It was our first time going to an Ashleys furniture store, and we had a great experience. We were looking for a particular couch set and Alex was very helpful and friendly. He helped my sister and I out with all the paperwork and setting up the deliveries. We were in and out with a new living room set up. Would definitely recommend.
We had a great experience with Ashley furniture. No one was to pushy in trying to confront you. They let us look around freely but also let us know the specials and deals that they had going on! We will be back

This Ashley store is great! Nick has been extremely exceptional as our furniture guide. He’s been very helpful, he’s demonstrated a listening ear to what’s best for our needs, patient and professional. He is a kind young man that will really listen to what best suites your family. Ask for Nick when you go to the store, he’s not pushy or overbearing like some other sales people at other furniture stores. He also introduced us to Alex who took time to educate us on his knowledge of mattresses and the importance and benefits of having a quality night of rest. We kept Alex well after his shift, in which, he demonstrated professionalism, patience and genuine care for people’s health. Thank you to both Nick and Alex. These are two great customer care specialists at this Ashley store.
I literally had the best experience from customer service to the sales rep.Ms. Chan was amazing! When I called needing help on buying a bed set. She redirected me and was super helpful hands down. Nick (the sales rep.) In-put my information and looked up the bed set I was trying to purchase online, by the time I got to Ashleys Furniture store all I need to do was purchase my set and sign papers which did not take long at all, I might have took like 5 minutes. Plus having twins tagging along. I swear the made the process easy and smooth. Thank you again × million. 💕💫
Furniture was purchased in Humble at Ashley home store is not one year old and has problems and can’t get service department to get in touch with me for needed repairs plus also purchase an extended warranty unable to communicate with these people do not buy furniture from this place customer service is not what it needs to be

Mr. Lopez was my experienced, sales representative.He did not push furniture items on me. He allowed me an opportunity to seek only what I asked for.A light colored couch, comfortable of course and a therapeutic mattress for my Sons bedroom.We walked the showroom floor upstairs and downAfter we illuminated the items I did not care for, we .located the items that were in the best interest for my family. He proceeded to verify how much I qualified for after checking my credit. Within an hour I walked out the store with two furniture pieces I love, 0% interest, as well as, an affordable monthly bill.I am so grateful for his listening ear to assist with the items I needed for my home.Respectfully,Ms. T. Purchased a bed this week salesman said it didnt need a foundation when it does. Called them about it and they said it would take over a week. After inspecting the bed noticed that they did not install the USB hub and they stripped out a bolt and destroyed the threads on it. I do not recommend doing business with this location. Especially after giving my wife the run around.

We check a number of different furniture stores in the Houston/Kingwood area and didn’t find anything comparable to the couches/love seats we saw at Ashley furniture named Men’s Den. We got an excellent price on the Labor Day weekend sale and Joseph was a great salesman. We were extremely pleased. Though we won’t receive our furniture until next week, we are so excited about it and we saved big time on it. Thank you do much

I went into the Houston/Humble location. We were greeted by Pan, and he was not pushy or overbearing. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions promptly. The store has tons of options to pick from. The only draw back is the 3 week wait for our table.
Definitely never buying here again, as of today I have been waiting for my furniture for 8 weeks, only for them to tell me they only have a partial part of my order and to wait another 4 weeks for the rest!Asked them to do a free delivery for what items they already have and I was denied 😂. They have no shame.Getting my money back and going to Gallery Furniture like a usually do.Ashley NEVER again!
My husband and I had an great sales rep Natelin, the prices were good and the quality was good. We were happy to get our new bed and this is what was delivered?!?!?! (pic attached). We have a headboard, a mattress on the floor and no actual bed!! Not sure why they would set up delivery for half an order. Very disappointed! We are now getting the runaround by customer service. LA helped me with furniture for my new home and I tell you how satisfied I am, he knew everything about everything, I am so excited for my stuff to arrive, I approve Ashley Home furniture.
First visit to the store went very smoothly. Very helpful salesman guided us through the process. My only complaint is a lack of communication after the sale where I was told I would be texted information and called back and those things didn’t happen I needed to call the store or text the store.
Good in store experience! Our sales lady was nice (don’t remember her name; AA older woman). Had we known the delivery date would be moved from August to October we would’ve made a different choice. We purchased in June.UPDATE: the October delivery was for the entire order, the August delivery is when 90% of the order will be ready. Customer Service said to call back closer to August and request for partial delivery.

