The manager at this location is absolutely terrible. We drove all the way from Katy to make a purchase of $700.00 for a table we were interested in. We arrived at 5:45 and was told they were close. They close at 6:00. This manager has zero customer service or morale. We told the manager we knew exactly what item we wanted because we were sent by another pier one and we drove almost hour to get to this location. The store has customers shopping around and they were short staffed According to the manager. We saw an employee putting items up, employee guarding the door and a manager that has enough time to come to the door and to tell us to have a great day and come back tomorrow. Plus, it was pouring rain outside and this manager showed no compassion as him and two other associates laughed while we walked away. I can see why your closing down.

Amazing! Very trendy-my style! The Pier One in Humble has a huge clearance section & the stuff is amazing! I went for potpourri because lots of places have potpourri but it doesnt have a good smell. I got potpourri, tons of clearance stuff and if you have changed your address recently in Houston, in the pack that the USPS sends you, theres a 15% off coupon for Pier 1. sell items included, not clearance! All kinds of stuff: little coin purses, bluetooth speaker, iPhone cases, lots of diff candles, candles, candles. I got a place mat for $1 40. A def MUST!

We needed a small bedside table. Ended up with that and a lovely small sofa table, a really nice lamp, some new glasses and some clearance. 20%off for the sale was very helpful!

Newly refurbished after Harvey, better lighting, displays. Good holiday merchandise assortment. General basic merchandise assortment has been upgraded to reflect newer trends.

I found this huge inflatable seashell on their clearance rack back in January! It was the best prop for my daughter’s One-der the Sea birthday party.
