Found what I needed. Store seemed organized and well maintained. Friendly cashier checked me out.

I had appointment for 2 people at CVS near deerbrook estate in Humble today for COVI-19 testing. i explained the guy I made appointment for me and my husband but got tested somewhere. else and can I use this spots for my 2 daughthet who have COVI-19 symptoms. This nasty white guy who aworked there had no desire to help me and kept making excuses saying make another appointment. He will now have update everything blah blah. Dude if it was that easy to find any appointment in Houston I will make it and drive. He needs to be ashamed of himself to work in health for denying us COVI-19 testing now I have wait till Tuesday to find anything . I had tested my kids at 8000 N Sam Houston Pkwy CVS never even asked for insurance He made more excuses not to do his job than actually do it I will never go to this pharmacy again. Shame on you old miserable man I am sure your life is very miserable thats why you treat others people like that. Shame on you!!!!

The worse CVS pharmacy ever! Took them 2 days to fill my daughter’s after they kept giving me the runaround saying either it’s not in stock or it’s simply not ready yet. Also they are very slow and unprofessional!

Today I went to CVS to get my second Covid19 shot and the gentleman that did my vacine was so professional and explained everything that I needed to know before I could even ask Im so glad my Covid19 vacine at this CVS . Also I got help getting signed in for my Covid19 vacine from the Pharmacist and got my prescription filled all at the same time I really like the staff here.😀

Absolute worst. The staff is rude and give horrible service. They literally make all covid scheduled ppl wait in the first lane while the serve all of the ppl picking up medicine. Had to wait half an hour to get my test. And they literally made me wait AT THE WINDOW until he finished serving the car that had just drove up. And move like molasses.

This is my neighborhood CVS; within walking distance. Unfortunately stopped using them a while ago due to bad service. Overworked, unhappy rude staff. Their wait time is always too long and inacurrate. Their forever excuse is ... SORRY SIR WE ARE RUNNING BEHIND TODAY ... By mistake, my doctor sent the prescription to them, and decided to try them again and the experience was as bad as before. Is easier and faster to get on my car and drive 30 minutes to another CVS.

Here to do a covid test appointment at 11:20. I arrived 10 mins early got in lane 2 cause sign says full service on both sides doesnt mention anything about covid testing nor did my email confirmations or text specify which lane to get in. I was the 3rd vehicle in line for lane 2... finally arrive to the speaker I mention im here for my 11:20 appointment and he says I have to go around to lane 1... hello you should really specify on emails, text or another sign outside saying that. Went back around and now I am 3rd vehicle in line in lane 1.... Im so upset and feeling under the weather doesnt make it any better. Get it together cvs and be more proactive with your customers!

When I go in person to the pharmacy I usually get good attentive service but don’t call. I’ve was on the phone for over 20 minutes waiting for a human bean to pickup the call and finally someone got tiered of hearing the phone ring and he or she picked up just to say can I put you on hold? And before I had the chance to speak I was in hold again. I just wonder if they even care. I wish someone for corporate would take the time to read some of these reviews so they can realize how poorly managed is this facility.

This has to be, without equal, the worst pharmacy i have ever had to deal with. They rarely have your FULL prescription and offer you what they have, then when you try to complete your monthly prescription its denied by the insurance company, because the last idiot the helped you didnt put it in as a partial fill. So done with CVS.

Pharmacists on duty were very rude and seemed to be like ants in water.they stuck together with attitude except for one.the guy that works in there is very friendly but wasnt there.I will be changing pharmacies,theres no need for that attitude.Pharmacist made me come into store just to use a coupon and I could barely walk.

Getting your covid vaccine here is a giant clusterf**. Staff is rude, they told me that they did not have any training for this and were “just given this to do this morning”. They herd you around like cattle in the store and keep you in confined cramped areas not following CDC standards. You are more likely to get covid here while waiting for the vaccine, than to actually get any information or to keep an appointment time. They scream at you to wait 15 minutes after, in an area of high traffic and that is not sanitized after each group. Good luck and may the odds be in your favor.

This store is always filthy and unorganized, nothing on the shelves looks like it got ransacked- STEVEN YOUNG needs to step his management game on and actually walk into the store and see the hot mess!

Literally sat in line for 2 hours with two cars in front of me to finally make it to the front to be told they can’t print my labels and make another appointment. I told the girl I’ve been waiting for two hours and she told me I highly doubt that but ok.... hmmm why would I lie first of all and thanks for absolutely nothing. Not to mention my mother, who is older sat in the car waiting and held her need to go to the restroom. If I could give zero stars I would because it is extremely ridiculous how long we waited and how we were treated. (COVID testing) not to mention she didn’t get her COVID test. Thanks cvs

Ok so we are all in this together at this moment. I am in the dental field and tonight I had an issue with a patients prescriptions. I spoke to the pharmacist Monica and we have been at this for 2 hours. She is still there tho they closed at 8 and took my personal number to make sure the patient was taken care of. We need more like her. She even called the patient back (for me). Kudos in this difficult time for people who go the extra mile! You rock Monica! Humble people please show some love!

Wors CVS I have ever seen in my lifeI just moved to the area staff are lazy

Horrible staff horrible morning pharmacist she will lie and say that they’re waiting on a shipment to come in and then a week passes by and then they told me they can’t fill it.

Two of the staff in the pharmacy were walking around eating and no mask in sight. The girl at the counter was physically wearing a mask but it wasn’t covering any part of her nose or mouth because it was hanging below her chin. I am who met to encounter this at a pharmacy where you are literally handling people’s lifelines for the community including elderly, immune compromised, and ill.

Said would be ready by certain time in 3 hrs here it is 5 hrs later still isnt ready never again

The staff is very small and lazy to help people and just stop and do nothing..

No cvs is perfect but Honestly I have been treated very well. The head pharmacist is so helpful and knows my whole family. I have never seen anyone be lazy and have shopped at the Humble CVS for years.

I am so dam tired of this pharmacy. I keep getting told they dont have my medication so Ill have to wait for 10 to 14 days. If this is truly a pharmacy why is it they keep running out of a common medication. In my mind this is a very non professional drug store. Im am very very upset. 👎👎👎👎👎👎😤😤

Nice drive thru pharmacy, but one of the pharmacists is a little snippy. Be sure you go through inside lane if you need liquid perscriptions.

Prescription sent the day before, they still had not prepared 24 hrs later. Told me to come back in a few hours. I came back 7 hours later and they still had not filled prescription. Smh.

New to the area and had myPHx-profile transferred here...The pharmacist {& assistant} there was polite, had patience with me, and gave me all the information I needed to get .

Badly attended! They asked me for an ID to sell me a medication and I called a friend who has her ID and they sold it to her without asking her ID at any time.
