I enjoy coming to this location. Its larger than others around, and since its newer the layout flows well.There are definitely more options in every department, compared to smaller stores.They have the fuel center in front of the store which is a bonus to use those kroger points instead of letting them waste away. Who doesnt want up to $1.00 off per gallon of gas?A MUST STOP is the floral department, not only for the variety of flowers but a wonderful employee named KAT.Kat took the time to show me how to arrange flowers in my hand before trimming them to fit into the vase, and she showed me a trick to tell which roses were a good buy that will last longer.I will be buying my flowers from this Kroger because of Kat, thank you!!!

Im not going to sit here and lie to you. Walmart has better prices. But I come here to Kroger because Kroger offers products that Walmart just doesnt offer. I get my toilet paper here, my duck sauce (cause Walmart doesnt carry it), if you love sushi, theyre deli has a huge sushi selection. One thing I love about Kroger is that they have shopping baskets, Walmart doesnt. And the ppl who shop at Walmart, for some reason they dont know how to check out, It for some reason takes ppl forever... to check out. I dont have that problem here at Kroger. Plus it helps that they have a churchs chicken attached to the store, I just wish you could access churchs chicken through it. You have to walk out of the store and enter through the front door if you have that craving.

I absolutely love this store! I buy all my bulk spices, rices, and grains here. Prices are amazing,the staff is very friendly, and its very clean.

Kroger needs to embrace the zero calorie soft drink craze and offer more options like cherry vanilla coke zero and the extremely elusive mountain dew baja blast zero. Also, chocolate shell syrup for ice cream. Maybe some zero carb salad dressing like the G. Hughes dressings, specifically the honey dijon.

I couldnt be happier with the attention I received from the Pharmacy staff. I got here to get my 1st Pfizer dose a week ago and at first I was somewhat scared. They walked me through the whole process, the doctor was extremely helpful, she gave me all the explanations I needed. I went to shop yesterday night and before that, I went to their coin machine to exchange some of my savings for a trip I had today only to find out they gave me a fake $100 bill at their customer service line and now they won’t refund me even though it hasn’t been 24 hours yet and the manager said it has I am very upset to think that I used to love going there to shop and yeah I’m one of million costumers but they’ve lost my business !!! I really enjoyed this location. This was my first time at this location and from my experience your visits are either good or bad. I went in, the store was kept clean and the shelves were stocked nicely. Some of the staff asked if I needed help. It was a nice place to do some grocery shopping. What I liked the best and what made me head over there was because I acquired a lot of coupons that I needed to spend so I decided to go there and I am glad I did. This is a great place to shop.

I wanna know why they dont have security in the parking lot. There are so many robberies in parking lots lately. I not sure if I want to go somewhere theres no security 😉

I didnt see sushi, not saying they dont have it but it should be easily visible if possible. Good clean store, no long lines 4 people at the most IF THAT are in line at a time...and thats more around holidays. Nice people that help keep the store moving and grooving. No complaints here yall. I love the layout of this store, and I have to drive way out of my way to get here. With that being said, the bottle exchange for the primo water system NEVER prints a ticket for my exchange, so I have to go wait in the line at customer service to get one. It is unacceptable for a customer to have to stand in line for thirty minutes to get an exchange ticket because you have faulty equipment outside of your store. Fix yourselves.

The cashier on register 13 she on her cellphone and not really nice, and did not even help me put the grocery in my Kroger shopping cart have a attitude. Please check on her

Nasty old lady working at self checkout sector this morning insulted me saying I didnt know how to read. Im sorry shes having a bad mothers day, but she shouldnt transfer her negative energy to the customers.

The staff at self check out are random. One gal is always awesome but the ones by the front door are random. The staff here is iffy about wearing a mask. Jay had to be told that he needed to cover his nose as well. I see many through the store not wearing or wearing improperly. At the gas station, the trash is overflowing and the receipt machines break down a lot.

Usually I adore shopping here when I need to pick up some cookies for work, or a quick healthy lunch; however, this is the fourth time I have been here, and items have been labeled improperly. I do not appreciate seeming like an idiot when I contest a price, and it expired the month before. The MONTH before. The item in question, that was on sale, had expired 10 days before on 06/25/2019. That’s exceedingly unprofessional, and quite disconcerting. Absolutely does not make me want to shop here.

Customer service needs more than 1 person 20 ppl in line took forever

We mostly check out at self-check out. We understand how tiring it is for the helper at self-check out. We only ask for some patient, friendly helpers. Dont need the one who like to yell or boss us around. Because we are trying to do the self-check out.

Stopped by to get gas and pick up a few things. It is big, and well-organized too. Will be glad to come again if or when I am in this area.

The music is TOO LOUD and they dont leave enough room, near checkouts, for people waiting to check out and pass by. Just too many displays up there!Wide variety of everything you need. Employees are kind and courteous!

There is this beautiful, wonderful woman that works there. Her name is Sylvia R. She is so kind and patient and understanding. She always has a smile on her face and I cant say Ive ever seen her in a bad mood. When I go to this store, I always look forward to possibly running into her.Imagine 190 like a cupcake, Sylvia is like the sprinkles on top that catches your eye.

