Placed an order online. Went in to pick it up I was told I was at the wrong store. He even looked at the pick up address in my email on my phone and still proceeded to say I was at the wrong location. Waze and Google both list the address as 4801 Wilson. I called customer service when I left to cancel. They told me the store canceled it because it wasn’t in stock and I should get a refund back in 7 days.

I initially decided to go to a GNC to find a product that I did not know much about other than learning about it online. I was a little bit intimidated to enter GNC because I am NOT what you would consider a supplement/gym type of person. I was greeted by a friendly employee who assured me he would assist me shortly. I was relieved as this would give me time to walk around and pretend to know what I was looking for. I observe him interact with about three customers that were ahead of me in a way that was caring and showed true interest in helping them. He asked each one questions that allowed him to guide them to select products that were perfect for them. It almost felt like he was customizing each customers purchase. This made me feel comfortable and when it was my turn I just spoke honestly about not really knowing what I needed. He helped me in a non-threatening manner and shared his personal journey to getting healthy. I ended up purchasing two items that I absolutely love and left feeling excited about starting a journey to a healthier me. I am in education and I have already shared my experience with my principal and fellow summer school teachers. I am so glad that I had an experience that made me feel comfortable to return to GNC for future guidance on product selection. Please ask for Shawn if you visit this location.

Awesome associates. I described what I needed and they were able to assist me with patience. They have a whole variety of products! Not going to lie, one of the good GNC stores out there. Ask for Luis, he knows so much and gives you the best suggestions. Will definitely come back!!!

Today 8/5/2020 at 1:14pm. Cashier is very poor in knowledge or he is to arrogant to inform the customers due to some superior complex?! Happy to return and talk it out if he claims otherwise.

I went to GNC looking for a product, that I had read really good reviews on, and I didnt know if GNC had it in stock. Sean helped me and gave me a lot of valuable knowledge about the product. He also helped by giving me insight into other comparable products. He showed me various comparisons of products that I am currently using versus those that I may consider in the near future. Sean was helpful, honest, and made my GNC experience worth the time.

Shawn was great in helping us with product selection. Shawns knowledge of the products in his store as well as his understanding of the various ingredients helped us in selecting the right products for us. I dont normally purchase my supplements from GNC, but because of Shawns help and knowledge I wont be shopping anywhere else.We purchased a fat burner, preworkout, meal replacement shakes, and a toner supplement. A great experience all-around especially since Shawn was welcoming, polite, and easy to talk to.

Absolutely love this location! Incredible staff with a lot of knowledge. Helped me with items that best suited me instead of just selling me the highest priced items.

I walked in and I saw the most handsome guy ever seen in my life. Andrew the manager is very professional and knows a lot about products. Immediately greeted me and gave me amazing workout advice. Good store, good supplements, great staff

Good lord it was so incredibly hot in there! I couldnt be in there for more than 5 minutes. The poor cashier was drenched in sweat.
