This store is the worse to satisfy the customers expectations. This is the second time my wife received bad service .there unable to help a customer she try today a get new phone and yhey try to charge 400 of down payment. Crazy. With my good credit and 10 yeras with t-mobile. I just payed 75 dollars calling tmobil customers service.

1st. I had to swipe my credit card yesterday 5x, didnt worked because of the internal problem at T-mobil.I went back today, same happened, the lady told me, it will not process today again. I know its not my cards problem, I used it this morning.I ordered an other phone from Samsungs web site in 10 minutes. I will do it again.2nd. there was 68 degree in the store, where i spent about 15 minutes to try the process, why is 68? Peoples are coming in without winter jackets in July .

Sales reps lie to you about “perks” to make a sale. I’ve been with T-Mobile for 7 months and I will say that the T-Mobile customer service number is amazing but this retail store in particular is awful. The sales rep lied about just about every thing. From my phone plan to the warranties on the accessories, I purchased from them. Be very careful when they are trying to sale you plans and merchandise. They screwed me over tremendously. Their sales reps could definitely use more training.

I walked into this store with one question. Do you have the iPhone 12 Pro Max in stock? At any other place of business the answer would be, “Let me check inventory.” That was not the case here, I was told that they have a time locked safe and they couldn’t check, but that they would take my name and let me know in a few minutes. Twenty minutes later they still had not told us anything. Finally we asked again and they said it would be a few minutes. We asked what is a few minutes to you? She said a few seconds. I should have walked out then, but I continued to wait. Finally when all the customers ahead of me were tended to I was called by another rep. I told her what we wanted and she talked to the other rep in hushed tones. She checked her computer, left for only 15 seconds came back and said they didn’t have any. I told them I was shocked that they don’t have inventory control on the computer. She just said, “Sorry, have a good day.” I’m angry because we could have been at another store instead of wasting my time here. I feel she lied from the beginning and knew she didn’t have it, but was hoping to sell me a different model. So I don’t recommend this particular store. By the way, we’ve been T-Mobile customers for 14 years and I’ve never felt so abused as I have been at this store.

My experience was amazing at this location!! I was helped right away and treated like a customer should be treated. The manager Heather was so attentive to all of my needs. A sales associate named kibby was like my right hand and helped with every question I had. I will most definitely be returning for another visit at this location.

She offered to get me a T-Mobile simcard so i can get the T-Mobile experience because Im a transfered Sprint customer. But after 5 minutes of going through the process, she said that their system is down and Ill need to call customer service at home and have them mail the simcard to me and then have to call them to help me set it up once it arrives. Well I dont know how to do that, thats why I went in person so they could help me.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! The rep was very rude and made an easy transaction into a difficult situation when exchanging my phone that was under warranty. She first stated that a phone was not delivered when I had the email confirmation. She then stated it wasnt in my name which it was. Once we got over that hurdle she began to inspect the phone and denied the exchange because the screen wouldnt turn on. She confirmed that there was no water damage and the phone was in good condition with no cracks or scratches. I called customer service and they completed my exchange and agreed there was no reason for her to have denied it.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I went in to take advantage of a Senior Plan they were offering and purchased a new phone for my husband and ported my phone over from Verizon.That evening I realized I could no longer access my voice mail. I was on the phone with CS for over 2 hours and they finally figured out how to band-aid the problem, making it a 3 step process instead of just hitting the icon. Next day discovered I wasnt able to receive MMS messages. No more pictures of my grandkids? I dont think so! Spent another 3 hours with CS with a promise to get back to me within 3 days with a resolution. At the end of the conversation with CS, they stated that the salesperson JESSE was supposed to tell me that there was a chance my phone would lose some of its functionality when it was ported over. I was livid to say the least, as no one at the store mentioned that me.So now its 2 days since this nightmare started. I went back to the store and asked to speak to my salesperson but he no longer worked there. Asked to speak to the manager, HEATHER.I showed HEATHER my phone and told HEATHER that CS told me they were supposed to tell me that there could be issues with my phone. HEATHER looked right in the eye and said I did tell you. HEATHER didnt even wait on me. I told HEATHER she was a bold face liar and someone would have to be an idiot to ACCEPT the fact that their phone could lose important functions if they ported over. My husband called the store several times and HEATHER refused to come to the phone. I dont know how HEATHER ever became a manager, she is immature and has a snotty personality. Glad HEATHER is not my daughter, I would be so ashamed of her.I finally received a call back from CS and their resolution was to buy a new phone and if i returned the new phone there would be a $40 restocking fee.The next day, I switched providers and I went to the T-Mobile store in Valley Ranch and returned the phone I purchased for my husband. They were extremely apologetic and very professional. I discovered that the salesperson in Atascocita had charged me for a screen protector that I didnt ask for and charged me for a charger I was told was free. WOW!! The manager at the Atascocita store, SAMANTHA, is teaching her team to scam customers.All they care about is making a sale and padding your purchase. They will lie to your face and thinknothing of it.A note about T Mobile Customer Service:All their call centers are in the middle east. You cant understand a word they say and they speak from a script. They dont care how you were treated at a store or how badly you are screwed. If you still want T Mobile, go to the Valley Ranch store. Good people there and they were horrified about my experience. Although a young lady at the Valley Ranch said she would have her District Manager, Ernest get in touch with me, he never did. Again, goes to customer service and lack of.

