I honestly think this location and every other should be shut down. They constantly hire new people who are rude and have no customer service skills or work ethic. I don’t know if it was a owner or a manager I spoke to but she was completely stand off ish, barely helped me find what I needed. I come there pretty often for vapes as well and they die after 2 hours. And since I’ve been coming here, I’ve noticed the employees don’t even pay for what is on the shelves, they just steal it. The CBD and delta is the only thing I go there for, if they even have any good brands in stock.Don’t shop here if you wanna be overcharged and treated like garbage.

Went in not expecting much help from staff but ended up getting incredible service from Anna! She guided us towards pieces that fit exactly what we were looking for!

The ladies that helped me were sweet and knowledgeable. I tried my new CBD cartridge as soon as I walked out of the store and it wouldnt work, although it should have. In fact, the employee watched the cartridge leak. She attempted to replace it but it also leaked. They called the manager, whom spoke to me by phone and refused an exchange of merchandise or refund, per store policy. Lousy customer service. Ive had 2 $50 cartridges leak from their store. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Bought an AirBar Lux for $21 and some change. It hit less than 50 times and stopped working, they wouldn’t let me exchange it or get a refund. Poor customer service and they’re over-priced. Won’t go back.

Excellent customer service! :) I bought a piece for my pipe that ended up being the wrong size. They were unable to give me a refund but they let me switch it out for two pieces of the correct size even though the total for those two was slightly more than what I originally paid.

Regardless of any purchase situation they will not give a refund or exchange. This is a rip off and very poor customer service. If you cant satisfy your customers your business will not prosper worse place ever.

They have a whole new staff now than they did a couple of years ago and it is infinitely better. I love all of the people at this location and will definitely be coming back

Even tried calling to ask and make sure they closed at 9. ..and they do....besides when they close 10 mins early!!!

I bought a G Pen from this place and it broke, I contacted the manufacturer and they told me I got ripped off and the vape I bought was a counterfeit. Its fine if you want to sell fake merchandise just dont charge name brand msrp. After a few days and a lot of back and forth over the phone, I was finally able to return the defective vape for store credit, but they made it much more difficult than necessary. They do sell quality merch, just make sure its real before you buy, most quality manufacturers will have a list of authorized retailers to ensure people arent getting screwed over

This particular shop is..... the bees knees! I walked in with my friend, every employee greeted us pleasantly with enthusiasm. I loved the feng shui and variety they had. This place is my top recommendation around Humble/Kingwood/Porter area!

The inventory is varied, but each type of product selection is somewhat sparse, especially their e-liquid selection. Decent customer service, but sometimes it feels like youre interrupting an important conversation trying to get assistance.

I first went to Bizarre Bazaar last year just to browse around. Before two weeks ago, Ive never been back in. I stopped in to the Humble location because I wanted to purchase a vape pen as a Christmas gift. I do not know anything about vaping or vapes. The lady behind the counter was so helpful and informative. She was very personable and made me feel super comfortable with making such a pricey purchase. I did not get her name but it was around 8pm on December 22nd. She had short hair. I purchased my new vape pen from her and I gave it to my girlfriend on Christmas. She was totally stoked about it. A few days ago it stopped working for some unknown reason. An error code popped up and both of us didnt know how to fix it. Today, I brought it back to the store around 7pm to see if I could get some help with fixing it. The guy that helped me, his name was Jordan, was super helpful. He sat there and cleaned my vape at least three times. He trouble shooted it over and over. He finally figured out that it was just my whole tank that was bad. A girl that was also there(did not catch her name, but she had gauges, tattoos and. Long brown hair) attempted to help as well. They were both super nice and just all around awesome people. They ended up giving me a tank and told me if I had anymore trouble, to come back and they would help me. These people and this place displayed great customer service and because of them, Ill always go back and recommend this place to everyone.

Rude and doesnt open on time ! A few times I got there right when they opened and the lady that was supposed to open the store just sat in her car ! I guess they dont care about customers or making money!
