Sandy Salgado was such a delight. She assisted me with purchasing the end tables to complete my set. I couldn’t find them anywhere because they were discontinued. When I called she took the time to search and she located 2 brand new in the box. She was patient and very professional. Processed my transaction and when I arrived they brought them out right away. I bought a breakfast table like 2 months ago and when I got the table two of the chairs were wobbly, I had to go back to the store like 6 times to get the new chair and when I got their they wanted to give me one dirty from display I told them to give me a brand he’s one out the box and they gave it to me but they gave me two left legs for the chair and to this day I have had trouble reaching the manager to give me the right legs. It is a pretty breakfast table but has took me this long to not be able to put it together

I purchased back in may (5/31/21) to be exact and I couldn’t get help from Ashley plus she was rude to me but the young lady Chalisa was very professional helped me and she stayed in contact with me for my recliner I know I was a pain in the butt but she was very helpful and because of her I will continue to go back to this place and spend money and I love my recliner

I wanted to come on and write a review about this location as well as Ashley! My 1st encounter with Ashley and Furniture Town was back at the height of the pandemic. Ashley was soooo amazing! She walked me through the process solely by phone. She assisted with me with financing, selecting and delivery! She erased all doubt and assured me of my purchase. She was completely honest about delivery dates and times. I was panicked and she eased me. She made moving into my home really easy. Nearly a year later and I get the same service with constant communication and assurance!! Ashley is the absolute best!!!! Thank you!!!

Went in there for the first time a few weeks ago. Nice store very friendly and helpful employees. Not real pushy to buy now. Good stock and selections, clean and neat, very clean and nice restrooms.Pricing seemed better than most stores around here. Had a good sale and financing almost bought but we need to go back and look together. If you are married you know what I am talking about.

Their customer service sucks!! Ive called numerous time asking about the purchase I made back in May and Im still waiting on the store manager to give me a call. Yes the sales rep did state the furniture was taking up to 60 days when we went to buy our bedroom set, BUT he also said its just a more or less date they gave the customers. Long story short, we bought a bed set and were told that furniture would arrive between 30-60 days. NOT business days. Husband and I would call for updates and every time they’d say something different about when it would arrive. We waited 3 months and they still would say the same thing about when it would arrive. I was way too patient and busy at that time but finally went to the store for my money back. So glad I did.

Sam, the manager, and Chris took REALLY great care of me after a dining table I wanted to purchase was discontinued.They were extremely nice and accommodating, and while I did not feel that the other dining tables were right for my family, I did end up getting a bed through them. They gave me a fantastic deal and left me feeling grateful and pleased that I was doing business with them. I will be looking here first for all of my furniture needs in the future.

I bought a bedroom set and living room set from this outfit back in April and already they have broken down. Called Ashly and Mo and I keep getting the run around and it has been two days sleeping in the floor with a useless 4000.00 bedroom set while the staff could care less.

Bought a dinning table, living room set, and a mattressThe living room arrived with tears, and when we took the cushions to send a picture to the owner we found a pin and water cap, This saying that we got the one that was already in the store ( floor model )The table chairs ( 6 pcs ) were all bad wiggle. The granite table have stains all over.After 2 weeks they changed only 2 chairs out of 6.Last call with Mo ( Mohamd ) he said call me tomorrow, and i will take care of the table and the chairs. Next day he stopped taking me calls.Save ur time and money shop somewhere elseIts a fraud store.

I initially found a bedroom set that I wanted to purchase online. When I went to purchase the bedroom set it was no longer available. I dropped into this store and met with Sandy. She was able to answer my questions and at the time offer me a 20% savings! I was able to save literally hundreds of dollars compared to what I was going to pay this bedroom set online. She works to get you the items that you need in a timely manner even if it’s not in the store at the time. This was the swiftest transaction ever and absolutely friendly customer service.

This was such a surprisingly pleasant visit I only say surprising because furniture shopping sometimes can be a hassle, but this was not the case today. Went to this store on 10/28/2020 for furniture, paid in full. The seller verbally said the couch would arrive in 3-4 weeks. But on receipt he wrote it will take upto 60 Businesses days. Its almost 4 months and I am still waiting, they don’t call for any update and whenever you call nothing gets solved. Stay away from this store. I wish I knew. Never again. So disappointed.

So yesterday my husband and I went to Furniture Town. They had beautiful furniture! And Chirs was just extremely wonderful!. We looked at a power recliner with the matching sofa and love seat (sofa and love seat with power recliner amazing). I didnt want to go anywhere else the was the place. My husband wanted same day delivery, but they cant do that. So my husband tell the wonderful man we are going to Gallery Furniture to see what they have and also because they have same day delivery. He tried to warn us but told us that we would be back. So we fight traffic and get there about 6 different people approached us...then one man very nice very knowledgeable but also a very much a salesman helps us. We find what we want about 4 grand, we go the financing. Get ready to checkout. The monlthy bill 500$ the total 13 grand!! So today my husband went back got that beautiful living room set with protection plan not even 2 grand and about 160$ a month. Save your time save your money and go here.

I bought a couch early Sept after moving from out of state and was told it could take up to 8 weeks, I then call and inquire and they told me it would take up to 60 business days. I called a few days ago to speak to a manager and was told he would call back still no response. I asked if they can call the place where it’s coming from I was told they don’t have access to call, they would know only when it’s on the truck. Worst place ever.
