I was super excited to utilize this company because of the great reviews but I think I caught the installer on a bad night! He was throwing everything and rushing, and I was being super nice so it wasn’t me! He was on the ladder in my garage and threw his own drill to the ground! I asked why he was moving so fast and he said he had other customers waiting...but I’m a customer too! Not to mention he was an hour and a half late! He literally took the box with the opener in it out of his truck and threw it in my garage! I wanted to cancel the install then but i just didn’t feel like looking for another installer and I needed an opener. He took everything out of the box and threw it on the ground...when he gave me my remotes they were scratched from him throwing them on the ground. He was raising and lowering my garage super rough and yanking the red cord around super rough when I asked about the functionality. Anytime I asked a question he seemed super irritated. The opener seems to be working just fine but the service experience with the install was awful! I hate I spent so much money on a bad experience! I really regret choosing this company. I don’t see many reviews from African American customers...I’m forced to wonder if my race was his issue! He was not nice to me at all, and I could really tell he didn’t want to be there. I’m so upset with myself for following through with the install and giving them my money!
