The store is well lighted. Store is fairly clean. Was not greeted by a single employee, not even the store greeter. The store had 99% of the items I came for. Sandra, the cashier was the highlight of my shopping experience.
Purchased an item online through Wal-Mart. Received item broken and told I could return to any store within the US. Apparently not this store, or at least no one here wanted to help or work or do anything about it. Not there problem… Good grief, I’ll stick with shopping Amazon.
The employee are so nice love this walmart and the pharmacy is fast and helpful will shop here for now on.
Lol way to many people without money in this store. WIC being used everywhere. Then a separate ring for non-wic stuff with a gift card to pay for part of the order. Three people in front of me it took a half an hour. Every one of them is using food stamps. They must have had at least 15 self-checkouts closed. Very disappointing.
The greeter (Mary, I think) was so friendly. She did more than just give you a greeting. She asked how everyone was doing. Told everyone to have a great day. Made conversation with different people. I know all this because I was sitting right by the door for about 20 minutes and she made contact with everyone. And when no one was around she would start singing.This lady really love her job or was making seem like the best job ever!!!Way to go Mary
I shop and by groceries from wal-Marts all of them usually im all over even when im out of town thats my store their customer services has improved before you couldnt talk to no one their getting better.
Walmart you need to train your employees better so they can serve the customers better the reason they dont serve the customers to the level that the customer wants to be served is because you are under paying them you are not training them properly on how to assist a customer for a long time not only you Walmart but Krogers H-E-B Home Depot established stores name brand stores have forgotten how to take care of the customer we get less than 100 years to be the best I dont see Walmart lasting another hundred years if they keep teaching their employees to do the minimal to assist the customer I see you in the future employees of Walmart leaving I see a high turnover and trying to keep employees working for Walmart which more than likely is happening now because Walmart HEB Krogers Home Depot forgot to take care of their customers
Walmart is Walmart. But this one seems to go out of its way to be difficult. With almost no checkouts open they funnel everyone though self checkout that on this particular day was having major difficulties too. Unpleasant experience at best.
Found everything thing I needed. Plus the check out line moved quickly!

The store was neat with a good number of stockers available. Found what I was looking for in the toy dept. As always, additional items were purchased because its Walmart, Right? If youre not ok with self-checkout, prepare to wait. But, since mobile device distractions typically shorten the wait, you wont miss a beat.
Great store, not so crazy like other Walmarts. Pharmacy is very good. Always get what I need here.

No one ever picks up the phone try calling auto services or to speak with an associate you will never get thru.
No chopping cars at all.every employees waking around like a dead walking and they dont have time to bring all the shopping cars inside for customers used.
No carts in the store, had to go back out to the parking lot and retrieve my own before shopping. Also the register in the garden section was closed, along with garden entrance. Hopefully just a lack of employees currently that will be corrected soon.
The worst customer service and y’all need to learn how to answer they phone .One of you associates hung up in my face not once but twice.That’s literally rudeeee .Do better !!!!
The online order and pickup was very easy and of course their selection of items is larger than small grocery stores closer to me.

Usually this location is decent but since they switched to mainly self service check out, the lines are longer and the other customers in the line near mine were complaining about not being able to pay in cash. Aisles were disorganized, really was only looking for 3 items but I had to hunt them down in areas they usually wouldnt be. I wont be back until theres more cashiers at the registers. Id rather go to Target where items are placed in the correctly labeled area. Less confusing and more happy customers. Plus the customer service bc they have cashiers in each lane when you need help bagging items or checking out. This Walmart was not a smooth, quick, in and out, felt more like a scavenger hunt and then the long lines.
Not the cleanest or best area of town, but the produce section was well stocked and had a good selection of ripe avocados.
Always have everything I need and what I dont need. Im always putting extra things in the basket. Lol
I used the customer pick up.. Even though I was a couple of days late, I had no problem picking things up. The employees are always real polite.
I like shopping in Walmart, no incorrect, I LOVE SHOPPING IN WALMART. There is so much stuff and its all affordable, the employees could be a little nicer but overall I love Walmart.
Compared to the Walmart by Wilson rd and beltway 8 this one is way better. This Walmart is more organized and also has lesser lines. They also have more items on stock and less lines. I do prefer this Walmart.
First time at this location and doing curbside. All I can say is curbside is ok not the best could improve and this walmarts grounds are very dirty. There was trash and food containers everywhere. First and last time coming here I just feel they can improve and do alot better!!!! The curbside wait was way to long for it not being busy.
The pickup/curbside option shouldn’t be a service offered. We have waited 45 minutes for our order. The employees travel in packs of 4 and everything moves at the slowest speed possible.
I just want to give a big shout out to the lady named debbie in automotive. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed with zero hesitation all with a huge smile on her face. Thank you so much debbie you really helped us out when we needed it most. 💙

