Lots of neat stuff thats reasonably priced. Staff is usually pretty friendly & helpful. When I need to load money onto my PayPal account & I try doing so at other stores, they act like they dont know what they are doing, nor do they even try. I never have issues doing so at Family Dollar & if they dont know how to do it or have questions, they figure it out & work at it until its done. I enjoy coming here.

Will definitely be contacting corporate headquarters. The hours posted outside clearly reads that this store conducts business until 9pm but according to the employees, they have to deny entry after 8:50 due to security purposes. So maybe that is what should be posted outside for the benefit of patrons. But believe me, I will fact check that. Awful customer service!

The store is full of spiderwebs as soon as you walk through the door. I checked the expiration date on several snack items and many were over a month expired.

Walked into this store & pretty much walked out . The most disorganized store I have walked into in quite some time . The employees should be ashamed of how they allow this store to look. Things thrown everywhere. Boxes sitting in every aisle blocking everything .

Went last night at 8:38 p.m. me and another customer were trying to get in and the place was closed but it’s not suppose to close till 9. Poor customer service on their part.

Visited this store walked around took my time. I approached the register and the cashier rang up all my items. Once she said my total I grabbed my money out of my purse. I handed her a 100 bill she refused it she stated she had no change. This is very unprofessional for a business to not give their customer change so I had to leave all my items I spent time picking up. Very inconvenient family dollar this is why I shop with Dollar general only from now on.

They just closed and locked their doors, and then finally someone came out and said they were closed for inventory... At one in the afternoon... I mean, I totally understand stores gotta take inventory but at least put a sign on the door!!! Its absolutely baffling that they have locked doors and no sign in the middle of the day. Very disrespectful to the customers time.

Its usually not crowded and using the app for coupons is a huge money saver.

Very ample handicapped parking! The aisles are a little narrow for a wheelchair, but thats because they cram a little bit of EVERYTHING youd need into this small neighborhood store. Helpful employees helped me maneuver my sons wheelchair through narrow areas.

They are unprofessional. The manager or the other cashier couldn’t tell what she was. Today as I was checking out. The lady told the cashier that checked me out. “Another crazy, huh” I made a purchase and used the coupons that the store offers and she made that comment. I figure a lot of people had been using them. But no need to make comments like that very unprofessional.

Prices are good. Store needs to be cleaned and aisles need to be organized and bigger.

I can always find whatever I need without having to go to a big crowded store. Although its a small store, the cashiers are very helpful and informative.

They had a summer promo for 5 off 25. Not sure if they raised all the prices for that week but Ive purchased​items for less​at regular stores like Walmart. No thanks.

Depends on who is working each day. Normally the music level is between low and medium and is easy listening music. Other days, it can be extremely loud, violent rap music with an odd occassional Gospel song. Strange at best. Staff ladies here are nice. New guy here was rude. Isles are mostly clutteted and things ate in there places, messy.

Its usually crowded on the aisles with unpacked stock that you cant get past, so you just dont go down that aisle at all. Its the companies fault being short staffed to save money.

Place is a mess, always cluttered with stuff but man the staff is friendly, make you feel at home.

Many times Ive been there in the middle of business hours and the site was locked up. One time I was the last customer in the store and the lady that checked me out was on the phone telling someone they were going to pick them up, as soon as I left she locked the store up and left.
