I needed my downstairs flooring completely replaced and any mold removed. The owner Tom Santee from day one when we met at my house for an estimate was easy and comfortable to work with. My contract was to begin 3 months later due to I was still getting final checks from Insurance. Once materials arrived the contract went as scheduled by Tom and I which was two weeks. The installers were most impressive to my wife because they left no debris or mess in the house everyday. I have and will highly recommend this company to others.

I got new flooring in almost my whole house. Tom was great to work with and very professional. I shopped around for quite some time and nobody could beat Toms price. His was almost $4k lower than all his competitors. After I paid, he brought in his installers, and it was completed before his original expected time frame. His installers were very friendly also and cleaned up their supplies after the work was done. I would recommend his service to anyone looking for new flooring. He is the BEST around.

We worked with Tom Santee and his team on three different projects at our home, including granite kitchen countertops and wood flooring throughout our home. Each project was professionally completed and with beautiful craftsmanship. We enjoy working with Tom and highly recommend him.

We had all of our tile and laminate flooring installed by this company 5 years ago, so it stands to reason that when we had a little water pipe mishap recently and our laminate flooring was affected, we called Carpet Tile and Flooring again to help us out. I met the owner on my lunch hour, he already had some samples picked out for me to look at and when I pointed to the one I loved, it ended up being porceline tile (who would have thought it would look so much like real hardwood flooring). I LOVE IT! The crew came in and did an excellent job in moving all of my furniture and laid my new tile down and within just a few short days, I was back in business. We are looking to add on another 1800 sq ft in the future and I will definitely use them again when that time comes.

Dont make any busines with the owner this company, Carpet Tile & Flooring, 1702 First St Suite H, TOM SANTEE, is not an honest person, he makes the budget and asks for a deposit and plays with your money, gives you a very distant date, is a THIEF

Jay and his crew were professional and took care of all of our furnishings while moving them. They also had to match previous flooring and did an excellent job!

The owner here, Tom Santee, is a crook! He’s broke and will take advantage of you. I gave him $30k for a job and after he started he came to me and said he spent half of my money on past due bills. He thought he could cover it with other jobs coming in but they fell through. He then proceeded to tell me he needed an additional $17k to finish the job! He told me I could tell anyone I wanted to about what he did, it’s not the first time he’s done this and it’s not stopped him yet. He is a conartist!

Carpet Tile & Floorings in Humble, Tx.We used CT&F the first time around 8 years ago to put laminate flooring in our living room. We were very pleased with their work. About a year ago my husband and I went back in to look at their tile, back-splash and counter-top choices. We wound up getting the kitchen floor tile and quartz counter-tops. We bought our back-splash from Lowes, but had them install that as well. The owner, Tom Santee is great to work with! Hes from Philly / dont hold that against him.... : ) ~ LOL! But he really stands behind his work 100% and is just a good guy in general! He has a father & son team for his tile / floor guys.They have been working for him for for at least 8 years as they were the same installers for both jobs at our house..... that should say a lot right there as well. Especially in this business. And they do great work! I dont get any kickbacks, referral fees or anything like that. But when someone asks for a carpet, tile / flooring company, I feel the need to refer this business since theyve done such a good job for us.

Communication with the owner is terrible. I had an install, after an initial no-show. There was an install issue that needed to be repaired; I had two no-shows, nor calls, after being scheduled three times. Never again, worse customer service and follow-up ever.

Bad bad bad experience... never again... 2 weeks project ended up taking 2 months... poor management and horrible customer service...
