Shannon made it so easy to get the Bernina I wanted. Thank you.Brad gave me a complete demo on the machine I was buying....took it right out of the box for me. So kind...very knowledgeable. Then Miss Gypsy came in and added more info....but they didnt overwhelm me.The Humble location is beautiful and the variety of fabrics, patterns and machines is awesome! Spring store is great, too.

Eleven week turnaround to service a machine? NOT HAPPY. My machine (under 5 years old) has been in the shop for a repair since 9-16-20. When I called recently to inquire about when it would be ready, I was told that it wouldnt be until November at the earliest. Who leaves their machine in the repair shop for 3 months willingly? If extenuating circumstances occurred, then at the least I should have been notified so that I would have the option to possibly locate another service facility. I shouldnt have had to call on my own to be informed of the delay - with no remedy suggested. Very disappointed.

This place is wonderful! All of the staff who assisted me were knowledgable, compassionate, and helpful. Especially Gypsy and Shannon who assisted me with checking my machine in for service and giving me great advice. They have a great selection of high quality cotton, tools, and patterns.

I purchased a Bernina less than a year ago at the quilt show. It started giving me issues so I took it in. Everyone was so helpful and the tech was even able to fix it while I waited. Very happy with service! They also had some great deals in the store too!

I have been in tears over my needle threader on my new machine. My local store has had my machine 8 weeks out of 3 months repairing the needle threader! I asked if Cupcake Quilts would fix my machine. I drove the 100 miles to get it fixed. They had my machine working in less than 20 minutes. I’ve used them before to clean and repair my other Berninas and loved the service and price. I let Bernina USA know how great they are.

They have just about anything you would need to sew. This is where I bought my Bernina 770 QE 125 Anniversary Edition.

For starters, the google reviews of this are incorrect, since it was called Its a Stitch for many years. Cupcake Quilts recently purchased it.Sorry to say their service is disappointing. Ive bought Berninas since the 1970s. My most recent purchase was from Its a Stitch, a B710, at this location. I needed the needle changer. After 2 visits, to Cupcake Quilts, and 3 weeks of waiting, I have given up. Both times I left my business card and asked that it be ordered.No phone calls, and this is a tool that a number of their machines use- and my machine is only 2 years old.
