Man what a great experience! Went in there with so many questions and I was helped in such a professional manner. Justin guided me through this experience with his knowledge. All my questions got answered and I got to see a lot of ideas in the store. The showroom was very nice and clean. This business has a great environment and you won’t be disappointed if you go!

I study landscape architecture, and I aspire to one day design beautiful outdoor kitchens among other things. However, I do not currently have the funds. Despite my lack of purchasing power, I was greeted promptly and all of my questions were thoughtfully answered. I would recommend anyone designing their own outdoor kitchen to go learn about the variety of options.

Paradise Grills has some of the nicest high end grills, outdoor kitchens and bars, we have ever seen. We purchased the bar hibachi combo and it is awesome addition to our back porch. The staff at Paradise Grills were friendly knowledgeable and will make sure you are completely satisfied.

So we decided to stop by Paradise Grills in Humble. We wanted to see what they were all about as we were looking to possibly replace or reface our current bbq. The one thing we didnt get was pressure. We liked that. Troy worked tirelessly with us and our schedule before we decided to buy and replace our outdoor kitchen. We think that establishing a good rapport without pressure was key.

My fiancé and I just purchased our patio/ grill set. We had an awesome experience. Russell was super helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend the Humble location. Ask for Russell!Update: Service is great upfront, but after you purchase it’s impossible to get an update on when your purchase will be delivered. We were advised our purchase would be delivered by mid March, we are now in mid April. I understand it may take a while but an update would be nice. I called at least 3 times and each time they let me know they’d get back to me and never did. I’m going on my second month of paying my bill and have no idea when I’ll be receiving my grill set. We had a great purchase experience but are bummed out about the after purchase experience.Purchase date: February 6th, 2021.

The manager, Justin Cassio, was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. If you are in the need for an outdoor kitchen this is the place to shop, The selections are great and he will help you plan your outdoor space.

Shout out to Justin Cassio for taking a bad situation and making it better. Unfortunately, if I could get a refund, I would. My issues were resolved, but it took 5 1/2 weeks, numerous phone calls ( to the previous manager Troy, now the manager of another Paradise Grills) and a visit to the store to get an answer of when my grill would be repaired and completed due to it being damaged during delivery and missing parts. I took a day off from work because they said they would be there to fix the issues and they didn’t even bother calling to tell me they weren’t showing up. I can’t say anything bad about Justin, he came in at the end of the situation and stayed on top of the issues and was in constant communication with me until the issues were resolved, wish I would’ve dealt with him in the beginning.

Nickolis & Justin were very friendly and knew everything i needed to know about all of the products. Nickolis helped me out tremendously. I highly recommend him & Justin for any future outdoor furniture purchases!