I am a “Sprint” customer and they made sure I knew that. Terrible experience. I could hear the rep “Jessie” asking his team member for assistance w my issue and she consistently told him to tell me that all possible solutions would “take a while” and recommended I go to a store that was formerly a sprint store. He proceeded by telling me all the things I could do from home. I was turned away from 3 T-Mobile stores in 1 day, so I’m not blaming Jessie or his team member, but this merger has created real customer service nightmares for me.

Been going to the same T-Mobile on my side of town for years now. Decided to stop by this one since its on my way from work. Couldnt have had a better experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Heather went out of her way to take care of me and make sure my needs were met. Needless to say, Ive found my new home store because of her and Samantha. Very knowledgeable duo. Definitely recommend asking for them.

Long wait but worth it. Every time I come here I know what to expect, theres always a long wait, so go when you have time to spare like about an hour to an hour and a half. But the customer service is always great! I loive it here been coming here for years when ever I have a problem or am due for an upgrade they always help me. Only t mobile Ill ever my time at!

Very shameful. I came in to looking to purchase 3 iPhone 11s with money down. First they told me I couldnt put money down to pay the phone, when I called corp they said they should and they cannot deny us from putting money down. Second I came in and the associate said they did not have anymore IPhone 11s, so I made my daughter back at home call them to ask to make sure they were not lying. The other associate on the phone with my daughter said he had one black and one of another color RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR FACES!!!!! So we confronted them and they proceeded to lie even further. I am DISGUSTED AND APPALLED as I am a customer of T-mobile for close to 22 years.Its very disappointing that the actual customer service line provides better service over the phone than in person. Not the first time I have had problems with this store. CLOWNS

I live in Rosenberg and this will be the store I will go to if I ever need to go into a tmobile location, I will make the drive just to have the great service that I got the day I came into this store .

They close shop early multiple times a week. Just yesterday (Monday, Dec. 2nd 2019) they closed at 6:15 when they close at 8pm. They promised to buy out our contracts but the way they do it varies on who you speak with. So that mixed with closing early and the employees not honoring their work schedule makes it concerning at the least of their actual integrity and if they will do what they say. So they just lost us as customers.

Look, Ive been to this store multiple times. Every time I go, its several years before I need to go again, and I figure, oh, it has to be better now. News flash... its not. Do yourself a favor and just drive on down to the corporate store in Humble. The one by Movie Tavern. They take care of you and do it with respect. There is no recourse with this store through T mobile, because they are just a retailer, not a corporate store, so they can pretty well do whatever they like and T mobile cant do anything about it.

