I received excellent service from Mark Saranie. I had been looking and wanting a new recliner but not sure about style and color. Mark had great patience with me and I found exactly what I wanted ... style and color. Not only did I buy 1, but 2. I also found a sofa I plan to get as well. So far the experience at La-Z-Boy purchasing our two love seats was good. Danna was very professional and organized about explaining our options and getting paperwork in order for the sale. There is however a 30 week wait until theyre delivered, which means the proof will be in the pudding (so to speak). Hopefully, all will go well at delivery time.Cynthia B.Houston, TX

Weak customer service at BEST. Sales man was rude, demeaning and very unprofessional. Didn’t have time for the customers and there were only 3 in the store. Had questions about fabric styles but he didnt have time to help us out. He lost a sale on two pieces of furniture and lost future sales at that store.Will never go back to be treated like that again.I questioned if one chair was leather or not because there was NO tag explanation of fabrication. He said “I know it’s leather!”In sales, ‘the customer is always right’ did not apply with this salesperson.He was worse than a 70s used car salesman in the remarks and comments he made to the customers in the store.Run DONT walk away from the Humble La-Z-Boy store and never waste your money with them!

We bought furniture in August and were told we would have it by Thanksgiving. We didn’t get it until December but are still missing one piece which apparently was defective. Although the furniture is great, I find it unacceptable that we are about to go into March and we still have not received all the items we purchased in August. Also, when we called to ask for the status of our order last year we got the run around and could not find someone willing to help us. We kept being told that someone would call us back and nobody ever did. Seems like once they get your money you are on your own and their service ends there.

We ordered furniture in late Aug or early Sep and were told that it would arrive in October. It is now December 8th and we still dont have it. I have called twice and left messages and they have not returned my calls. I have also emailed twice with no response. Im considering going to the Better Business Bureau and demanding a refund. I will absolutely never purchase here again.

Staff here is super knowledgeable and helpful. They offered samples of fabric to take home and match our other furniture. They took the time to ask questions and show us the models that would work best for us.

Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. He wasnt pushy and really knew his material. We havent ordered yet but the sales experience was very pleasant and not overbearing like has been my experience at places like Star Furniture or Gallery Furniture.

Terrible customer service we were told 8-12 weeks now going on 13 weeks. They say 92 percent is delivered in that time frame that’s a lie. Call for an update no calls back nothing. A company this size has queue software so they know where production stands so to tell me we don’t have an answer is unacceptable so is never retuning phone calls. Never again should have just got another Flexsteel couch.

Ordered expensive furniture. Waited the requisite 3 months. Came broken. Long long process of back and forth calling corporate, filing complaints. Repairs were made, but the the repair out a screw through the drawer which would no longer open. Then a do over long long process. I am certain I got labeled as a demanding customer. Finally, after 4+ months, I had my very expensive very large sectional all working and in place. I love it now, but OMG! They do not have a decent system in place to deal with broken furniture on delivery. The delivery guys said said we could refuse, but said they would note it on slip and did. Refusing delivery is a hard thing to do after waiting for 3 months. A company like this selling extreme high end furniture should have a far far better system in place to deal with this, and how about some better quality control!

Great customer service, and some beautiful furnishings- so much on the market is junk these days, and falls apart. This is quality furniture.Ive been having a lot of trouble with my back/neck. I needed a comfy SMALL recliner that I could get in and out of easily. Trena spent a long time helping me find the exact chair that would fit my needs. She was so easy to work with! I received my recliner 10 days later, and it was just as promised. Great staff and beautiful, quality furniture that will last for many years!

Fabulous had great service Mark Saranie-Humble Location-was our salesmen. got our dad a recliner leather Lazy Boy big and tall for Fathers Day. the first one he sat in is the one he got and itll be delivered Thursday before Fathers Day. All 4 of us went as a family. extremely impressed!!!

I was planning to go to the Woodlands location, because I didnt even know there was a store in Humble! Stopped in here instead and Im so glad I did. Im an old-fashioned shopper when it comes to furniture- I like to see, touch and compare before I buy!! Cant do the online thing for something that I hope to hang onto for years. But that isnt exactly music to the ears of a sales associate who operates on commission...so Im always upfront that I wont be purchasing that day. So many times, Im left to fend for myself with only minimal - and often slightly resentful - assistance. That was most certainly not the case here!! Danna spent close to an hour and a half with me, listened to what I was looking for and even more importantly what I didnt want. She had numerous suggestions and options. She did at least 15 different print outs of various fabrics on various pieces. She did inform me of their current sale and tried to encourage me to take advantage of their financing and pricing, but never applied the high pressure sales tactics Ive encountered other places. In a world where customer service seems to be on the verge of extinction, I was so glad to find it here with Danna. I wont be buying every piece here, as they dont fit my exact needs, but I have definitely carved some La-Z-Boy pieces into my budget to make sure that Danna gets my business!! If youre on the hunt for great furniture, lots of options and phenomenal customer service head to Humble and ask for Danna!

