Getting my printing done at Office Depo was affordable, and saved me time; the staff was helpful and friendly.

Employees are great but robotic. They have a policy that they cant help anyone after 2pm now. So Ive got to give one star. Ive relied on office depot to help me all year because of COVID (place of work is shut down) but their new policy is the worst. Genevieve at the other office depot location on 1960 helped me after the employees at this location would not. Genevieve should run the company. What this all star employee understands is that the only reason people go to Office Depot is because of the customer services they provide . If this is not longer a priority than Amazon here we come.

Had a lot of things on sale after Christmas.

Clean and organized store.

Printer worker has no idea what is is doing. Trying to print 2 posters and gave her all the details and she didnt even know they had an email that receives the pictures or how to sign in. So far its been an hour and she is hiding from me trying to switch out the paper when the lady already said its full.

Large selection of back to school items. Very helpful staff.

About once a week I place an online order for copies of a flyer. Three times in a row now, when I place my order I don’t get notifications of when they are done. So I call to check on the order which are due hours prior, and the department claims ‘they didn’t get the order.’ Even though I have email confirmation. I know that isn’t the case, it is due to lazy employee who don’t want to do their job. My last order was due at 11am. At 4pm I called and got the run around. I’m done with this location.

Very nice store but it is beyond me how all of the other employees just stand around doing absolutely nothing while you wait and wait and wait in a line of only two people at the copy & print station. How hard would it be to assist what is likely the business area of the store?

The print lady was less than happy I asked for my copies before they were scheduled to be completed. Im a-okay if I was told they wouldnt be ready yet, but to chastise me in an empty store with idle printers was a bit over the top. Cant beat the prices though. Ill probably go to the location on 1960 from now on.

Same as Office Max since they merged and now the competition is less so they can charge a little more and get away with it. They are well stocked very helpful but I prefer the guys in blue next door.

Well stocked with items I need. No long lines. I have a store purchasing card as will that saves me a ton of money!

Im so disappointed in this store! Been shopping this particular store for years and my wife came home so upset. Im Caucasian and she is African American. She told me that while shopping she was looked at like a thief. I keep her with money so I know they were targeting her. Whispering in their ear microphones and the manager is ducking and making it real noticable that he was targeting my wife as a thief. These people at this store not only discust me but should be punished for treating people that keep them in business, bad. So disappointed. Terrible. You two should be ashamed of yourselves.

We were in an out. Clean store. Cashier had the dead eyes and attitude. But cant knock the store.

This place is convenient in providing customers daily office products or back to school supplies.

Wait over 5 minutes for someone to come to the copy/print center. This after I already tapped the Im here in the store link. And no apology for my extended wait.