Disappointed! I went in to upgrade on a new phone. Well according to the sales person she said it was a “bundle you get for purchasing a new phone which included accessories and iphone watch” come to find out it was a lie. I called customer care and they said there was no bundle and pretty much all the extra accessories and iphone watch added to my purchase were just added to my bill which not only did she lie about the so call bundle but also on my monthly bill which was $60 dollars more than what she had said. I tried to return everything expect for the phone that same day after talking to customer care over the phone...come to find out I had to pay an extra $50 dollars for restocking fee which I had already paid $78 dollars for the “bundle” which it wasn’t even including the down payment for the phone which was separate transaction. Out of the $78 dollars I gave for down payment I got $6 dollars back which were just taxes from accessories worth $165 AND had to PAY an ADDITIONAL $14 dollars when returning accessories and iPhone watch.Fyi...the lady over the phone was even embarrassed for the whole situation on how sales persons misinform customers “you don’t know how many complains we receive for the same scenarios”...

Service sucks. I dont even want to give this a full star. I cant watch anything with it in my house. I cant even get onto the internet to look something up. I have to walk all the way out to the end of my drive for it to finally work then as soon as I get back into my house it stops working again. I dont know how Im supposed to do school work with the internet service not working. I hate it. When I went into r mobile they were like if you dont all get new phones (iPhone 7) your phone isnt going to work as well as your iPhone 6. Yea well I got it and its not working like they said it should. My family has spent $2000 in new phones for all of this because they said it would make our service better. Im royally pissed at how much my family has spent and they have not met the standards I should expect out of all the money we spent from them. Dont get T-Mobile.

The manager, assistant manager and lead sales rep could not have been more helpful. Marco & Juilo made me and my family feel they genuinely wanted to help us. Every team member that I have ever come across was always courtesy and very friendly. When we first moved two years ago we visited the T-Mobile store on 1960 and it may be a larger store but the service did not impress me. SO KUDOS TO YOU ATASCOCITA T-MOBILE!!!

Goodluck with this t mobile store, they are like a 3rd party contractor, they wont cover your insurance on certain phones if its dirty, only 1 employee helped, the boss sitting in the booth with another employee, employee yells from the booth its time for an upgrade after I clearly stated that I can NOT AFFORD another phone, after they learned that, no one really wanted to help, so good luck at this t mobile store, its like theyre fake or something.

Wow... Just upgraded again using Jump within 6 months of having a phone and switched to the new model (I wish we could do that with other items like TVs, Computers & Autos). I also picked up a tablet this time using Jump, that program is so great, I hope its here to stay! I have been with T-Mobile for 5 plus years (switched from AT&T) and every time I visit the store they treat me with the upmost respect, and no matter who helps me they are always kind and knowledgeable. I tend to be quite a nerd but it never fails I always walk away learning something new I didnt know before to pass onto somebody else considering switching from their Carrier over to maybe T-Mobile. I know I will be staying on for another 5 plus years with T-Mobile. Thanks to you all at the Atascocita TX Store, you are all great!!

Woah!! I went into this store on Black Friday [11/28/14] hoping to find a good deal on a new phone; only to be exposed to a revolting, stomach-churning image of a PENIS. As the sales representative was down talking the windows phones she handed me her own personal device and stated I had an android and NOW this is what Im working with. See the picture of my niece in the background is typically a very cute picture but it is covered up by all the windows tiles. she kept on talking as I scrolled down to see how active the tiles are and how fast each would load. I came across the tile for PHOTOS only to view a picture of someones distasteful, nasty genetalia. I quickly returned the phone to her and she stated OH DEAR! and quickly put the phone back in her pocket. I will never return to this store! I made my purchase online and if I ever need any support I will gladly make the extended drive into either Atascocita or Kingwood where I will not be exposed to another disgusting picture of someones repulsive, sickening, nauseating genetalia. I felt disrespected and disgusted.

Took a celspot to the store thinking I would save t mobile some money on shipping costs. Had me wait around for 30 minutes while they figured out how to do it only to just email me a shipping label so I could mail it myself when I got it back home. Why they couldnt print the label there and ship it for me was beyond me. Waste of a drive and time.
