Who else being card to buy a lottery ticket? Should this be a compliment because I am way over 18 yrs old or an Insult .This happened to me on 01/09/2021 . I’m well aware of the laws and policies. Then the cashier was telling her coworker that folks put wigs on etc . Blank stare. I’m going to call corporate.

We had questions, concerns, and are from out of town and Derek was able to help us. Went above and beyond his Call of Duty and deserves every bit of a raise. 5 starts due to Derrick! He is one of the best customer service reps i have delt with and I wish more representatives were as efficient as him

They open and close at the discretion of whoever is working. Its really ridiculous, and unprofessional. I guess the company doesnt keep much watch over them. Ive seen them open at 6, 6:15, 6:20, 6:30, 6:45. So when I show up at 6, I never know if Its worth waiting or not. So, I pretty much just have to skip them. Ive wasted so much time sitting outside this place waiting for this rude employee to show up and open the doors. This is why they dont post their hours. Because then they are bound to it. Ive literally asked, and the lady said, whenever I get here. Very classy.

They close too early I went on Sunday and they were supposed to close at 11:30 I showed up at 11 and the doors were already locked. They need to keep up with there times or just take the times off. This is ridiculous

Today 06/05/2018 at 3:15 p.m. the cashier Trina got confrontational with me. This is the third time too many, on several occasions I have went into the store and purchase my Marlboros cigarettes and she has always challenged me on the better price even after I told her three times which promotional price I wanted. Today the promotional price said $5.30 per pack if you buy 3 packs, I told her three times that is the promotion price that I wanted and she told me no that is not the better price and to trust her if I should purchase two of the 5 pack specials it would come out cheaper, WHAT A LIAR. Do the math, which I did right there at the counter for I am very good at math 10x $5.30=$53.00+tax, what she swore that was a better value after a big confrontation came out to $57.90+tax. So I ended up paying more than $5.00 for a promotion that I was not able to receive because of her embarrassing confrontation with me with a line of customers behind me. I said whatever let me get away from this nutcase, she apparently may have found a way to pocket the money for she acts like she own the place. I knew right there at the time it was happening I was going to end up paying more, but she becomes belligerent if you try to challenge her....very embarrassing. I usually try to avoid this store and go an extra 10 miles for cigarettes at the reservation, just because of this rude cashier. But I did not today, because I only had a couple of cigarettes and there was a lot of traffic on FM 1960 at this time of day, I was kind of hoping it would change, but it has not. However, this is the third time she has ripped me off like this and it will be the last.

Gas is cheap but having your account information stolen isnt worth it. Its happened 2x that we know of and it has to be from paying at the pump. Pay attention to the broken seals.

Women seem annoyed when you come to the counter. The floor is sticky.. need I say more?

I tried to turn in a lot ticket and he said I couldnt get the money back for it or exchange it. He also kept the ticket.. cashiers name was Michael Deang he just rushed me out the store!

They close at the employees discretion. Smh not professional.

I have recently had fraudulent charges added to my credit card account the day after I used my card to get gas...I dont recommend this place not even in am emergency