I normally go between HEB and Kroger to do my grocery shopping, but since Ive been shopping during covid Ive noticed that at HEB they are really trying to make sure that the covid measures are met. I was recently at Kroger on 1960 in Humble and there are hardly any shopping carts at the store entrance, they have either wipes or sanitizer spray at the front door and a sign that says that you have to have a mask on to enter, but no employee making sure that its being enforced. There was an older woman in the produce department not wearing a mask putting her hands all over the grapes taking grapes out of one pack and mixing them with another and again no employee to say anything. This made me not really wanna shop there at the moment.

Best way to do your grocery shopping! Just go to your Kroger app, pick your items set pick up time and go to Kroger. No pick up fee until January 1, 2020 (normal fee $35). No lines, no worries about crowds. I really love it ❤ Great, especially for those without transportation (thats me). Happy Holidays 🎄🎅

This kroger has a great curbside. Definitely recommend. The click list team is always willing to go above and beyond to meet your grocery list. I like the attention they give my orders by calling me if theres an issue. I have been to other Kroger curbside and this Kroger is by far the best one yet. The only problem I have is the way to pay with PEBT card seems too complicated and time consuming. Hopefully they will update the system and make it easier and faster.

I don’t advise coming to this location. I was treated very rudely by a woman named Stacy at customer service. Companies who choose to keep poorly trained, disrespectful, and negligent employees in their service counter, I feel, should not be shopped at. I will NEVER come back.

Stood at the floral department for about 40 min-50 min the girl came by around 8:15 to say she had just come in and would be right back after getting a mask. I left at 8:54 because no one came back, no one asked if I had been helped. There is no time posted for when they are supposed to be open.

Employees not very friendly or accommodating. If you want cheddar cheese they have about 10 + options. If you prefer Colby they have only Kroger brand. By the way it tastes like plastic. Limited fruit and beef cuts. Most meet had been removed in the butcher area and it was only 7:30 PM. Temperature in this store was comfortable. It was clean and there were sufficient cashiers.

Dont shop at this KROGER they discriminate against whites and Mexicans. I have a friend that works there. Management does not follow rules and regulations equally to every race. Ive seen it with my own eyes. Also if you want your groceries bagged for you, HEB might be your best choice. HEB is known for that great customer Service.

My review is based on my own personal experience with this Kroger at Townsen!! During this pandemic I have been to 4 different Kroger locations. I have been to Kroger on StudemontKroger on 43rdKroger on Yaleand its sad to say but these 3 have not provided great service. These 3 locations have bad management along with unprofessional employees. They dont call they dont text or send an email to inform you what is out of stock or what items are being substituted. I dont recommend none of these 3 locations...but what I do recommend is the Kroger at Townsen!!!! This Kroger has the best service has the best employees and the best management. If something is not in stock they call you and inform you and let you know that it will be substituted with something else if its ok with you. When you arrive to pick up your groceries and you call them they sound happy to assist you they come out with a smile and place your groceries in the trunk without an attitude. I love to come to this location because they work as a team and they all have great manners and they are polite and they go the extra mile just to make sure you leave happy. Therefore, I congratulate everyone at this location for such great amazing service..everyone from management to casheirs to stockers to clicklist to employees that are out there grabbing the carts to the janitors and to everyone I didnt mention...Thank you!!!! Thank you for working so hard during this difficult time and still having the will power to satisfy us as customers!!! May God always protect you all and keep you all safe at all times. I really recommend this Kroger and I hope you all give them a chance to show you what great service feels like. This place was so packed and Walmart being right across the street was turning people away so everyone was going to Kroger. But they handled everything very well and they were all smiles! The lines were incredibly long but they managed to stay very calm and polite. I had a pleasant experience the other day. I had quite a few items in my basket but I also needed to buy stamps. I didnt know every register had them. So I waited in line at the customer service center when Sharon told me I could have got stamps at any register. She was very nice about it. Checked my items out right there at the counter and helped me bag them, and we had a brief pleasant conversation. She took very good care of me.

I am a commercial driver and I do not have a delivery for this store. I am a car hauler. There are no truck stops in Humble Texas and I provide a very Specialized Service of delivering peoples personal cars Coast to Coast. Sometimes I have to Camp Out close to a customers location because I can always pick up their car until morning time. Then theres Kroger here in Humble Texas and a manager named Michael. Today he showed me kindness and allow me to park here until morning so I can be rested and not fall asleep at the wheel and run anybody over. Im sure everyone would appreciate that. Michael went above and beyond the call of duty tonight and allowed me to park here out of the way not causing a problem for anyone nor would I ever dream of doing that because Im a Believer in the Lord and I follow the lord to a T. The bonehead Walmart across the street doesnt believe in that they have the hate program in place ready to deliver to any truck driver who tries to park on their property. Kind of stupid if you ask me because I always buy a bunch of stuff at Walmart when they allow me to park there but now Kroger gets the sale because theyre smart enough to figure that out. My hats off to you Kroger you got my business and thanks again for allowing me and my wife to park here and get my rest so that I can provide an awesome service for your community. Kroger is a nice place to shop. The produce is great. Love their meats. It was very busy today, but usually is late afternoon. I like shopping there.

