Competitively priced (we obtained 3 quotes). A great selection of engineered hardwood allowed us to match existing flooring near exactly. There were some minor delays with material supply, but it was not a big deal. The installation quality was unbelievable - the attention to detail by Wesley was excellent - he was so meticulous with the fitment of the stairs and the trim. The stairs, master bedroom + walk-in closet, and upstairs landing all completed and the quality of the product and workmanship is really outstanding.

We recently went through an unplanned remodel and found out our construction crew missed several steps and long story short, we had to rip out all the tile that was already completed.I originally purchased my tile from another local shop and when I went back to re-order the same tile, I was told it was now out of stock until the end of June. When I called Humble Carpet & Tile, I dont know how but Jacob was able to get me my same tile, THAT SAME DAY.He was kind, informative and very responsive. But most importantly, customer service was over the top. The carpet we bought was a very good quality and very reasonably priced. It arrived earlier than promised. The installation was most impressive. Of the three dozen or so carpet installation jobs I have seen in my career as a property manager, this one was by far and away the best Ive ever seen. Their prices are more than competitive--theyre fabulous. They have an extensive range that would please the extremely picky to the rental owner. We had some hiccups with installation, but Charlie, the owner, is an astute customer service professional--he isnt happy unless you are happy; its just that simple for him. Our salesman, Woody, personally came out to survey the room and replaced all the damaged trim. He was thorough, accomodating and patient from beginning to end. Jacob came out to do measurements and give estimate and was very professional and kind. It was a competitive price. He worked with us to give us two estimates, one including kitchen and one without. He explained everything that was itemized on the proposal sheet. We ended up adding in a bedroom. The contractors that came out to do the work were on time and were also very professional. They communicated with us through the process and asked to come earlier the second day so they had more time. They worked hard and did an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I really appreciate the communication and professionalism overall. The whole process took two days to complete a living room, dining room, breakfast nook, and bedroom. This was to take out old, nasty carpet, level the floor and do antimicrobial spray, and lay new vynal planks. We paid half down to start and our final payment was after the job was complete. We will definitely recommend them to others and will go through them for our flooring upstairs.

Robert did a great job from the first time I walked in the door on a Friday 5 minutes before they closed. He presented many options for us to consider and the pro/cons for all. The product we ordered was on back order and he kept me up to date almost daily to what was going on. Could not of had a better experience dealing with this company and the employees.

I have known Charlie Crabtree for over 25 years. I have bought many a floor from him over the years. They just did my my whole house in a Vinyl Plank rustic wood look and it is awesome!! Installed 6 base boards and quarter round. Busted out a 18H by 24D by 16L hearth that was made out of solid bricks. It was not hollow. The poor workers pickup was sagging pretty bad from all the weight of all the bricks. I have gotten so many compliments on this flooring that it is so amazing. Very durable with two cats and a dog, plus two grand daughters 4 and 5. It takes a lot of abuse and just looks so good. They did an excellent job. Thank you Humble Carpet and Tile!! They do not show up when they say they will, they dont have the proper equipment with them if and when they do show up. Their communication is poor and they do not return phone calls. Call me old fashioned but when I pay for a service I expect for services promised in the timeline it was promised.

We started a renovation on our home using a contractor and he referred us to Michelle at Humble Carpet and Tile. She guided us thru the entire selection process and made helpful suggestions along the way. We tiled 60% of our 2700 Sq ft home with the renainder being wood floors. We decided to remodel our master bath by removing the tub shower combo and creating a large walk in shower. We contacted Michelle and BAM we had a selection a price quote and a materials list for everything we needed and when she found out that the flooring tile supplier had gone to online only she contacted us right away to advise of a delay in delivery. For our fixtures she gave us a referral to Moore Plumbing Supply where I received a discount due to the referral! Very happy with all the customer service and the quality they deliver and the products they supply!! Huge thanks and Kudos to Michelle Taylor!!!

Great experience from the showroom sales to the installation

We were bullied and ripped off for as long as we could take it. They were a no show three times. We ended up with a very cheap pad worth (approximately) $1,300. less than we paid. We are now living with bubbled carpet.

Everything you need, is right there, and reasonable pricing.

Do not use these people, they dont back there product. Installers they have are the worse. Carpet is coming loose at seam in bedroom. Little over year since install.UPDATE: Carpet is now loose and bubbled up in 3 bedrooms.
