Came in to ask about smartpay(leasing payments) that I was approved for, never looked up to speak to me, told me that I shouldnt go with that option I was asking for because it wasnt smart to pay that much.... Once I turned around to walk away, then he started asking if I wanted a new phone number, I get you get commission of new lines, but this is a horrible habit that metro has, they are only willing to help you if it benefits them..... Horrible.....

I was extremely impressed by the quality of service we received. A.K., was very knowledgeable and patient in answering my numerous questions. He made upgrading my cell phone a very pleasant experience. He is definitely my go-to guy for future upgrades.

In this place, if you want a phone that is on display, they almost never have it and they want to sell you the one they want, I bought a 449 iPhone 6 with 32 GB and they gave me one with 16 GB and when I claimed them they said yes I wanted the one they were showing I had to pay 100 USD more better I asked them for my money,
