I have a problem! I just bought Bath & Body last week, and yet here I am, back for more! This scent is the first one Ive purchased simply by walking in the door and falling instantly in love. Bought the candle and plug ins, now Im back for the body spray and lotion. Highly recommend!

I’m typing this as I’m at the store. I don’t know the name of the employee who decided to be rude to me for no reason but it was uncalled for. Every other employee was welcoming. I walked to the register to say I was picking up my order and with an attitude she said I had to let someone in the front know rather than walking up to the register. Then when she asked for my name I said Karen and she proceeded to moves her hands and said “Karen… Karen what??”Instead of the attitude, she couldve nicely asked for my last name.

Customer service is great. Im always greeted when I arrive and everyone is super helpful.

The employees are always nice and helpful. Its always crowded whenever I go.

I got a good deal 🤑 I guess, it was my first time buying at this store and they help me to find what I wanted. There were too many fragrances that it was hard to choose, I got some body wash and lotions for men. I like that they have social distancing and wasnt too crowded. Definitely Im going back.💵💲🙃

Bath & Body Works at Deerbrook Mall has it going on if you are on their mailing list they mail out coupons for free items each month I get a couple sometime so I take extras and they dont trip that you can give someone else a 20% off I especially Love The Wallflowers plugins

Love bath and body works, they are great! I brought 10 candles out of Bath and Body Works! The only thing is that they shipped 2 (that I haven’t received yet), but were in the store 🤷🏽‍♀️...I had to call to get a refund for the shipping!

There are still designated entrance and exit spots, which I like. While I did not see a mask requirement posted for shoppers, the employees were masked. The cashier area is wiped down after each customer. They were well stocked and the associates were easily available for assistance.

My favorite place. I do get frustrated at times when what I choose online isnt available for pickup, because Im not paying a shipping fee when I can pickup.

Store is clean and plenty of staff around to assist customers. Shopped during the semi-annual sale however there was only one display with few 50% off items. Dissapointed, there was no 75% off selection at this location which was the reason for coming to this mall location.

Bath and Body Works always has some great deals going on whenever I stop by, and I absolutely love the candles and lotions. Today we were just walking around, browsing, when by daughter asked if we could go in. Im just killing time so I said sure, but with no intention to buy anything. But then I got to talking to an associate in the store named Taylor and this girl was so good at her job, so friendly and just overall pleasant that it put me in the mood to shop. Didnt spend much, just some hand sanitizers for my kiddo that she had told me about and that theyre 5 for $7. I work retail and I understand how draining it can be and just how difficult it is to keep a positive and upbeat attitude, so to meet someone working in a packed/loud mall on a Sunday evening who had such a great attitude was not only surprising but refreshing.

Semi annual is a must! Love my aromatherapy products!!

One of my better experiences of visiting any store. I was greeted at the door by a young lady who was very helpful and answered all my questions.I visited the store to return a gazebo and they were extremely helpful with my return, one of the store representatives came out to help unpacking and taking it into the store. Furthermore, the young lady who greeted me at the door assisted me to ensure that my return was processed successfully!

Im always here for gifts! I love the ladies of bath and body they are always in a great mode and always willing to help if you need it! Lines are always long but always worth it! They have to be one of the only store that makes it worth traveling all the way from atascocita just to get my smell goods!

The store seems to be well organized and not too messy! The staff are nice and friendly. One thing that I dont like about this location is the layout. It can easily become very crowded and hard to maneuver through even if its not that busy!

Customer service wasnt that good. The employees were friendly but they didnt try to help you. They just talked to other employees. Other than that it was very clean (besides a little spill) and very welcoming, and it smelled nice in there too.

Really like the soaps and body sprays my wife gets. The scents last a long time and the candles are usually good with strong scents. Pricey products, but sales prices are always around the corner.
