I like to stroll around the big place, like Food Section, Electronic Section, Games, anything, and where get movies when its released, and like having my own snacks and more, thats how much I love the store.

Great place service great selection of merchandise outstanding..i only wis you would bring back Mc Donalds....loved to enjoy and ice cream cone while i shopped..or the Dollar fountain drinks.. Maybe you can add an ice cream machine and fountain drink area..you wont lose out....

It was great! Only thing they didn’t at the time have a large selection of women’s shoes. Only about five rows and half were empty. Just looking for some cute flats.

I have been going to this location for almost 10 years! The greeters and cashiers are the absolute best! I’ve never had a bad experience here.

The worst Walmart ever to go to for bakery. Tried to get a order done here for my daughter birthday and all they do is ignore the customer and when I call. They just hang up. Never get any birthday stuff here. Terrible place. Humble location off of 59 will take care of you without any problems

Walmart is a great store to get everything you could possibly mean. This particular store is pretty nice. It is getting harder to find full service registers to check out out. For the employees that you do find our friendly and courteous.

For a small town the Liberty WMSC is outstanding. 15 minute oil and wiper change. Store had everything in stock.

I rarely go inside the Walmart because its so big. However, I frequently use the curbside pickup for my groceries. They always have my order ready on time, and even when its been busy, I have never waited more than 10 minutes before Im on my way. The kids who do the majority of the loading are always friendly and pleasant. This service was a blessing during the pandemic and I will continue to use it.

This Walmart is normally pretty clean and organized. Self checkout is convenient. Great prices. Not too many people

I got my FIRST oil change in my BRAND NEW CAR (2021 dodge challenger) yesterday at this Wal-Mart. Today, 19 miles later my brand new car has smoke coming from behind it and no oil pressure ! I had to be towed to the Wal-Mart which they paid for and then a few hour later I have a claim number and a messed-up car with a check engine light on! There was oil all under my hood and underneath my car. Absolutely not acceptable. I am a hard working nurse who finally after 42 years of hard work bought a new car all by myself and now it is ruined after 4 car notes. Towing it to dealership with my own cash and getting it checked out with my own cash.... Anybody else experience this and did Wal-Mart make it right? Management was kind and helpful (5 stars to those guys).

Today 1/1, I received the craziest customer service from Andrea & Jeffery. I purchased an ovulation test (clear blue) for my wife and I to start our family. I tried to return the product because its was expired (2018/12/31) and I didnt know until my wife tried to use the test. Policy they cant return this product. I could see if I was trying to get money back or store credit, all I wanted was a test that wasnt expired.This product is locked behind glass and requires an employee to retrieve it for you. I was accused of trying to scam Walmart by the customer service cashier then Im guessing the supervisor Andrea then the night manager Jeffery. I guess I was taking money from their pockets. This was the most ridiculous situation Ive been in. It was my fault for not checking the box not the employee that shouldve pulled it years ago and checked it before placing it in my basket. Ill never make this mistake again.Work on the issue and not your pride. All I wanted was a test that wasnt expired.Update 1/2: Jennifer (manager) handle the situation shes very logical and understanding. I got the exchange without the drama. I appreciate her. She alone gets 5 stars

Havent been here since 1st grade (93) and wow what a nice aquarium. The exhibits are very cool, my kid loved them. The dolphin show was great. My toddler enjoyed the kids area.

Better than the full size store, I appreciate Walmart neighborhood grocery so much more.

Great place to shop and I was in and out. The only thing they need to go down on the prices. I wanted to buy a bag of buffalo wings. The bag was 2.5lbs for $15.00. Now at other Walmarts those are normally no more than $8. I know its a shortage on chicken wings but price gouging is not right especially when you only get 10 wings in the bag. I did not buy them!

Generally, when I need something quick, Ill go in through the garden center entrance get what I need then exit the same way. However, lately there hasnt been anyone available at the register to check you out. Now I have to walk up front to the registers, check out, then walk back to my excellent parking space by the garden center....assign someone to that register or lock the damn outside gate.

