Great Custumer service!!

Customer service is not all that good.I walk in with a part and was told no dont have and ask do you have anything close to it no cant help you dont know if i was up for that kind of service I would have went to Walmart. Thanks

Ungrateful customer service, if you were to spend any kind of money with my business, my staff would definitely remember to say “thanks for your business, please come back”

Have to go with one Star here guys! Stopped in because it was close, needed a Challenger 1p (2) 15A duplex breaker (just two 15A breakers hooked together) and was charged $15.16 on 5-29-2018. Cutler Hammer breaker was provided from Elliot and the SAME breaker is $3.87 at Home Depot. Buyer beware! They will stick it to you if given the chance. I have never been treated like that at Besco Electric. Its Home Depot or Besco for me in the future. Shame on you Elliot. D.M

I was referred today to this store by someone at Ace Hardware because they did not have what I needed. Not knowing much about electronics, I went into Elliott Electric with a video of what I was needing. I was barely able to give the customer service representative my phone to review the video before he handed it back to me and immediately resumed playing a game on his phone. He told me that he is a sales representative and that he doesnt know anything about the technology. I was told that no one in the building would know how to help me because they are all just in sales and dont know the technology. I am repeating this because the man I was dealing with continued to repeat it. The majority of this conversation occurred with him playing a game on his phone and he didnt bother to look up. I am curious about you sell products that you know nothing about. How does this store stay in business?

Horrible service, the Aggie behind the counter is clueless about his job maybe he should have stayed in school longer!!!
