I booked the appointment online which was dope cause I hate talking to people. I got 3 piercings. The shop was very clean & the piercer was friendly and took his time placing my piercings & making sure I was cool with them which I appreciate. Service was fast & smooth, if i were to get more piercings I would go back here.

I almost hate to write this review because everytime Ive been here the place is not very busy. I hope for their business this changes but its quite nice to be able to walk in and get a tattoo.Of all the Tattoo places I have been, Magic Needle Is very clean, the lobby, artists rooms and the bathroom were all exceptionally clean. The place didnt smell funny, have extraordinarily loud music? (I guess you can call it.)My wife had some drawing our kids did for her to get tattooed on her and the artist Sallymander did an incredible job and was very professional, with a steady hand and a coy demeanor the job of 4 different tattoos were completed very quickly. This was a spur of the moment kind of thing and Magic Needle had no problem accommodating us

I trust this place and these artists!! After getting my lip done, this was the only place I would go for my nose. Pierced twice and great service each time! All artists are very experienced.

Ray was very nice and professional! Everything was clean and sterile, I would definitely get another piercing there again!Edit: I just wet back to go get my double helix and third lobes. I brought my mom and sister this time to share the experience and they got piercings as well. Ray is so friendly and has a great sense of humor! He is great at doing the initial piercing and getting the jewelry in very quickly. I was even more impressed this time. Could not recommend this shop more!

The shop as a whole was very clean, from the entrance (waiting area) to the bathroom and the work area. Everyone I encountered there was super friendly and nice. The shop has a welcoming vibe to it. Will definitely be back. Also I noticed when I was there that if you want a piercing done its definitely best to book an appointment. Which says a lot in my opinion, in a good way. Will update with picture when my tattoo is healed. ❤️

Booked online for a nostril piercing. Came in and didn’t have to wait. The facility was very clean, including the bathrooms. I was a bit nervous to get my nostril pierced but he was very quick and smooth with it and it didn’t hurt much at all. He asked if I wanted him to wear a mask which made me feel like they prioritized their clients’ safety and comfort. All tools were in sealed packages just like they would be at a dentist’s office. I was given a detailed aftercare sheet & his email in case I had any questions. Very affordable & very pleased with my experience.

Ive wanted to get my ears repeirced for a little over 2 years now and all the Tattoo and Piercing shops werent quite up to my standard but I found the Magic Needle and instantly showed it to my Mom. Weve been planning all week since I start my Senior year and I wanted a new look. When we came in we were instantly greeted and welcomed. I was in there for no more than 20 minutes and the piercings didnt hurt and everything was perfect. You could very much tell Mr. Ray love what he does and hes very welcoming, professional, and gives off great vibes. I will be coming back soon.

Went for a few piercings with the piercer there named Ray. He’s a very cool dude and is incredibly sterile and precise in his work. I will likely continue going there for more even though I live 50 min from the shop.

I am not one to leave reviews, ever, but I’d like to mention how clean this place is. Incredible. The whole process was so quick.I got my septum pierced over a month ago, and I left informed of aftercare. (I’m very visual so I’m happy it was printed out for me.) There was little to no small talk but it was a nice environment. I greatly appreciated it.I also forgot my debit card there and I got a text letting me know. I feel like anyone else could’ve just kept it.Anyway, I will be definitely be back very soon.

Getting my nostril piercing was an incredibly quick and easy process. I booked my piercing appointment online. The studio is very clean and professional. The price for a nostril piercing was surprisingly lower than other places I looked at, but the quality was definitely worth more. Ray was courteous and professional as well.

Went and got mine done here and it was a great experience! Mozar is a great guy, hooked me up and killed it! Ray was also great, made me feel right at home, will for sure be coming back!

Ray (the owner) is AWESOME! He was professional, answered all my questions, cracked jokes, and made the entire session fun. I have a smaller nose and felt like he demonstrated great accuracy when it came to positioning the piercing on my nose. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TATTOO SHOP!

If you ever want a legit piercing, Ray is amazing. He knows what he is doing and is wonderful at fixing other peoples errors. (He doesnt give medical advice but he will look at it and figure out the best way to fix it.) I got a helix piercing in New Orleans, and it messed my ear up and caused me to have a huge hole. He took it out and replaced it with a different type of earring. He told me how to clean it, and my hole started to close up within the next 2 days. I felt immediate relief once he replaced the earring. It was no longer sensitive to the touch, and Ive been fine ever since. The shop is extremely clean, and I love the fact that you have to make an appointment to see them so that there is not too much going on in the shop. If I ever decide to be random and want a piercing, I will only come here.

It was my first time going to Magic Needle Studio,I had my ears pierced today by Ray, I was very nervous in the beginning. He talked me through the process and was very patient with me. I was in and out in no time. Very nice man he answered every question I had. The shop was nice and clean I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Its a fairly large studio with rooms for individual privacy. The studio is very clean . I really liked the way the tattoo posters are displayed on the hanging racks throughout the main room. Ray Lucero the artist that preformed my daughters piercing was informative and answered all our questions. Visit their website its tells you everything you need to know before you go in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

JUST RUDE!! My daughter called to inquire about getting some tattoos done for her and my other daughter and the lady they spoke with was just plain out rude.

I got my belly button pierced here on Monday & I was so excited to get it done but realized that he didn’t pierce it straight. I thought maybe it was my imagination but then when I got home & took a good look at it and seen on the mirror it was pierced slanted it’s more to one side and not in the center.

Sally did a wonderful on my tattoo. She was able to do a last minute tattoo for my husband as well.