I was able to place a large order(30lbs) for chicken tenders on the spot and get them. The deli is a definite credit to this location.

Horrible, Tried to purchase a lawn mower that i saw online, went to two stores and ended up purchasing another mower instead of the one i really wanted, and for more money then i originally planned to get. The mower doesnt seem sturdy to me, but Im dealing with it. I also put in a lot of miles for the run around they gave me. A sales associate tried several times to reach someone at the other store to see if they had the mower, they would not answer the phone. We had no choice but to drive to the other store!

Terrible way to run a business. The CEO, Board members and anyone who is executive with the business should have to work at least a month at a Walmart Supercenter not in a cushy management position with no actual authority. All should work regular associate jobs so they can see how horribly the business is towards customers. Customers do NOT want to scan our own items. We come to the store and select items the very least the business could do is to have actual cashiers to ring up our items. I went today 8-4-2021 at 1921 hrs. There were only 2 cashier operated registers open. The 2 lines were extremely long. I called the store on my cell phone a pushed the button for requesting to speak to an associate. The phone rang and rang. No one ever answered the phone. Do a better job. The way the stores are being operated SUCKS. Not just this location. Every store Ive been to is operated the same.

Hm, it was a very aggravating experience. I will probably avoid going there anymore if I can find what I need somewhere else. The customer service was non existent only two registers open and they were way backed up. had to scan my own stuff wound up cutting my arm on the basket. think anyone offered me a paper towel to catch the blood ? Nope. P.S.it might be a good idea to open up at least 5 to 6 regular registers during daytime hours and train your employees how to recognize a customer in need of help to find something and help.

Check your expiration date on baby food before buying 😳 I almost served my kid expired baby yogurt 😭 nobody will answer the phone either I’m trying to figure out if you can exchange food. I literally just came home with this yesterday

My wife and I went shopping here on a sunday morning. As we were leaving they stopped us and imformed me they were taking my wife and the $100 in groceries we just bought. For me to take my daughter and go wait in the car. They interigated her for an hour, made her empty her purse the only thing she did was accidentally scan something wrong that a $1. Told her she could not ever come back to this Wal-Mart. These people should not be able to detain youLike that. But i guess its true they are pre paring for what it truly means Wal-Mart. Mar- Law. Hey if u people wamt to be cops so bad. Go be a cop instead u want to harass people just trying to get food so everybody that goes here to shop be carefull. It might be you next time

I don’t usually write reviews but the older employee with a white beard and white hair commented on my jeans as he checked my receipt while my sister and I were walking out the store. My jeans had rips in them as many know is trending within newer generation’s fashion and he said “you know there are jeans in our store over there that don’t have so many rips in them” and laughed. I felt so embarrassed and only replied with a monotone “okay.” This experience made me uncomfortable. I’m 13 years old.

Cashiers, cashiers, cashiers get some. I understand the metrics they use but man get back to customer focused. Need more cashiers. If it gets slow have them zone. A CSM can call them to the registers. Your profits wont dip that bad. I mean you might not get to put fuel in your G5 for a week lol

I went a few hours ago to buy some fresh fish called tilapia to cook some fish for Valentine’s Day today 14, 2021 and my surprise was that it was expired with yesterdays date, my doubt is that this Walmart does not have a quality control.

Started shopping more at Wal-mart instead of Krogers last year because of pandemic! Wal-mart won out because they started having pick up your order! There app excepted a lot more payments! I am 60+ getting to old to do the shopping! I do my own when it comes to fruits and vegetables! So far so Good!

Not real busy this time of night. Pleasant experience. I am going to miss shopping here when they do away with cashiers. They dont pay me to do that job so I will have to shop elsewhere.

Don’t waste your time with grocery pickup here. One car waiting vs 10 cars waiting you are still gonna sit there and wait 45min for them to bring your order out. We did grocery pickup for over a year at Cleveland and never an issue. Loaded and done in 10 minutes.This place rarely answers the phone, they forgot stuff and you wait forever. H‑E‑B is getting the majority of my business now because of the poor management of the pickup department here.