Enjoyed visiting this store with my mother. The decor in this store is so warm and inviting. Mr. Curtis-Store Mgr. was very friendly and helpful to my mother who is seeking to purchase a recliner. Stella also assisted my mother in making various selections. Ms. Stella was patient and very informational on the products in the store. I do recommend visiting this location for any recliner or home decor accessory.

If you want to buy high priced garbage you have come to the right place. Ask them what your furniture frame is made of. Metal or cheap strand board wood. I can pretty much guarantee they will not say metal.I spent over $5K on a sectional sofa less than 3 years ago. I regret this purchase because the set is put together with low grade strand board. (see my photo)Strand board is wood scraps glued together. This is fine if you have nothing that rubs, but in my chaise lounge this has caused multiple failures as the tension springs are held in place by a channel dug into the strand board. The strand board cant take the pressure and fails. When that fails the springs come flying out which makes the chaise unusable.My previous set was bought back in 2001 and the frames were metal. If you want long term use, insist on it.I will never purchase another couch from these low grade producers again.I you want to buy high priced garbage you have come to the right place. I completely recommend this place. Ask for Anne Struthers. She has made the whole experience amazing. She will help you from start to finish. We special ordered 3 recliners. Unfortunately one of our recliners came with a puncture. Other people kept telling us that now we had to go through customer service. We stepped into the store and she fixed it. She set it up to where the warehouse can take care of it since we had just picked it up the day before. Like I said she is amazing. I wouldnt want anybody else besides her when I come back for my sofa.

Visited store found the recliners we liked, store personnel helped were very helpful in helping us order the exact chairs we wanted, it took about six weeks for delivery but it went well, my wife and I are very pleased with the purchase.

My husband had back surgery and was unable to get comfortable on our mattress. I went to this La-Z-Boy store and Trena helped me find the exact chair he needed. She was so sweet and helpful. The store manager Curtis was very helpful as well. Since I needed it right away I drove to the warehouse the next day. I picked up the recliner and brought it right home. My neighbors and I were unable to get the back to go on so I called the store and Curtis drove over to our house and fixed the issue. Now thats what I call customer service! I will be back shopping again! They had so many beautiful accent pieces that I am going back when I have more time. Thank you Trena & Curtis!

My mom lost everything in the floods. It was a very hard time for her and she had to totally refurnish her apartment. Trina was helpful and kind and we special ordered a custom couch with a pullout bed. We had my nephew’s graduation party on a Saturday afternoon and the couch still wasn’t in on the Thursday before the party. Curtis, the manager saw the couch had just come in on Friday, rented a u haul and personally delivered the couch to us to Make sure it came in time for the party!!! The level of service was something I have never experienced!!! Highly highly recommend this Lazyboy and the couch is great quality and looks stunning in my mom’s new apartment. There is absolutely no excuse and enough apologies for the service my mother received.Order was placed in May 2019, received incorrect color in July 2019. Settled for a color that was not in her style. Delivery was set up for last one on Saturday and now going to be nearly 10 pm before its delivered.This is just totally unacceptable for service for a elderly person.

Weve never had a worse experience. To start with on the promised delivery date they discovered one of the couches didnt meet quality. They had a week to discover this, but waited until the delivery day to check. Then we couldnt get a straight answer from then on when we would get the couch wed already paid for. Finally got a confirmed date and then the delivery guys couldnt find the house even though everyone else who has ever delivered has been able to.Forward a few months and the recliner already had to be repaired. It was a DIY job, but seriously the thing cant stay together a few months? Now we have a motorized parts on the sofa that no longer works, only a few months from purchase, and they want $85 to come out and fix their crappy furniture. Why would you buy from a place that does so little to stand behind their product? I believe Lazy Boy means their too lazy to care about customer service.

Corporate Greed at its finest! As they never have anything in stock, I ordered some furniture. As soon as I found out Im losing my job, I cancelled the order . Although the furniture wouldnt even ship for 2 weeks, Lazy Boy demanded a 25% restocking charge of the total invoice including extended service contract. Not really sure what they are restocking, but if this is an indication of how this corporation operates Ill go elsewhere The invoice does state that UP TO a 25% restocking charge will be assessed, but I tried to do the right thing and canceled as soon as possible to minimize their expenses and wasnt expected the entire 25% to be charged. Guess I should have waited until the furniture was made, shipped, and on the truck out to my house. At least then they might have actually earned their 25%.
