Cashier at this store 8/4/21 at 8:15pm. Just tried to sell my mom a old lottery ticket for July 31,2021. When she told him she didnt want it. He told her she gets nothing and to leave the store. After she spent over $40 in the store already. I was sitting in the car when she came and told me. I didnt go in cause I know my attitude. Want be going back. Rude azz.

Im am at the gas station at 10655 N Sam Houston Pkwy E, Humble, TX 77396right now and the lady who is working this shift states even though theyre 24 hours theyre closed because its the end of HER shift. Youre not off until someone covers for you.. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years. I would be written up for turning a customer away. Its like her second day of work I come here often and have never seen her before.

This place is a joke. Sign on the door saying masks are mandatory, like they should be, but I have’t seen any employee here wear a mask in MONTHS.

This store is ran by people who do not understand customer service. The so called owner was extremely disrespectful to me first not greeting me as i entered, then he took forever to return back to the register inorder to checkout without an apology. Finally, these people appear to not favor so called African Americans or Israelites, Ive seen two of the stores clerk taking customers money and then tossing the change on the counter as if they didnt want to touch this race of people hand. But Ive seen these clerks placing returned change into the hand of customers from their same hue.

Went to fill up and get a car wash. Paid for the car wash and gas with a credit card. The car wash apparently was out of order, which was written on a piece of paper folded over where it couldnt even be read right next to it, much less across the parking lot where you actually pump gas. I went inside and spoke to the cashier. She was very obviously not interested in my problem and said Id have to come back when it was working before it expired. No refunds and no apology for the inconvenience. Youve lost a customer.

Don’t waste your time

If the girl on the phone at the counter really was on the phone with a manager, their customer service is lacking in all departments. Time Mart across the street is better.

I believe one of your cashiers is taking credit card information. I just bought a few items from the location and about an hour later, I get unauthorized charges

It is a well organized gas station, clean inside and outside with very nice people good prices very good service since the old staff changed.