Our salesman, Pan Oviedo, was awesome. I was undecided on which chairs I wanted to go with the dining room table. He was very helpful mix matching chairs and tables. He carried chairs all over the store to what ever table I wanted to compare together even upstairs. This is my second major purchase at Ashleys and have had very good experience both times.
Do not shop here!!!!! My Husband and I purchased a bed but when it was delivered they only sent the mattress and headboard!!! After getting the runaround from customer service i put up a review and was contacted by customer service saying the issue would be resolved. They told me the delivery for the rest of the bed was confirmed for 8/24/21 between 8:15-11:15am but unexpectedly on the day of delivery after sending me a confirmation text saying they were 20 minutes away i received a call saying they would have to reschedule yet again!! We have had a mattress on the floor for almost 2 weeks now!!! Horrible service!!! (pics and confirmation messages attached). Go someplace else, do not shop here!!!!!!

We bought our first piece of furniture from Ashleys this week. The overall experience was great and our Sales agent, Miguel, was professional and informative when discussing the options we had available to us. We didnt feel the pressure to buy something as we were talking through our options which was very nice. When we left the store we felt great about our purchase and excited for our new piece of furniture to arrive home.

This place is absolutely wonderful!! This particular Ashley’s is two stories and has a galore of beautiful furniture from classic to modern or whatever you’re looking for. My sales agent, Claudette, was very helpful in helping me secure my dream bedroom set for my first apartment. The staff is friendly and helpful and will work to meet your needs and wants. Everything was well explained and I thoroughly understood where my money was going and how the process works. I left the store feeling confident with my purchase and I’m glad I made the visit.

I was lied to about a delivery date and now everything is back ordered indefinitely but they sure did take my money. And if I cancel, there is a restocking fee?!!?. Still waiting 16 weeks later with no firm delivery date. They are selling “made to order” furniture and with supply shortages they can’t deliver.
Let me join the MANY others that have written negative reviews about this store!I purchased furniture from this store on July 31. I actually found exactly what I wanted for my new home. I had a deadline for when I needed the furniture and was told it would be delivered in two weeks. Perfect! I stopped the furniture hunt and made the purchase.As of yesterday, August 18, I had received no word on the delivery of my furniture. I kept calling the store but no one EVER answered the phone! I finally sent them a text and was told it would be OCTOBER 8 for my delivery!!! In my opinion I was lied to so they could make the sale and this infuriates me! I have had to cancel the event that I was having at my home on the 28th.This is certainly not the way to do business. An honest and upfront date would have been appreciated. People just want to be told the truth. Remember this. So many of your other reviews express dishonesty about delivery dates. We all understand some of the hardships going on right now but just tell us the truth!I just hope when my furniture finally does arrive it is in good condition.
Nick was great. He helped us find what we were looking for and was very honest and transparent with things like shipping delays due to Covid. Would recommend. Would shop there again.

Took them 4 months to give me my money back after changing my mind due to the lack of variety on deals and everything is too high for the quality of furniture that everyone else has in their store. I wish it wasn’t true but my experience was not very good.

I am moving into my first apartment at the end of the month and this was my last stop after a very long day of not so good deals and zero good finds. I was greeted by Cle and given a few options that suited my needs it was such a relief to finally find what I needed and at a good price. Cle was kind helpful and best of all was NOT pushy or overbearing like a typical salesman. 10/10 for my first buying experience.

Mike lopez in humble, tx is the bomb. com. He was patient with me from start to finish and made sure that the furniture I pick will last me a life time. He took his time and helped me put all the pieces together with no rush or pressure. He is the guy. He definitely made my experience a great one. He also put up with my bad son the entire time. My hats off to him.
The sales associate by the name of Alex Lopez was absolutely awesome. He literally toted and moved end tables around to help me get a visual of what I wanted in my living room. He was so kind and patient, nice sense of humor and completely professional. He also enlisted another lady-who’s name slipped my mind and was also awesome-to assist. Paperwork was completed very timely and for the most I was in and out with no problem or prolonged hassling.

I am very impressed with Ashley Home Store. My husband and I were greeted as soon as we walked in and was offered help immediately (but not in a pushy way). We were told to take our time and if we needed anything to reach out. At one point we were even offered water. We’ve been to the Store about a week ago prior and found some sofas that we really loved however it wasn’t within our budget so we settle for another sofa that we loved but found out the sofa was unavailable. So the store manager was kind enough to give us a 30% discount on the expensive sofa and the loveseat and a few other discounts which helped me save $2000 and made it more affordable for us to purchase them. I’m a happy customer as I was able to get my dream sofas. 🙌🏽Thank you!

