Bad customer service

Joe the Manager is very condescending and just like the previous comment from Myke stated he is unhelpful, short mannered, and comes off as rude.I actually called them twice, the first time I spoke to a different guy and he was helpful when I placed my order. I called back because I actually needed to add an item and thats when Joe picked up.Apparently, they dont take your payment over the phone while youre providing them with the debit card information. What they do is write it down on a piece of paper and they charge your card whenever they have time. Im sorry but why would I want you to write down my debit card info on a piece of paper? I think thats something they should tell their customers they are doing and see how many customers continue to provide their debit card information. The fact that Joe continued to act like my concerns werent a problem is a problem!

Called and talked to 1 gentleman who was kind and helpful. Called when I arrived since doors are locked (covid policy stuff) and gentleman I spoke to that time was unhelpful, Short mannered, and quite frankly came off a little rude. Taking my business elsewhere since service means something to me. Cant comment on price since I didnt look anywhere else. Hope this helps shoppers or influences some changes at the store.