I got three peircings in one day, I went this past sunday. I walked in, I was a bit early, but I guess its better than being late. He attended me right away, he does check ID so dont even think youll get away with just appearance. The ID process was fast and as soon as I blinked I was sitting on his chair getting prepped for my peircings. I got two nostril peircings and my septum done, while it hurt LIKE HELL, he was so quick that the pain was over and done with in a flash. My peircings are even, the placement is flattering and theyre healing wonderfully. Ill definitely go here again, probably gonna get a Ashley done next.

It was clean, quiet and smoke free. Sally, our tattoo artist was pleasant, professional and quick. We sent her pics ahead of time and she had everything ready for us when we walked in the door.

Ray is very professional and helpful! I’m giving a 5 star, because he is a good piercer and was readily available for help even via email when I had post piercing questions.

Have been going to Magic Needle and getting piercings from Ray for 12 years. He is amazing at what he does and takes absolute patients with everybody that he comes into contact with. I have sent friends to him to get their kids ears done and they have had nothing but rave reviews. Just went and got my 13 year olds septum pierced and he was amazing with him. I came in to get lobe piercings, and the room was very clean. I was only in there around 15 minutes or less as the service was speedy. He used hollow needles from sterile, sealed packages to pierce my ears. He also placed dots before he did so and had me check the placement. The earrings used did have butterfly backs if thats a concern, but mine have been healing really nicely.

Youre very friendly very clean very safe conscious. My wife got her ears pierced really like the employees there. I thought it was a little pricey but the quality was really good

Just turned 18 and walked in to simply ask how much it would be to get a pair of ear lobe piercings. I assumed I would be informed about price, appointment, ect. In a polite, professional way, but was instead hit with “I got nothin till 6” with the rudest, blankest stare. So unfortunately, my trip here lasted about 30 seconds. I think I’ll take my business down the street to the nicer people. These are not welcoming people at all.

I went in with my friend I got my helix piercing another set of earlobes and my nose pierced so far so good its been about 4 weeks now my piercings look great. Also what I loved about ray is that he didnt count and wait for me to be ready or tell me when he was going to do it as I was talking he just did it done my eye didnt even have time to water when he pierced my nose because he was so quick and to the point. DEFINITELY GOING BACK !!!

I only go to Ray for my piercings. Always clean and efficient. Never had issue with infections and he does the best work. He takes the time to measure and triple check when balancing his work.

I love magic needle! I have gotten my nose, navel, and now helix pierced there and my mom got her nose pierced there as well. Ray Lucero is very thorough and honest. I initially went in today to get an industrial piercing, but Ray took a look at my ear and told me that it would not be wise based on the shape of my ear and instead recommended just a helix instead. I was very impressed by his attention to detail and honest concern about what was best for me.not only this, but magic needle is very clean, all instruments used were sterile and opened directly in front of me and Ray had gloves on from the very beginning of the process. He also put a dot where my ear was to be pierced and cleared the placement with me before he continued.overall great experience at magic needle as always. Also, for those wondering, my helix with a titanium hoop rather than surgical steel was only $35 and I got a printed out sheet with recommendations for aftercare as well as important information about my piercing.

I tried to do a walk in, but do to Covid it was by appointment only. I called and asked if he had time to do a quick septum piercing and he said he’ll have enough tile before his next tattoo schedule. Walked in paid and he was really calm, even when I was extremely nervous. Quick and easy 10/5 stars

I am so extremely GRATEFUL for the piercer who works here. I had just came from Adorn in Humble and had a horrible experience. I asked for a simple cartilage piercing (a little hoop) at Adorn. I ended up leaving with blood all in my hair and on my legs... the piercer at Adorn took 20 minutes to pierce my ear and didn’t even stop when I was begging him to. Eventually I left with a huge stud (I DID NOT ASK FOR) because he couldn’t put the hoop through the hole in my ear. I immediately went to Magic Needle and asked the piercer to clean my ear and replace it with a smaller stud. He was very gentle and thoroughly cleaned my ear. He removed the stud, had to re-pierce my ear & then put in a smaller stud in (which I did ask for) and I didn’t feel one thing. My ear had been yanked and pulled on for 20 minutes straight and was extremely sore & he still managed to get it done in less than like 30 seconds with no pain whatsoever. Please do NOT go to Adorn in Humble!!! Instead go to Magic Needle to get your piercings done because he did a great job and made me feel so comfortable and (unlike the piercer at Adorn) he genuinely cared about the traumatic experience I had beforehand.

Went in today and had my 9yr old daughters ears pierced. The place was very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and professional and Ray did an excellent job. It meant a lot to me that he took the time to measure and make sure we were happy with the piercings instead of just seeing her as a kid and quickly getting us out the door. I definitely reccomend to anyone especially if nervous over getting a piercing. 10 out of 10!

I went in earlier tonight for quick tattoos with my boyfriend and his family. When we walked in, we were quickly greeted and serviced! Tony drew up our designs with an incredibly short wait time and got all five of us finished up within the hour. The line owner is clean and the shop was spotless. It was just a really nice, really professional experience and I’ll definitely be going back for my next tattoo!

I’ve gotten my septum piercing done twice here (had to take out the first one because of school) and the whole thing was quick and easy both times, the piercer was nice and answered every question I had. Plus they give a sheet for the aftercare routine, which is really nice and super helpful. Definitely coming back for all my other future piercings. 10/10 very trust worthy

I wanted to get my second tattoo ever and I was not disappointed when I went to Magic Needle. The wait was NOT LONG and my tattoo only took 12 minutes to do and looks amazing. I am so happy with it and the tattoo artist was so nice. Also, the pricing was really good rather than how much my first tattoo cost.

Ive had 3 piercings and 3 tattoos done at Magic Needle. Peoples has done all my tattoos and is great at his talent. His sense of humor is great and I wouldnt consider going anywhere else for my tats. Ray has done all my piercings and he is quick and will walk you through the whole process. The shop is clean and very sterile which was a huge plus for me.