Great in-store experience, was promised up to 8 weeks for delivery, called to get an update and now told itll be another month and a half on top of the 8 weeks before delivery and hopefully itll be shipped by then. Most likely will not buy from here again.
Martin was wonderful. He patiently waited for us to be ready to discuss products and be ready to purchase. He gave us time and space but was easily accessible when we needed him which is exactly what I need when I shop. The furniture selection was great as well!
They don’t even deserve one star. We ordered a bedroom set in February and was told the bed would be about 90 days out, but other items would be only be a couple weeks. We received the dresser and night stands around the 90 day mark but bed frame was not in. Fast forward to June and we’re told bed frames in and out for delivery. Turns out only 3/4 of bed frame is in and the headboards missing. We refused delivery until whole bed frame is available since what are we supposed to do with 3/4 of a bed frame? Now we’re half way through august still no word trying to get ahold of store for 3 days now and can’t get ahold of anybody. Talked to customer service rep and was informed the bed frame order has been canceled but we have to contact the store we purchased it from to resolve why it was canceled. The same store that refuses to answer the phone. Attempted to contact salesman to see if he may be able to resolve our issue but of course no reply. Save some stress and money and buy furniture literally anywhere else we will not be back and will recommend every one we know not to do business with this place.
Our salesperson was Camilla Jones and she was nice as could be. She walked through the store with us and asked us what we wanted and didn’t hesitate to work with me being indecisive and all. A positive attitude goes a long way. We bought the couch.

This Ashley furniture is pathetic. If I could give It half of that one star I would. They don’t even deserve that. That rude ignorant female that supposed to be the manager or customer service person. She’s terrible. How is she have anything to do with customers.We unfortunately spent $1800 with themAnd that was the last dime. My step dad needs a bed they have there that I planned on getting for him but I will find It somewhere else
We will never buy from Ashley furniture again. We expressed an urgency to receive our furniture as soon as possible. Following this we were encouraged to buy specific products, some of which cost more, and we’re guaranteed to have it 4-5 days later. We then had to reach out to them to learn all products had been back ordered less than 24 hours after being reassured all items were in stock and ready for delivery. We were given the run around and told different lies about our order being a priority and being shipped only to be called by the warehouse driver to again cancel. It’s clear we were told information to get us to buy products regardless of ethics and professionalism. I discourage buying from here unless you are okay with waiting months and being lied to all along.

Have gone to Ashleys in the past to furnish our living room, bought a dining room set from them today, and will continue to go there for all our furniture needs! Immediately from entering, he was welcoming, personable, & consistently made sure that all of our questions were answered & that we were happy. Along with Mr. Andy providing assistance when needed, made this visit a very pleasant one.
The selection of furniture was good. The quality seems to be good as well. Purchased a living room set and bedroom set (nearly 11k) but couldn’t even get a free pillow out of them. Salesperson (Miguel) was very nice, did not pressure for sales. Overall happy with the experience.

I made a purchase on 6-29-2021. Im still waiting on my order, today is 9-6-2021. I was told my pieces would be available August 5th, ok not to badWrong!Customer service never calls to give an update. Everytime I call I get a different story.,from waiting on one more piece to being on back order to its on the truck. The new date is September 25th. This is so unaccepatable!
Stopped by to get a coffee table and started looking around. In less than 5 minutes, we had this lovely lady in a leopard print mask help us find the right department upstairs. Within seconds of reaching the top floor, Andy walked up and asked if we needed help. Picked out a good looking table and managed to get a good deal on a mattress, too.Overall, a great shopping experience. Will be waiting till Tuesday to get the delivery.
Had a great experience with Mr.Price! He gave me great information and helped me through a smooth transaction today, I would definitely purchase again from them.
We bought some furniture and realized it was too small to fit our living space. We wanted to return it and get something else and it was difficult to get a hold of someone to discuss it. We went up the store twice before we were able to get someone to help. They said we could “re-select” a different living room set (after they realized we were eyeing something more expensive), so we did. After signing the paperwork, we were then told our new furniture would not arrive for another month and they would not pick up the returned furniture until the new stuff was delivered. We offered to bring it in ourselves and they kept saying “No” and “You can’t do that”. We even offered to pay extra to have them come get it sooner. They would not budge. So we bit the bullet and pushed it off to the side figuring it was just for a month. Well, our reselected furniture never came and they never called. We called the store and got the run around so many times we ended up calling corporate and submitted a formal complaint…which was promptly ignored - twice. I have the case numbers to prove it. We started receiving bills for the couches that are sitting in my dining room and now the furniture we “reselected” is not due to be delivered until September. SEPTEMBER!!!! We ordered it April 7th. We had to call corporate to get that date as well. No one has voluntarily called us back for anything. Not even once. Corporate blames the stores, the stores blames corporate. No one accepts responsibility. I have reported them to the BBB. DO NOT waste your time and money here. I have never had such a terrible experience trying to buy furniture. Save yourself the headache and go someplace with better service and better ethics.Edit: DB - I *have* given you all that information. You, specifically, actually on a different media site. You sent it to the “escalation team” which offered an apology as a resolution and did not do anything at all to expedite the delivery of the ordered furniture or pickup of the returned furniture. I googled these issues and discovered this is a very consistent problem across the board with your company and Ashley has had a class action lawsuit for doing this very thing. So, it is indeed a very standard and shady business practice.

