanksgiving deal and now they want me to cancel and order a more expensive product? I do not see other reason for this horrible customer care. Be aware when you purchase their deals, as they do not honor their delivery dates or quality of the products.

You must go in and see what they have. Youll be surprised. Beds, chairs, tables or couches, you name it, they probably got it. Very helpful employees, because they are not pushy and they give you time & space to look and shop. However, when you do have a question you dont have to look very far or wait very long. The salesman was really nice and informative. So much so he got my husband and I way over our budget but we were able to get really great deals on everything we went for and more. Overall, I was pleased with the experience. The only downfall is that if you purchase from the outlet store they can only hold items for 1 day and no delivery.

Went there today on a recommendation from my mom. I was expecting to find pretty good deals on expensive furniture that was still out of my price range to be honest. I got a sofa, chair, mattress, and a metal bed frame for less than $700. The mattress drove the price up a bit because we all know a good mattress costs $$$ but even with that I got a great deal. Taffany Jones was my sales associate and she was fantastic! The second I told her my price range she brought me to great QUALITY furniture that was actually below my price range. She is a thoughtful sales person as well as being a person of impeccable taste, I picked out my first piece with her guidance and she was able to show me pieces that always matched and were if Im being honest quite a bit more stylish of decor than I think I would have picked myself. Great furniture, great prices, and the KINDEST sales associates you will ever come across. Seriously they all engaged with my almost 4 year who is very talkative and helped him have fun and be welcome. Cannot say enough good things about the employees and the merchandise!

Went to purchase a new bed in hope of relieving some of my back pain and was not disappointed. Upon entering the business my wife and I were greeted by friendly staff who were able to help us find what we wanted. My new bed has me feeling like Im floating on a cloud.

I am not sure I want to buy furniture that is sold As Is. They sell floor models, many have problems, like rips and tears. Sold with no warranty and MUST be picked up by the next day.

Bought a bed that was sinking within a few days of buying it. It has sunk a total of 4 inches on one side, and about 2 on the other side. I have back problems now. Staff is unprofessional, and not helpful. They are trying to charge me an additional 20% for returning a faulty mattress? Charge me for the delivery of my new mattress for their own mistake? If you don’t want back problems I suggest to run far away from any rooms to go. ANY rooms to go. Customer service line is trash, employees are trash. Items are trash.

You can find some decent deals, but you have to really be open minded and have youre own truck or friends with a truck no delivery
