Went there to grab a couple of things while on my lunch break. I work in the same plaza as this place, they completely ignored me and told the family behind me to come up front. Then to make matters worse they did not speak to me and they were slowly putting things in bags of customers at the register. Theyre was one cashier that was only standing there fluttering her pretty eyelashes at people. Instead of doing her job a greeting us, maybe even letting us in line know they will be right with us. Instead you had the manager of 5 years, and the employee of the month scanning customer things slowly and with no regard to the line thats started to wrap its way around the store inside.

Lost my service for good. They wont take back a pair of shoes that were purchased a month ago and broke after a handful of times of being worn. Treated me like I was only trying to return because I didnt like them anymore. THEY BROKE and were no longer functional.

Thank you to the Store Associate that offered to size my 4 year old for new shoes, I understand store policy, but you displayed great customer service! I really appreciated you doing that for me. Also, I love that there is always a deal going on, BoGo, and they include half sizes for younger children, which is difficult to find elsewhere.

Shoe Carnival is a nice place to shop! Sometimes, I can find some good deals.

Dont waste your time placing an online order to pick up in store if you need it in a timely manner. Shoe Carnival takes 2 business days to get an order ready that is already in their store and there is no way to cancel the order. I order online from several different stores and have never had to wait more than 4 hours. If you are looking to place an order for pick up same day you are better off ordering from DSW or Rack room shoes who have orders ready within 2-4 hours. Lesson learned.**UPDATE it is now 3 business days later, and they are still not ready. I placed the order on Saturday, and customer service told me that they had picked my order that same day and that they would be ready shortly. 5 days is pretty ridiculous for something that was picked on saturday...

Good found what we needed

I went in today with my children to return shoes and look around. We ended up buying more shoes. The staff were so nice and helpful. Seriously, nice people working there. Highly recommend this store.

Pretty neat shoes store. The guy at the register was super nice too. He showed us to the work shoe section and when we went to check out he noticed one of the pairs of shoes we got werent anti slip. He held the other pair until we chose the right shoes so we could get the bogo deal which was awesome. We wouldnt have noticed until we got home if it wasnt for him so were super appreciative of his attentiveness.

I came in to exchange my shoes at the Humble location, the process was quick and painless. From the start of me walking through the door I was greeted by Fabian. He assisted me throughout the entire process. He has awesome customer service it made me want to come back and shop. He also told me about the promotions that were going on. Hes truly a relatable and remarkable person. Love his customer service 💯 across the board! Keep up the excellent work!!!

Service is not rhe best, it is very expensive compare to Marshall and or Ross were you can buy very good brands for a lot cheaper. Return policy is very bad. Ill never come back to shoe carnival at all

My son had an issue getting a refund that drug out for a month but we were patient due to everyone struggling right now. The CS was excellent and the manager just threw in an extra 10 bucks on the refund. Thats unheard of! Guess where we are looking for out next shoes at? This store.

I really enjoy coming to this store. This location has a great selection of shoes for the family and the BOGO special is a great deal! I cant complain about getting the second pair for half off! I highly recommend shopping here. The management and staff is super friendly. This is the BEST location in the Houston area that Ive been to.

Our experience was crazy and impatient. We came to the store 20 minutes before closing. One employee reminded everyone that came in that they had 15 minutes. Great sales. Got some wedges for $10.00. My daughter want to order some Vans that werent in her size. Got to register and tried to order her Vans. The cashier kept asking me for address and when I gave my address the system couldnt find my address. So I said okay Ill pick them up at store. Well I still couldnt do it because of my address. After repeating my address six times, I had to give my moms address just to purchase some Damn shoes. Update system for ppl that live in the country. We live in Cleveland, so imagine the drive to 1960. Tired

Basic shoe store. Can find some good deals from time to time, but general practice is to jack up price, then do the buy one get one half off. Better deals on line if you know what you want

My dogs ate my shoes shortly after moving to humble.. I walked into shoe carnival and was very pleased by the customer service level :) The manager on shift helped me pick out shoes and held a hilarious conversation with me the entire time. No one once asked if they could help us. There were several employees walking around. One was even leaning on shoe boxes by the front door, and didnt greet us or even say hello.We know our kids sizes and knew what we were looking for but good customer service or ANY customer service would have been great.I like shoe carnival, but not so much this location! Mixed reviews...great deals for shoes. Very unhappy for the customer service from one employee. My son was trying on shoes that clearly were not new. The shoes had been worn and returned, but being sold as new. The employee told that the shoes were new and that is how shoes look when people try them on. Hmmm. That is beyond ridiculous!!! Shoes that have tiny rocks on the soles and back of shoes with sock residue are clearly not new. I hate liars. The cashier was great.

I was there because I bought some skechers work shoes that resulted in poor quality of the insole. They had a month of shopping and they treated me quickly with different solution options. I left there satisfied with new Puma shoes.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We walked in two employees standing against the shoe racks talking. No one says anything to us. Theres another employee straightening up the shoes on the wall. My daughter is looking for shoes asking me for help. I had to get the ladys attention. She never stopped working to come and help us. So we started to leave to walk out the store. The other two women were still standing there talking. I asked them are yall working or just talking? They looked lost and said do you need help? I then responded We did, but well take our business somewhere else. I will never go into this store again. Horrible service.

Every since they reopened from the storm Ive been to the store enough times the staff know me by name and no KSWISS shoes for adults and Im tired of buying 4 pair of shoes I dont truly want just to satisfy my needs for shoes. I like what I like and Ive never experienced this with them ever before. Bring back KSWISS and a deal to purchase or Ill begin to take my business elsewhere and my friends with me as a result of my complaints.

Cashier was rude. I wanted to know how much a shoes was she said i had to talk the manager and directed me to where he wa. After instood in line. I had to call the manager to her cash register. By saying, excuse me sir can you come over here and help her. One pair of shoes I wanted didnt have a price on it and it was flowing with another color. I thought all colors was 24.99 but the manager said it was just one color. I told him he needs to put a price on both colors. So Customers can know the correct prices of shoes.
