Not impressed. There was a quick phone reply and quick visit by a tech on a Sunday. But it went downhill from there. I was offered a price to replace my existing motor. I was given an all-in-one price on a motor. I wasnt given a choice of motors. I considered the price higher than normal. When I asked the model number that was being offered, it was difficult to get the answer. I asked for a written estimate. Again, it contained no information about the motor other than the brand and the horsepower. No model info. I asked about purchasing the motor myself and hiring them for installation. I was told it would be more expensive than just paying them the full price for everything. And then, at the end of the visit, I was told there was a $29 fee for the visit. OK, but no one told me this. I offered my credit card. Nope, only cash or check. Again, was never told this. Finally, who do I make the check payable to? Garage Door Service & Repair. Shady.

After finding two spring springs in my garage door, I call garage door services to repair these springs. They were able to come quickly to help me out. Overall great service with an excellent experience.

Garage door was not moving and I need to get my BMW from the garage door. Tech from garage door services came after a phone call and repairs the door quickly. Thanks.