Apart from the usual decline of Walmart (no more greeters just wardens on your way out, self checkout while at least 7 yellow vests are within sight, etc), this one star is for a Diabetes issue.I’m not sure who got the bright idea to lock up the test strips at night but that does diabetics zero good to not be able to get those especially when they are OTC. Oh ya, probably should explain to your staff the difference between over the counter vs prescription so they don’t claim you need a prescription for something that literally has a shelf spot on the sales floor.

Nothing was stocked, couldnt find anyone to help me in the garden center bathroom was disgusting.

Be careful ordering online. They will get your order incorrect, as they did mine, and wait times to load groceries in your vehicle will take over 20 minutes.

This walmart is always neat and clean, and everyone is always so helpful. They always have everything in stock, we come here for everthing. The produce is always so pretty and fresh.

Never had much issues here so far, however dealing with indoor stores and banks can start to lead trouble sometimes. But overall decent experience. Wish their was more availability in products sometimes, cant find what I need sometimes here and have to find it in another store

Store was stocked well and clean. It was close to closing but I was able to get in and select the item I was looking for. I came to buy a coffee pot and was pleased at the number of choices I had and the price is available for the items in question. check out was fast and effective. I use self-checkout and didnt have any problems with the machine and there was a clerk available just in case something were to go wrong. I was greeted upon entry and thanked for coming up on exit.

The last few times I have shopped here, I have been disappointed at how messy the store was. The shelves and racks needed straightening. The floors were dirty. There was trash in the parking lot. I saw few workers in the different departments. There were few cashiers, so lines were longer than necessary. This used to be a safe, clean place to shop. It is a shame that they are not taking pride in the store currently.

Has most everything you may need. I need a better understanding on why this company makes it OK for their employees to have a bad attitude. Not everyone. The few speaks volumes. Stand up for yourself if they treat you any less than equal. Theyll try.

Awful pharmacy experience.Monday called - told medicine was ready for pickup. Waited in long line, but at counter told medicine was at Walmart by Dearbrook Mall - cannot transfer to this location. Went there, got in line at 6:55 PM (closes at 7.) Employee came out to say person in front of me was last person they would service.Next day doctor called in prescription again to 6626 FM 1960 location. Verified address, phone number, on map. Called 6626 FM 1960 Walmart to verify medicine would be ready - told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited in line. At counter, woman first told me insurance was denying medicine. Then she told me it was ready for pickup at location near Dearbrook mall.I told her I was not going on a runaround again - get the medicine - I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes.Pharmacist David Leblane then yelled from inside the pharmacy: Nobody told you that!I shouted back yes they did. He power walked to the door as if to come out to intimidate me. I told him bad idea. He stormed back to his counter, said he would not give me the medicine, leave or hes calling the police. When I said he cant deny me the medicine, he replied, wanna bet, picked up the phone.I walked to customer service, demanded a store manager - she cleared up the issue so I could pick up the medicine. Suddenly they could transfer the prescription or found it was at that location - either way, they gave me the runaround for no reason.Proper response: OK, sir, well have the medication for you in a minute.David Leblane belongs fired - not working where he can abuse sick people.

This store is relatively cleaner and friendlier than the average Wal-Mart store. Associates are friendly, and go out of their way to help.

This place used to be cooler pre new normal. Now its cold and impersonal.

Very clean and great supplies on groceries

Stocked and clean. Bathrooms were very clean. Hand sanitizer was filled and gloves and mask were offered near entrane and auto. The employees were really helpful. The layout was simple and made shopping more enjoyable. I could maneuver through isle easily with my cart and prices were fair. I will definitely visit again.

Received email saying my order was ready. Checked in 12 minutes away. It took 46 minutes for them to bring my groceries out. I had called the number it went to VM. Had to call the main store TWICE to get them to bring my order out. Since it was raining...I expected a delay...but 45 minutes!! When I unpacked my groceries...they gave me MINI corn on the cob and MINI bell pepper. I ordered corn tortillas...they gave me flour. This was NOT my regular store...was doing shopping in this area and decided to go there.My regular store is AWESOME! They are out there soon as I arrive and great produce! THEY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER!!