This is by far one of the best Kroger Stores ! Its a sparking clean and spacious store. Its very beautiful on the inside as it is from the outside. The workers are very friendly and are there to help you with anything you need. Im also impressed with the stock here . This store stays heavily stocked, empty shelves of sold out items do not exist here.

Talked to meat market to buy steaks and having sis pick the up- Im disabled. Meat shop not interested in helping me sent me to cust serv they were terse and rude and said there was not way they could help me. When I asked about internet orders she mumbled something about click clack and transferred me to God knows who that left me on hold for over 5 minutes without explanation or idea, to whom I would be speaking.

This is a great Kroger store. Produce and all other departments in tip top shape at all times. And Id say about 80% of the employees are amazing. The others just seem tired and uninterested in entertaining any questions a shopper may have, which is not a big deal, I get it theyre pooped. I shop here on a weekly and have no complaints😉

I was told that I could go to Kroger to renew my registration for my vehicle. I was amazed how fast and easy it was. As long as you have your registration form and done your inspection you are good to go. Thank Kroger I will be doing this from now on.

The grocery store is fine but the manager has no clue about customer service. It may be a corporate thing but it is not wise. After 8:30PM there are no cash registers open. Everyone has to use self service even when you have a full cart. I want to know how much I get paid for being a cashier.

If you can not service your Curbside Pick-Up properly...then just dont have it! 45 minutes to an hour wait or the order is not even ready for the scheduled time.....

They were out of a brand product that I use so I asked if they would substitute the store brand. They offered to do that or give me a rain check. ..my choice. Great customer service.

My favorite grocery store.

Normally this place is great, I love the versatility of foods from around the globe. Im noticing more and more expired products left on shelves though recently in those areas. (For instance, half their stock of Bamba expired in 2016, a full year ago.) And enough with the shaggy dog/spicy mayo on all the sushi! This location smothers almost everything in it, far more than the other nearby areas. But this location is always clean, the deli ladies are really kind and patient, the nerdy guy at the self check is very efficient, and the security officers seem very nice. I really feel good about this grocery store.

Kroger Signature in Humble is a good place to shop. I love the fresh meat department. And fresh floral department. Unfortunately on weekends long lines just not enough cashier.

This store is great! Just about as close to being 5 stars as a grocery store could be. Plenty of lanes open, never a wait, clean store with incredible selection. Not a fan of checking out late at night though, they could be a little more accommodating for those of us late night shoppers. One staffed lane is all Im asking.

I was extremely disappointed with this store!!! Produce section was terrible and the customer service was weird. They were not friendly I had reusable bags which they acted like they had never seen before ... there was 3 women works standing around the checkout area where I was at and I still had to bag half of my own stuff. When i was holding a 3 week crying baby

Easy to get in and out of. Always well stocked, great selection of meats, and always clean. This store also has a (machanical) pony ride up front that only cost a penny.

Went to get a birthday cake for my daughter and the lady working in the bakery department was very rude and short with us. We went to walmart instead and had excellent customer service there. Kroger might want to talk to the lady in the bakery department. I didnt get her name but was a Hispanic lady working the front counter.

The stock levels and huge variety get it 5 Stars. The complete lack of professionalism by the check out clerks (multiple visits) take 1 off. Ive had a clerk pause between finishing the guy in front of me and starting checking out my rather sizable cart because he was texting with someone.

The woman working the courtesy booth this morning was Awsome. I was in a hurry and late to work. She opened at 7:59am and had me out of there in 2 min. Thank you Kroger!

This is a newer Kroger store, very large and well stocked. Selections are similar to most Kroger stores. Produce is kept fresh, but produce associates dont pay much attention to customers. The meat department has a good selection but once again they dont pay much attention to the customers. All in all this is a pretty good store.Ok I have add to this review, how bad things are sometimes. At night they only have the right set of outer doors open, but if you want a cart to shop with, you have to go all the way past the left entrance to get one, then go back to the right to go in the exit doors. This is crazy that you go face to face( against CDC guidelines) with exiting shoppers. Meanwhile you have to put up with the panhandlers outside the poorly lit doors.

I wanted to compliment one of your employees. His name is Caleb, i did not catch his last name but he is a young black male and works as a cart attendant. My wife left her phone on a shopping cart on nov 1st at 10pm. When we realized her phone was missing, I quickly returned to the store to look for it. After giving up looking, i asked Caleb if he had seen a phone and to my surprise he said yes! He had turned it in to the manager! I was so thankful, its hard to find honest, hard working people

We love this location. We find everything we need and it beats going all the way to Atascocita to their HEB. The deli can take a while on weekends but they also have what I want on sale. I save on every trips with the Kroger app coupons and it helps me plan my meals for the week. I save by planning around the sales and coupons. The staff has always been helpful and checkout is never more than a few minutes.
