Great selection of beverages but the bathrooms have not been cleaned properly in months or years.

Store says that its open 24 hours but i show up at 11:57 and they are closed

I have been a customer at this location for years. Not any more. The lines are beyond ridiculous. literally 15 people in line with one cashier, while another is calmly stocking and another is emptying the trash (minimal) at the pumps. It is like this every single day.I started going to the Shell station which is a couple of blocks away and is actually MANAGED

Ive been going to this store for years, and had parked my 18 wheeler there with permission from the store. I go back today to find that they had it towed. While a tropical storm is going on which was why I had parked it there in the first place. I couldnt get anywhere else due to flooding and road closures. Do not go here for anything, new management is rude and doesnt have good customer service attitude.

Perhaps train your male associate that the mask must cover the nose as well.

I will never go into this location again. I know there are many types of personalities and there are places and certain times for employees to be vocal. When there is a store full of customers, the time to talk about personal business and using constant profanity in front of small children should wait. The little girl behind the counter was extremely rude when I asked if there was a manager. She literally told me she would not help me and had the nerve to ask me to leave the store when I asked again for a manager. And then wanted to mouth off to me about courtesy. Are you serious? How about courtesy for a customer spending money in the establishment that provides you a job. This is by far the worst type of customer service even for a gas station.

Never again!!! The black guy that’s sweating heavily should be fired immediately for being under the influence! He was rude and I didn’t look at his badge because I was distracted by his heaving sweating and sitting on the phone. He had the balls to raise his voice at me for asking him to repeat what he said. The worse experience ever! Very ghetto/urban atmosphere. I live on the southwest side of Houston and stopped in before heading back. Big mistake.

This establishment shorted me $15.00 dollars in gasoline (equating to 6.5 gallons) and the staff dismissively told me to return the following day and speak with a manager--which, of course, would nullify the credibility of my claim. Do not recommend.

Worst service, i paid fo the $10 carwash and it was terrible i went to ask for my money back and they wouldnt give it to me, the manager wasnt there and the guy told me to go back and talk to her the next day.. like i wanted my car clean... never going back