Needed some stuff for an extended stay at a nearby hotel, happy with the visit, but this store was laid out differently than just about every Walmart Super Center Ive been to, so it added time to the trip I wasnt planning on.
This location is always very clean & seems to be much better staffed than other locations. I never have to go searching for someone to help here. Also checkout lines are always very short.
I waited almost an hour to get help in the garden center yesterday. When Lilian finally arrived she was walking so slow and looking at the plants in the garden center that I assumed she was a employee on a break. When she finally came over I was already loading some of the bagged dirt I needed assistance with on my own because I had for waited so long. Lilian asked for my receipt and I gave it to her. She looked at it for five minutes and even threw one of my bags of dirt off of the cart as I loaded my car ( struggling by myself!!) I couldnt believe what was happening, so I just kept moving to keep from getting upset. After I finished loading the car alone. She wouldnt give me my receipt, until I read her the name of the product printed on the receipt EXACTLY like it was on the bag. After that she finally gave it back, I thanked her for nothing, then left.
The shelves are getting empty, Christmas stuff is already up, pool supplies gone, ice cream selection sucked. Nice employees though.
This is the main Walmart I shop. The lines are reasonable and the products are always in stock. The store is always full but not crowded. It looks like they stock during the day so the shelves are always full.
Service rude, patrons rude, shelves disorganized. Will always shop walmart just not this one. Parking lots trash and buggy everywhere except inside or in cart bends.Bathroom smelt like urine. Gonna go take a shower now. Yuck
Humble store is better they the one on Wilson road because evertime I need to go pay my bill it always close it look like nobody wants to work. And humble is lot friendly

The route google gave me it was awful, I lost more than 2 hours, there was not a road, I was at the middle of no where in an area I didnt know. I strongly recommend if there is no info available, Just tell the google user No update info. Summarizing the worst experience I have ever had with Google map.
This is one of the best Walmarts Ive been to. The store was clean and the workers were nice. Everything on the shelves was orderly and it was easy to find what we needed. The parking lot has plenty of cart return areas so returning your cart is easy. I would definitely go here again. One difference is that the pharmacy is towards the back of the store, not at the front like I usually see. But if you need anything from food to clothes to household items, Walmart has it all at one stop. This location also has a McDonalds.
I’ve been PROFILED in the beauty isle TWO TIMES now! The first time I went to buy a foundation and had to wait about 40 minutes for a woman to come unlock my foundation. Their was also this white woman who was there waiting for the same woman to unlock the perfumes. I saw the white woman walk out with 3 perfumes but I was stopped and told to pay there. I was so confused cause I was just buying a inexpensive foundation. I payed and left. The second time I was profiled I went to the beauty isle to buy skin care products. I grabbed 3 items and left the isle. The cashier told me to stop and to come back, once again I was confused and she told me I had to pay right now. I asked her why since I saw multiple people leaving with multiple products and I was the only one stopped. She continued and lied to me and said “it’s a new protocol”. I continued and told her that I was underaged and needed my moms approval to buy the items. She then told me if I wasn’t gonna pay for the items right now to leave them there. So I left the items and went around the store to find one more thing I wanted to buy. I came back for my items and still saw more people leaving the isle without paying for their beauty items . As I was paying for my items since I had no other option another woman who worked there asked the cashier what was going on and as I was explaining to the lady what was happening the cashier got mad and cut me off and told her coworker “this is my isle, leave me alone”. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN !(UPDATE)I got a call from the manager Lupe Castillano yesterday regrading my experience and he apologized for the way I was treated. Not only that but he informed me that he was taking care of the situation. This honesty enlightened me, because usually with these type of situations customers are often dismissed. The manager handled the situation very well and was very kind. 🙌🏽
If you’re thinking of doing curbside pickup, don’t. It’s faster to go in and get your product than to wait for them to bring it out to you. We ordered one item and waited for 45 mins. You are directed to call them when you arrive to let them know. I called a total of 4 times and was sent to voicemail until the 4th call. I would understand if they were short staffed, but literally 6 workers came out at once asking what everyone needed. Then, disappeared. If it’s not possible to make this efficient service, efficient, don’t offer it.
Usually this Walmart is courteous & the lines are fairly quick. Yet this time ALL of the self checkouts were card only, no cash. So I was forced to go to the 10 items or less line. The female employee working that line was pretty rude & not much help at all. On the plus side, Rebecca, one of the tellers at the WOODFOREST Bank inside was awesome & extremely helpful. Even though I dont even bank with them. She is the only reason I am giving this 4-stars instead of 2.
Yall know I detest Walmart... especially this one...but I had to have certain items quickly...and cheap...and they had it. I was in line U scan 20 minutes though...like half of their machines were out of order. 🙄
This Walmart in Humble is far superior to the one in Pearland, I was pleased to go in and buy what I needed, and the scan and go where working.
Employees are friendly. Store is disorganized. Leaders are not visible when volumes peak and staff needs to be relieved.
Finding a parking is a nightmare and a handicapped one is worse and God forbid you need an electric cart because theres never any available (something to do with the fact thsy this store only owns a very limited number of electric carts and do not repair or replace the broken ones). And forget about picking up any garden necessities or supplies by walking in & out of the garden entrance... its shut down. 😒

