Found perfect costume five minutes after entering . Staff were pleasant. Prices are bit high but I didnt have to make it.

This location (Humble), which I believe is a Franchise location, has horrible customer service! We placed a online order, which was routed and processed to the wrong location (Humble) when we arrived at the Party City we had chosen (off I-45) as our pick up location the order was not received there, and we ended up paying twice for one order. We called the Humble location explained the mistake the website made to get our refund for the online purchase which was NOT collected at their store….to make a super long story shorter, we were unprofessionally dismissed as if we made the mistake!! I will not go away in this one- ITS CALLED INTEGRITY PEOPLE! DO WHAT is RIGHT!!

I shopped here looking for Halloween items for my grandson. He wanted me to help him create a costume. We found what we were looking for! Nice, big store.

This place is up to date with the season. Most of what I needed was in here. The cashier even suggested where I might get what i needed from the previous season (halloween) costume for the renaissance.

Bare shelves however the staff was helpful in sending me to hobby lobby for what I was looking for.

Very clean store. The staff is always so polite and helpful. For that reason I like shopping at this store better than the Atascocita location.

My sons cant wait for Halloween! They know every year, its a costume with their name on it. The staff is always very helpful and very, very patient. Party City has so many party items to make your party a sucessful one. So many party themes, balloons, cards for all occasions and candy for treat bags!

Great location went here to purchase Birthday Ballons and party accessories for my party staff was very friendly and I found everything I needed under one roof.

Went to pick up some balloons for my daughters birthday party pick up the balloons but when I got home the LOL doll balloon it was halfway inflated and looked awful my wife said I never paid no attention

Our family loves Party City, it is our 2nd goto spot for party supplies.

It was nice! They had a lot of candies but I believe other close by stores might have a bigger selection of candies. They do have some great party ideas and a huge selection of things for parties.

We went to pick up previously ordered balloons and decorations which we needed for a business event we were setting up. It was extremely busy as we walked in and we were concerned it would delay us as we were on a time crunch. Fortunately there was a separate area that was specifically designated for picking up orders and we were able to get out of there reasonably fast.

Try to get Dr. Seuss items but they were all out.

Were out if stock in the cake toppers, but still have the candles I was looking for.

Great service, we actually found what we needed and also schedule a pick up Ballon that needed to be inflated for my brothers birthday

Party City is where we go for all our party needs. Their is a fair amount of parking and parking on the backside as well. The staff at Party City are friendly, they are always helpful with any questions that I might have, and always wear a smile.Also love Party City cause they have 10 for a dollar candies. My kiddos love this, they feel like they just won the lottery and I only spent a dollar or two.

Pretty good location...you can find pretty much anything you like for any type of holiday or parties. Dont like the fact that they dont have a huge selection on costumes for kids when its time for career day...but other than that its a good store and its clean and well organized.

We had a blast in there. My Granddaughter is turning 1 and she likes Elmo she almost said his name we watch Sesame Street M-F.

Long story short I bought a mask in Chanel view TX and I didn’t notice that the sensor was still, so I came to humble party city ( I live in the humble area) and they couldn’t take off the sensor I was told “go back to where you bought it”,I had the receipt from my purchase the clerk that I went to seemed like she didn’t want to service me.

Its ok! Was shopping for baby shower items. Party City had the theme we were looking for but had to order the complete pkg. Every disappointed when it arrived. Other than the theme I could have gotten same quality at the dollar store.

Love this place. They have every thing you can possibly dream of to throw the best parties ever. They are a little high priced though. But if you want to have a epic party with one stop shopping. This is the place to buy your supplies.

Party City off of FM 1960 is a complete party Store for all of your convenience. Fast service friendly staff clean exit from traffic prices are reasonable several things on sale for children under the age of five

Party city has changed, they no longer carry everything you need to put on a party, unless it is themed around what is popular right now. You cant just go in expecting to find say pirate themed stuff because its not there. If you want princess you will have several to choose from. This is a new store, and it looks great.

I had to go to 2 locations to get everything I needed last minute, they were helpful with holding the items for us until we made it. They also offered to ship and told us about other nearby locations that could give us the rest of what we needed. I truly appreciate the helpfulness of the whole company, each location was consistent.

This is the place to go if you need a party but together quickly. Coordinating colors plastic serving dishes and plates and Cutlery, balloons and streamers. Lots and lots of good stuff to put on a party. Prices can be a bit High and the service is a bit low but all in all you can do it all in one shopping trip. Better than Walmart because there are people who work there of whom you can ask questions, just dont plan to be in a hurry.

The rudest customer service go to Atascocita they are a lot nicer. And if you do come here do not ask for Carla she was the rudest of all..

Totally loved all the colored candy but I felt the store seemed a little empty. But besides that I loved everything else.

Many of the displays were out of stock. Balloons were ridiculously overpriced. Employees were not very polite or helpful for a party store. I was disappointed as a first time customer. I have been to several party stores in the Houston area. I wont go back to this one. There are friendlier stores with better prices.

Looking to grab some party supplies this is the place to go. Plates, cups, favors, you are in business. They also sell costumes practically all year long. The store is clean and organized well. They seem to not be overly staffed, so if you need help you are going to have to wait until the cashier is free.

5-star customer service. I was in a hurry for a costume and they had exactly what I needed. In and out in 15 minutes.

Great bargains on party nix nacks,any type for any party.Priced moderately..Small or large quantities. Wedding cake toppers are beautiful, all types of crown also wedding vails. Yard signs .

The one stop place to go. Im a guy and when I was tasked with picking up stuff I said nope, not going to run around looking for stuff. These guys had everything I needed, were super helpful and nice. Really organize and clean.

Good place to pick up party supplies birthday cards seem to be even number years after 50 cant find a 55 or 65 or 75 my mother was 85 or 85

I have 5 kids and usually get their costumes at walmart since its an hour drive to go anywhere else. No one had a costume for my 9 year old so we drove to party city. Spent 200 dollars and got home and half of my sons costume was missing. Called and they check and couldnt find the other pieces so they told us there wasnt anything they could do. I had a very upset 9 year old boy!!!!! Poor customer service. I will never shop here again. First and the last!!!!

Party City had some good adult costumes but not very much for kids at all. The stuff was very expensive and the kids were upset they didnt have any costumes they liked. We ended up going to Walmart for costumes and the prices there were way cheaper.

A little upset they didnt have JoJo siwa products in stock. I had to order online. Plus those paper tables cloths were such a rip off. Literally. I shouldve been reimbursed for all 4 of them. They rip so easily! The plastic ones hold on way better.