I visit Ashley homestore in Humble to purchase a mattress. My husband and I we had lots of questions about the mattress and Kevin Arias answered every single one.Kevin his one in a million! I never meet someone specially a young guy like him doing his job with such passion and knowledge and enjoying what his doing. Coming from a professional industry I realize what a great asset Kevin is for the company because it’s hard to find someone that puts 💯 in there work do everything with passion, knowledge and professional! Once they have your money, they leave you high and dry. Our furniture was delivered without the hardware to install in. They said it would be delivered the next day at 9am. It wasnt. I have called the store multiple times during business hours, but I get a message saying to call during business hours. I then go to chat support and they give me the secret number to get help. I call. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes, I talk to a person who puts me on hold again. After another lengthy hold, I am redirected to what I assume is the store number, which again says to call during business hours. No functional furniture after paying a large sum of money for a product. No help whatsoever.
Good selection. This is the biggest draw back of most furniture store the sales man will surround you as soon you open the door and they asks lots of question. They want to sell you before you even decide not allowing breathing time and we left without buying. I wish it will changed someday in Most of furniture store.
Pretty good experience. We were greeted upon entering the store and showed around promptly. I found exactly the chair I wanted at a pretty reasonable price. Definitely worth stopping by.
Purchased a sectional in April was told it would be about 6 weeks. I got a call in June that they had 4 pieces out of 5. I told them that I will wait for July so that my sectional has all pieces. I was promised to have all pieces in on July 23rd. I called on July 22nd since I had not received a call and was told they only had 2 put of the 5 pieces. One piece would arrive on July 30th the second on Sept. 11th and the third on Nov. 7th. I requested a refund and a call from the manager since customer service was no help. I called and left a voicemail on Monday and still have not got a call back so that is why I am writing my experience. What a waste of my time and the staff did not seem to care at all. I was not treated the same way that I was when I was trying to purchase. Based on the last reviews I am not the only one going through the same thing. Will definitely tell everyone about this and not shop here anymore.
I purchased a dining table and a sofa/loveseat set. My items arrived and great condition.... I ran into a problem at the beginning, but Ashley home store addressed my issues. I had a good experience. Was approved very fast but they just didnt have the coffee and end tables I liked. But I will try them again next week for some tables.
Do not buy from this store. They will lie to you and tell you your furniture will be delivered on a certain day and it will never show up. They change the date every time you to talk to them and then the day it’s scheduled to deliver they will call the morning of and cancel and say it’s out of stock after taking your money.
We purchased a bed and dresser for my 4yr old daughter who got to pick it out and was so excited. We did this may 15 2021. We were told that we would get it June 2nd. That didnt happen. It got pushed to June 15th then June 25th then July 2 then July 16th. Well We called July 14th to verify it was still being delivered and cone to our surprise they canceled the order on us without us even knowing. No communication at all just canceled. We have bought from Ashley furniture several times and have spent well over 10k in there in 8yrs but never again will we. Our little girl was disappointed everytime it didnt arrive and so upset she didnt get her bed. Well thanks to Mattress Mack at Gallery Furniture. We called them and they Guaranteed us our furniture the same or next day or our money back instantly. We showed up at 8:45pm Friday night and they promised us a delivery date the next day before 4pm. They showed up at 2pm set everything up and made our daughters day. Gallery furniture was a little more pricey by like $150 for the dresser and bed but better quality and way better customer service. ASHLEY FURNITURE YOU HAVE LET US DOWN AND LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

This store is awful from consumers service to sells we ordered over 4000 dollars in furniture and it was canceled and we were told that we needed to reorder it and then they said it will be another 3 months before we will get it. So I decided to go and look at gallery furniture and got what I wanted and delivered that day.