Teach staff not to point to an aisle and send customers in wild goose chase because they themselves dont know. Or say thats not my dept. Huh! You work there they are all your dept. Correct response is let me get someone to assist you. not say I dont work in that area and walk away. Who does that!🙄🙄🙄

This store has been around for years and it offers your many senses nothing but thrills, Because there is so much to see, do and even smell. Its a place that offers many different sales alone with opportunities as well, To be apart of the family with no limits to keep you from excelling. The bottom line is this, Some places will say unto you, bone appetit, But here they say shop until you drop!
Always shop there. Biggest problem is employees do mot speak English an I have difficult time finding things. Either they just walk away or play on phones or just say me not know.
I always feel welcome when I come to shop .the staff and managers are very attentive and busy.the only problem I have is whom ever is pricing these items that are donated, is very very high for a Goodwill.

I used to like this walmart but its becoming like the other walmarts the employees are always on their phones. When I went to checkout the lady didnt greet me. She was talking but she was talking to the person on her phone through her ear phones. I dont understand how they dont get in trouble. I even had problems with the person who was taking my receipt. I paid for everything in the electronic area because all the lines were full and when I went to the front the girl comes toward me and asked for my receipt so I gave it to her the receipt and she told me she didnt see the fishing pole on the receipt and I had to point it out on there and it was the first item that was scanned it clearly said the fishing pole brand on the receipt. Then she was like okay and kept checking qnd then said you didnt purchase this outdoor seat I dont see it on the receipt. I seen it on the receipt I tried showing her that the numbers on the receipt match the item she didnt care and sent me to customer service. I told the lady at customer service everything and she told that girl that I was right I purchased everything.
Depending on the time of day Walmart is usually busy but Ive always found what I needed & at great prices
Why are there always SO many employees but no one is ever available or its not there section or they just flat out look aggravated when you ask anything!?! I understand this may not be your life goal, but dang its still your job!

I was in line to check out at the self checkout and two walmart employees walked right pass the line of us customers and straight to one of the registers to checkout. Not only did they skip a whole bunch of people but when they were checking out, they held up the line because they kept picking up different snack items by the registers around us. Rude! As the years have passed, the customer service has gone down the drain with walmart.

During our COVID-19, I decided to use the pick service 1960 Bypass Walmart. They accommodated our needs in an excellent and courteous way. On top of that, they supplied a gift bag with our purchases. It truly made me feel better knowing that it was not just a purchase but my needs were met in a caring way. Kudoos Walmart for being there.Francis

I have never been to this Walmart location and just happened to find it open on Tuesday after the first hit from the winter storm. I just wanted to thank them for being open. They were also very friendly and worked fast to get the lines moving. I have never seen this type of service in a Walmart so I definitely want to thank them for their service and let me know how appreciative I am.

Wow!!! Went to get a heater. Store hours say close at 11:00 pm. Walked up at 10:55pm. Four employees at the door. States store is CLOSED!!!!!!! Is 10:55 pm the new 11:00pm? Do NOT make the cut throat motion stating “store is closed” at 10:55pm to a customer that is trying to spend money to pay your salary.I will NOT be back in this store to spend one penny. 20 years in Humble. I am sure Target will enjoy the additional revenue.

Used curbside pick up as well as the orange kiosk inside to pick up a few items Id purchased online. Was as expected, only thing I wouldve liked to change was for the young man to be able to also bring out those kiosk orders curbside. I understand why they put them in there, but I think that option should be available to customers during curbside hours of operation, what if Id had 6 kids w me, or was in a wheelchair? It kind of defeats the purpose of curbside if you must also go inside anyways.

Terrible walmart, stuff everywhere, aisle were not correct based on the app and the womens bathroom had 2 stalls available and smelled like raw sewage, employees just standing around chit chatting at the front of the store, literally why I hate going to walmart, target is the way to go.
Very nice store, clean and well stocked, with friendly staff. However keep in mind driving around there can get a bit hairy with the mall being so close.
