Pit is great, had it two years now still looks brand new. Great company to deal with will be ordering myself a charcoal grill soon.

OUTSTANDING experience! Beca treated me great and was very helpful. She had my Vault ready for me upon arrival, they even loaded it for me! George took his time to make sure I understood the Vault and gave me great advice. They really made it special as I had been wanting a vault for about 8 years (this was a pretty big deal). My entire family loves visiting Pitmaker! The crew at Pitmaker are very knowledgable and they spend time with you helping you with their products. We have always received top notch customer service on every visit, and my children have a lot of fun each visit with the staff. Today we got to taste test incredible briskets they were cooking when we arrived! My son picked out seasonings to practice cooking on his Pitmaker, and he is really looking forward to competing in the kids cook off competition. The Pitmaker quality is unmatched by anyone else who builds smokers! If youre serious about smoking meat, investing in a Pitmaker is the way to go!

They were very accomodating and patient through the whole buying process. They strapped the vault to a trailer for me to transport home.We love our Pitmaker Vault. It’s amazingly easy to use and maintain. Keep the firebox door open until the temperature gets to where it needs to be and then close it. The temperature holds steady for 12 hours easily. We are amazed.Our brisket, ribs and pork shoulders came out amazing.

After I had acquired one of the tailgater grills through a friend, I wanted the adaptor to mount on my receiver hitch in order to haul it. I contacted the company and they quoted me a price and shipping. I gave them my credit card and placed the order in July. I contacted them in August to make sure it wouldnt arrive while I was on vacation and was told it was built and awaiting a shipping crate to be assembled to send it. By the end of September I had not received it and after calling back was assured it was being shipped that week. In October I contacted them again and was getting the runaround again when I told them I no longer wanted it. I still have the grill, and although the quality is good, would never buy from someone who has such poor customer service.

Save your money and go elsewhere! These people hit my brothers truck a while back and said they would fix it. Then they reported to their insurance as if they were not at fault. Spend your money with an HONEST company, not these scammers.

Purchased a Pitmaker vault around a year ago and it’s the best. People there are great and show you around the facility and the different options they have.

Ordered a thermometer on Fen 13. 2020 and still haven’t gotten it. Had someone say they will overnight it and still nothing!

Me and my husband went there to get a pit made when we walked in we were never greeted and we were ignored and when we tried to ask for help the owner got very rude and started to yell and get rude with us and started to make racial remarks so we left and went to JJS BBQ Pits and got awesome customer service and we purchased a bigger BBQ pit at a cheaper price so thanks to Pitmakers attitude we were able to find a much better pit at a better price but I would not recommend you go to Pitmakers the owner is rude and very unprofessional

Victor and Pete were helpful from the time I was just a tire kicker to the moment I picked up my trailer mounted Vault. They still take all my calls regarding after care.We used the Vault the very next weekend at two farmers markets, and got a ton of lookers. The important thing is the food. Using the same recipe I have been cooking; the Vault out performs all previous cookers Ive had.Frankly, this is the best BBQ pit on the market right now. I did heavy research and talked with all the big pit builders.I couldnt be happier.

We purchased a BBQ pit from this company in 2012 and we love it!!! We had no problems with the Pit Maker however the leasing company Kingwood Leasing (Time Payment Corp) is a different story.If your going to buy a pit get it financed elsewhere. Kingwood Leasing uses Time payment corporation to collect the funds---is a joke!!! In order for you to keep your Pit after the end of your lease you have to pay them a fair market value for a pit that is yours, what the hell!! You just paid off a $27,000 pit and now they want you to pay them more....that is ridiculous! So please do not use Time payment corp.Buyers beware!!!!
